A special shoutout to Xiao Luo, whose attentiveness and warm demeanor made us feel genuinely pampered. From thoughtfully sharing local tips, her dedication embodied the resort’s commitment to hospitality. As a pet owner, I was thrilled by the resort’s pet-friendly ethos. Our furry companion was welcomed with treats, a comfy bed, and even a playful toy! Beyond that, the resort curated delightful activities: guided hikes through misty trails, flower-picking in sun-dappled meadows, and complimentary photo shoots at scenic hilltop vistas. The photographers expertly captured the beauty of the landscape, leaving us with timeless memories. This resort is a gem for those seeking solace in nature without sacrificing comfort. I booked a room for three adults, and the booking confirmation clearly stated that the room was for three adults. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were informed that the room was for two adults and one child. They changed the room for us, and we had to pay additional costs, even though this issue was entirely the hotel’s mistake. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and welcome drinks, which added a warm touch to the hospitality. The hotel's location is very convenient, just 15 minutes from ShaoXing North Train Station, making it easy to travel. Keqiao is famous for its fabric and clothing industry, attracting many businessmen from India. The hotel is also close to good Indian restaurants, Saffron and Kashish, which are only 2km away, providing a taste of home for Indian guests. The hotel's proximity to local attractions and business centers makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The overall experience was enhanced by the friendly atmosphere and the thoughtful amenities provided. 酒店地理位置不錯，去到上虞各景點距離不遠，酒店周邊有萬達可以逛吃，尤其體育館在旁邊，看演唱會可以首選這裏住。前台很熱情周到，有求必應，見我們三人入住還送了早餐，很棒。餐廳在頂樓，可以看着風景悠閑享用早餐。缺陷就是這個房型沒沙發，坐躺不美。

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

The hotel is a little bit old and the rooms need renovation but the location is perfect The room doesn't have any hand soap just small tiny bottle of shower gel which only can use once for shower but no soap for hand washing

The location is the best thing about this place. You can take easy, kid-friendly strolls or go trekking in the hills and cliffs just a short walk from the hotel. It’s surrounded by postcard views — no wonder it’s often used for weddings. The pool has a beautiful view and is relatively clean, but the sunbeds were dusty and dirty. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 8 p.m., but by 7:30 p.m. there was hardly anything left to order. The menu is just an A4 sheet with small, dense text, hard to read and not very inviting. The hotel grounds have many nice spots, but most look somewhat abandoned. We also saw a staff member smoking and throwing a cigarette on the ground next to the pool. The room was spacious and overall fine, but during the holidays the price was 50% higher than usual — not justified by the experience. I accidentally left my earbuds in the room, and nobody contacted me until I reached out myself. I appreciate that the hotel sent them to me, but it would have been a nice gesture to cover the small 13 RMB shipping fee. For a hotel charging 1,400 RMB per night, that kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference. This place definitely has potential, but it hasn’t been developed.
