Excellent. View of Alhambra from window. Restaurants , supermarkets , gelato in abundance all within walking distance. City tour bus just across the road. Front desk, as always, were helpful and sweet.

Fantastic apartment. Super clean, with everything you need including strong hairdryer in each bathroom, salt and cooking oil, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Super central location that is great for walking. The taxis dropped us off slightly outside so we had to walk 3-4 minutes to the apartment. My group of friends loved staying here. Our host Katarina is super kind and friendly, always responds fast to questions over WhatsApp. Can’t ask for a better place to stay in Granada.

The hotel has a decent location and is generally clean, even though there are ongoing renovations at the moment. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. They don’t offer basic amenities like an iron for guests to borrow, which is standard in most other hotels at this level. Instead, they push guests to use their overpriced laundry service — ironing a simple polo shirt costs more than the shirt itself. I suggested they invest in just 2–3 irons for guests to borrow, and honestly, I’m willing to donate two myself if that’s what it takes. The parking is also far too expensive — €21 per day, which is excessive compared to other options in the city. My recommendation: choose another hotel until Hotel Saray improves its service and reconsiders its parking rates.

El hotel estaba hermoso. Las habitaciones estaban impecables. Solo tuvimos un problema con el lavabo que lo reportamos a la salida porque solo fue una noche. Estoy seguro que de haberlo reportado durante la estadía lo hubiesen resuelto de inmediato. También ofrecen servicio de parking por 19€.

Hotel staff were very friendly and the front desk readily offers help. Location quite good- its at the foot of the Albaicin area yet just 2-3 minutes from Gran Via (Granada’s main street). Walked to everywhere except going up to Alhambra (just because I wanted to skip the uphill climb - but I walked down). Be warned that the pictures showing a balcony to your room may refer to an inner balcony, not necessarily one that has an external view. Not something u might want to open for privacy reasons.

Lo que dicen del parking es mentira, te envían a un parking cebteico donde nunca hay aparcamiento y después si te vas a otro parking no te pagan la tarifa del taxi.

The place is excellent for the 2 nights of stay because it is clean, location is near the centre and many good restaurants around. There are mini supermarkets near the apartment hotel. Love the swimming pool which has wonderful view of the premise.

The best hotel in Granada! Very close to estacion de autobuses, took 5mins walk.. ALDI mart also beside the hotel..they give u a free flow of coffee and water.. got microwave at the lobby and u can use it by your own..really enjoyed my stay here!

We had a stay at this hotel in Granada. The service was ok, but some staff were not friendly. The amenities were quite clean, making our stay comfortable. The location was also very convenient for exploring the city and near the train station. Will recommend this place due to its convenience

Room was clean, reception staff very helpful. Used as a base for visiting local area. Well placed for the metro.
