Hotel Genteng dengan Sarapan

Location is second to none, near to Tunjungan Plaza. Service is amazing, I loved the short hair lady with glasses at the recep. She is so warm and friendly. Indigo's staff is also lovely and attentive. Room is really nice. Big bathroom, hot showers. Good quality toilet paper (always a sign if the management cares). You can relax and trust everything works. Pool is big and the water is warm. But the immediate sides of the pool is a bit dirty. The chef here is superb. Their soto soups are out of this world. And almost everything on the breakfast buffet is so good. Except the coffee. That's pretty weak and not showing off true Indonesian coffee. The cocktails here are so good too, great taste and strong as well. Although I didn't like the one with creme de menthe. Heritage tour at 2pm and 4pm. Try to go. It's cool. .

I’ve stayed in four hotels in Surabaya and this is of course the best one. I liked their amenities, service, cleanliness and their staff! Especially Bella is very sweet and she remembered my name after 2 days which is very impressive! Would recommend this if you need a deep rest the hotel. They can provide you everything!

Arrival was well attended by concierge. Check in is disappointing. (Staff name Max) not very accommodating. Need to learn extend of service. We have 4 rooms booked in total and all located in diff floors. Request for just 1 extra bed as already paid for room with 3 adults w bf but staff insisted to charge extra for bed for it due to high occupancy. He said it’s been requested by 70 guest that is arriving? Double standard service. Even with much plea still said no. Requested for bday compliments they gave a small cake that’s hard and not moist. Pls Improve quality. No balloons or decor. For a 5 star hotel, basically not to standard. We book the shuttle service at 2pm for next day. But next day they said can’t meet the time we requested because of the large group. Terrible! Dint wsnt to complain and spoil our vacation. Bf was so so. Not the best but acceptable. Generally hotel room is large and comfortable. Only the guy staff lacks service. He’s sooo rigid and stucked up.

The location is very good and the breakfast was excellent. However, the carpet in the room feels dirty and hasn't been cleaned. Also they should provide water dispenser to refill water bottle. Most of 4 or 5-star hotels have provided unlimited water to refill guest tumbler. It is a good way to take care environment to reduce single use plastic. It is a shame that one of the waiter at breakfast didn't allow me to refill my water bottle.

We should go to front desk only to borrow hair dryer… for staying 4 nights.. we should ask the amenities everyday ..

Lokasi yang bagus. Walaupun anda mungkin terperangkap dalam kesesakan lalu lintas semasa dalam perjalanan ke hotel pada waktu puncak, yang boleh difahami kerana ia berada di pusat bandar. Biliknya besar dan luas. Mempunyai banyak saluran tv yang berbeza untuk menghiburkan anda (sekitar 50 saluran antarabangsa, dan beberapa saluran tempatan). Satu-satunya bahagian bawah ialah lantai tandas boleh menjadi sedikit licin apabila basah, dan tidak terdapat banyak salur keluar kuasa di sekeliling bilik. Oleh itu, anda sama ada perlu membawa sambungan palam atau palamkan lampu untuk mengecas peranti anda.

Saya pergi ke Surabaya untuk melawat rakan-rakan dan melancong, dan kawan saya mengesyorkan saya untuk menginap di hotel ini. Ia pada asalnya kerana lokasi yang sangat baik, terdapat banyak pusat membeli-belah yang besar berhampiran, pengangkutannya mudah, dan harganya murah.  Pengalaman hebat selepas menginap! Pujian super! Nilai hebat untuk wang! Hotel ini mempunyai beberapa sejarah dan harus diubah suai. Ia tidak berasa lama dan serba lengkap. Perkara terbaik ialah perkhidmatan penuh perhatian pelayan. Apabila penerbangan malam tiba, pelayan dengan bersemangat memperkenalkan tempat makanan ringan lewat malam. Keesokan harinya, saya meninggalkan hotel untuk menyertai rombongan pelancongan selama beberapa hari. Pihak hotel menyediakan perkhidmatan simpanan bagasi secara percuma. pelayan itu penuh perhatian dan menerima saya. Kerani meja depan telah mendaftar masuk. Tidak perlu mengambil masa anda. Anehnya, terdapat pasar malam yang diadakan di tempat letak kereta di hadapan hotel, yang boleh mengisi perut anda dengan segera Terdapat pelbagai jenis makanan, malah ada penyanyi penduduk yang menyanyi secara real time, yang sangat atmosfera! Perkara yang paling dipuji ialah pengurus restoran Linda tidak ada tempat untuk duduk dan makan di pasar malam, jadi dia mengatur khas untuk kami makan di ruang terbuka restoran. Sangat disyorkan!

Room: Good, although my request for city view was declined. They said the room with city view was full. Too bad. I got the room with bad view 🥺 Service: Fast. Time for check-in fast as well as time for check-out. They serve very well. I asked for room service and it was fast. Nicely done Food: Good comforting food. But for the pastry was so-so. The last day we stayed there, they prepared our early breakfast for takeaway, very good pacakaging. The Indonesian food was ok and many variations to choose Amenities: Poor. The towel was not proper to use, too old & we don't get fully amenities, for that we need to call for it. Need to improve. Will I stay there again?... Well, may be. Someday. But Aria not in the top of my list 😅🙏

All staffs had a great attitude、good location、there's a convenience store nearby the hotel,you can buy anything you need.And the room is very clean、got hairdryer and hot water!

Before I review I want to say all the staff were kind friendly and very helpful. If this review was about the staff you would have 100%. My problem is with the fabric of the hotel. It is dirty , shabby and living in the past. The first entertainment hotel in the city. Looking at it it was probably the last time it was refurbished. I feel that the staff put on a brave face and they are professional in their duties. Entering my room the sheets were grey had holes and stained. If you use an external laundry and hire your linen someone needs to change your contract!! Grey is not white. The walls are covered in hardboard and are dirty. Shower and toilet ok. Fire door did not self close. Hole in the wall where the self closer keeps hitting it. If this is a four star hotel it’s the staff who are keeping it there, a review though in my opinion would drop you to two stars at the best!! The owners need to reinvest!!
