"El hotel es enorme, hemos recibido muy buen trato tanto por parte del personal de recepción, como del comedor o las chicas de limpieza.
La habitación era muy amplia, tiene lo que viene a ser la habitación principal y un apartado con otras dos camas. El unico inconveniente es la insonorización, se oía la constante circulación de la avenida, la gente hablando a altas horas de la noche...
La distancia al centro es de unos 15min pero el camino es muy ameno.
En definitiva, nos ha gustado la estancia."

PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful stay at Seda Club Hotel Granada. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out — Laura and Chillia (sorry I forgot the pronouncation) at reception were warm, welcoming, and very professional both check in and check out. The bar and breakfast team made our visit a pleasure, and the gentleman who helped with my luggage was equally attentive and professional.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a stunning interior that feels both stylish and comfortable. Amenities are thoughtfully provided and of excellent quality, adding to the overall experience. I also have to mention that they make an outstanding Negroni at the bar — definitely one of the best I’ve had!

Overall, Seda Club Hotel Granada combines top-notch service with elegant design and great hospitality. Highly recommended.

Our room was new, clean, and spacious, providing a peaceful retreat. Just a short 5-minute walk to the Alhambra Palace, the location is ideal. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and serene environment!

PPengguna TetamuIt's a good hotel newly renovated and in a great location. The window is very special (perhaps inherited from the building itself) which blocks the noise from the street really well. Though i really want to love the hotel but your neighbors matter a lot. You could literally hear every word, get to know the gossip they're talking about and enjoy the music with them whole night just by lying on your bed. Also, luggage deposit will change you 3 euro.

I chose several Meliá hotels during my Spain trip to experience a trusted Spanish brand. But after staying here, I canceled all my other Meliá bookings. The reason was simple — the reception was shockingly rude, especially a staff member named Elda.
Everything else about the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean, the lounge was great, and the location was convenient. But the reception completely ruined the experience.
Elda never greeted me. She didn’t confirm my booking details or explain anything about the room or hotel services. The first thing she said was that I needed to provide another credit card if I wanted to check in. Only after I asked did she mention it was for a deposit.
Afterward, I checked Google reviews and saw that this issue has been mentioned for years, yet nothing has changed. It’s disappointing because all other staff members were kind and professional — except the reception.

PPengguna TetamuLocation — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher.
Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating.
Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes.
Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.

이이다혀호텔 위치는 너무 좋았습니다 도보로 이동하기 참 편리했어요 객실은 402호로 배정 받았는데 1.2호는 로비에서 가장 안쪽에 위치한 별도 엘리베이터로 3층에 올라가 다시 1층을 가파른 계단으로 올라가야만 했습니다 ㅠㅠ 로비 직원과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 로비에서 캐리어 이고 지고 반층을 내려가고 난리도 아녔네요.. 로비에서 불과 열걸음 남짓인데 직접 알려주시지 ㅠㅠ 안내가 미흡했다고 생각해요 그리고 2박 머무는 동안 너무 추웠습니다.. 실내와 실외 온도차로 창문에 물이 계속 고였고 웃공기가 너무 차서 잠을 설쳤어요 화장실도 너무 추워서 새벽에 화장실 갈때면 오들오들 떨었습니다 반면 수압은 강해서 뜨신물 잘 나옵니다 알함브라 뷰는 아니었지만 객실 밖 중정? 테라스 흡연 구역 잠깐 나가서 성당 뷰 정도는 볼수 있었어요

CCheska MiloWe had a good stay in the hotel. It’s very near to the train station, around 4-6 mins walk. The staff is also very accommodating and nice. On our check in day we were greeted by this male reception, he was nice and he helped us typed out a letter to state our time of arrival in the hotel as we had our luggage delivered after being lost during our Vueling flight from London to Malaga and our insurance company was asking for it due to some claims. The staff also assisted me in calling Vueling using their phone a few times, thank you.
The rooms were nice too and it’s very spacious. They had a gym and spa, we enjoyed using both. There ha a bus stop outside the hotel, about 5 mins ride to the Cathedral and if you choose to walk, it’s about 20 min. Lots of eating places around the hotel too.
Highly recommended for your stay in Granada. ☺️

PPengguna TetamuThis Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain.
