SsliceoflifeThe hotel was recommended to me by a friend to understand Indonesia's colonial history better and it's a beautiful building, the staff are wonderful and the manager even stopped to chat to me. Even in the rain the gardens are beautiful and the room was incredibly comfortable. I loved my stay here.

Kkenskistaying at Kampi for staycation during Christmas holiday. near TP and Tunjungan Street (you can walk, just around 5-10mins walking distance). there was Apsari Park and a lot of food stall from local seblak, fried rice to Burger King, McDonalds, etc. there was one pub/club just across the street from Kampi. the room was quite spacious, though they had no bathtub. first thing first, they provided each roomi with android TV, so you can stream your favorite show on netflix, prime video, etc. definitely will be back here for another short vacation.

AAnton buriOverall it was good hotel in perfect location and if you did not mind with facility it was suit you. It was 4 star hotel with 3 or 2 star facility i think, since i’ve book from 6 month ago but they didn’t have gym or pool. The location was very good, the coffee in restaurant was extreemely good since it was tanamera beans, but the restaurant near parking and drop off so sometimes you can smell exhaust gas from car, and the baby chair only have 2 pcs 😢.

When we went to our room, we noticed a smoke smell, so they changed it, and the next room was good. Even though the hallway smelled like smoke pretty bad.
Bed and pillows are good. Shower is good. Enough space to place your things.
The pool is nice, there are table and chairs but no beds unfortunately. The pool is on the first floor so it’s mainly in the shades. The gym is small.
Breakfast was okay, lots of options like pancakes and waffles. But the coffee was terrible. Nobody could drank it. We asked for a new batch but it didn’t come.
It’s close to malls and other restaurants, but you have to cross a busy street.

人人生是一场马拉松Overrall you got what your paid. The breakfast is less choice but it is differs every morning. If you don't like to eat in the hotel , the City Grand mall in the step away have many choices. The room cleaning need to improve.

RRetnonotHotel tengah kota yang cocok untuk staycation. Lokasi dekat dengan TP mall & jalan tunjungan, room surprisingly cukup luas dengan harga yang termasuk murah. Menginap disini pada saat long weekend & hotel rame dengan customer keluarga dengan anak kecil. Terdapat swimming pool di lantai atas, kolam renang cukup untuk berenang santai dengan anak kecil. Pengalaman yang cukup menyenangkan berlibur di kota sendiri, staff juga sangat ramah & membantu.

PPengguna TetamuLokasi yang bagus di tengah-tengah bandar, kebersihan mesti dipertingkatkan kerana saya menjumpai pepijat kecil di bawah katil.. sarapan pagi mempunyai pelbagai dan rasanya agak enak. Tiada pengering rambut di dalam bilik, tetapi mungkin perlu meminta kakitangan untuk meminjam tetapi tidak pasti kerana saya tidak bertanya kepada mereka. Saya menempah bilik keluarga dengan 3 katil

SSharon PSVarna Culture Hotel is located at strategic location closer to Tunjungan Plaza and many local eateries around. But I was given a room at smoking floor although when I booked I already requested for nonsmoking room. We have to inhale lots of 2nd hand smoke which was quite bad for our throat and causing us hard to breathe. The bathroom had given us lots of problems, after we took a shower, we realised the water cannot flow into the drainage hole and stayed floating next to the toilet bowl. The whole floor flooded as the floor design was a problem. When we complained to front desk staff, they already knew the problem but they cannot do anything. They only offered the housekeeper to mop away the water. Which the floor still wet. The water pressure is too low while we on the shower. The shower head positioned wrongly on wall and not flexible which caused the shower water to shoot directly to the opposite wall instead of to our body or face. It wet the whole towel rack and the toilet bowl behind us. Hence, we have to hold the shower head most of the time to ensure we can clean our body thoroughly. Breakfast served was average. The juices were quite plain and no fruit flavour. The overall food served was OK. No minibar in the hotel. We have to buy ice cube 5,000rp for a cup of 4pcs ice cudes.

HHung Hiu TungA very cheap choice. Not much facilities provided by the hotel, for example no dryer, shampoo and bath gel. The room has locker, pretty small, my luggage doesn’t fit in, so I just place my suitcase outside the capsule. I think it’s okay because Indonesia is quite safe. Staff are helpful, check in and out is quick. Nice for an overnight short stay if you have a low budget.
