Hotel Xichang dengan Sarapan

Fantastic hotel with polite, attentive staff. The view from the room is really nice and the hotel has a nice tranquil feel to it. Outside the hotel there's a few restaurants, bubble tea shops and a convenience store. The room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and big bath. The mini fridge was restocked daily with sparkling water, Costa coffee and beer. The breakfast was very tasty and although it was a set menu, there's plenty of choice and the menu was rotated between two options so you didn't end up with the same breakfast daily. There's clothes washing facilities on site with complimentary detergent and softener, which is great for us (we like to travel light). Overall a 5/5. If I had to be picky, my only issue is that I never did work out how to open the voice controlled curtains.

Best service ever! And so serene and gorgeous. The hotel is truly an oasis. Nestled on the edge of a little village. Roosters woke me in the morning. Beds were comfy. They even had Japanese techs toilets. Highly recommend for any ages! Families very welcome there.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One pleasant surprise was the complimentary supper provided by the hotel. The spicy soup noodles were delicious, and the glutinous rice balls were equally enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. A special mention to one of the staff members who thoughtfully handed me two bottles of ice-cold water before I left - a small gesture that was greatly appreciated. The hotel also offers private guarded parking on the ground floor, which provides added convenience and peace of mind for those travelling by car. Overall, a very pleasant stay with warm hospitality and thoughtful service. Highly recommended

Beautiful location and hotel! There is a park right across the street, perfect for checking out the wetlands. There is also a bus stop close-by, and many delicious restaurants. The room itself was extremely large, with a view of the surrounding mountains. It was quiet and restful after long days spent exploring the surrounding city and nature. Breakfast was delicious, and the option of eating indoors or in the garden was a nice touch. I would love to stay here again one day!

What a great hotel and staff working there. Super friendly and kept greeting us and giving us tea and coffee in the lobby. We also got breakfast included and the breakfast was great. The room was also super clean and modern. Extra fun was the little cute robot that came and delivered the food to the room. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

More like a resort than hotel. Huge private property really easy to get into and parking outside or underground. Outdoor restaurants, beautiful pool, several restaurants on the premises. Professional, welcoming, staff go out of their way to help with anything. Room super spacious and clean as a whistle. I stayed two nights earlier at Holiday Inn and it was an absolute filthy dump. The Clarion was Five out of Five in every category and just about the same price as the Holiday Inn. Don’t even need to think about it - Clarion for sure

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A good variety of choice for breakfast as vegetarians. The lady and chef at breakfast were really nice and helped explain what the dishes were via translate. Everything was well thought out apart from the light by the door which was on a sensor so if you used the toilet at night it would come on and wake your partner.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. Everyone working there was very professional, friendly and very helpful. The front desk staff were very helpful with anything we needed. The room had a wonderful view of the tea garden, was clean and comfortable. The room attendants were very kind and kept our room clean and tidy. The location was perfect. When traveling back to Xichang We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this Hotel.

這次入住西昌川航金熊貓大酒店整體體驗超出預期，真心值得推薦。整棟酒店格外安靜，就算臨街也聽不到嘈雜聲響，休息質量特別好。客房打掃得一塵不染，佈局舒服敞亮，住着踏實放鬆。 酒店地理位置便利，出行辦事、逛街吃飯都很省心。地下停車場車位充足，開車進出十分方便，不用在路上繞圈找車位。自助早餐品類豐富多樣，葷素、麪點、飲品一應俱全，口味家常適口，一早吃飽喝足元氣滿滿。 不管硬件環境還是配套服務都在線，整體性價比很高，安靜宜居、出行便捷，不管短途出差還是旅途中轉都很合適，下次再來西昌，我還會優先選擇這家酒店。

Hotel is nice and new but they allow people to smoke the lobby , which is ridiculous. Atour needs to do better if it is selling itself as a non smoking hotel.
