Hotel Genteng dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

Every time we visit Surabaya, we always stay at Hotel Majapahit. We love the rooms, the beautiful art deco building, and especially the warm hospitality. The staff are always friendly and attentive, and the location is fantastic—right in the heart of the lively city center. Thanks Kahar for our great stay.

Varna Culture Hotel is located at strategic location closer to Tunjungan Plaza and many local eateries around. But I was given a room at smoking floor although when I booked I already requested for nonsmoking room. We have to inhale lots of 2nd hand smoke which was quite bad for our throat and causing us hard to breathe. The bathroom had given us lots of problems, after we took a shower, we realised the water cannot flow into the drainage hole and stayed floating next to the toilet bowl. The whole floor flooded as the floor design was a problem. When we complained to front desk staff, they already knew the problem but they cannot do anything. They only offered the housekeeper to mop away the water. Which the floor still wet. The water pressure is too low while we on the shower. The shower head positioned wrongly on wall and not flexible which caused the shower water to shoot directly to the opposite wall instead of to our body or face. It wet the whole towel rack and the toilet bowl behind us. Hence, we have to hold the shower head most of the time to ensure we can clean our body thoroughly. Breakfast served was average. The juices were quite plain and no fruit flavour. The overall food served was OK. No minibar in the hotel. We have to buy ice cube 5,000rp for a cup of 4pcs ice cudes.

Hotel lama asas popular dalam kalangan pengembara tempatan kerana berdekatan (10 minit berjalan kaki) ke Tunjungan Plaza. Bilik dah penat tengok. Tuala lama. Tilam sudah usang dan tenggelam apabila dibaringkan di atasnya. Membuat saya sakit kembali. Diminta untuk menukar tilam. Tetapi penggantiannya juga lembut. Gim ialah sebuah bilik kecil dengan beberapa pemberat bebas, kelengkapan fungsi muti, 1 bangku + 2 mesin bangun. Lantai permaidani mungkin telah divakum suatu ketika dahulu. Permaidani koridor benar-benar lama kotor dan koyak di beberapa tempat. Bufet sarapan pagi sangat-sangat.

We should go to front desk only to borrow hair dryer… for staying 4 nights.. we should ask the amenities everyday ..

Saya pergi ke Surabaya untuk melawat rakan-rakan dan melancong, dan kawan saya mengesyorkan saya untuk menginap di hotel ini. Ia pada asalnya kerana lokasi yang sangat baik, terdapat banyak pusat membeli-belah yang besar berhampiran, pengangkutannya mudah, dan harganya murah.  Pengalaman hebat selepas menginap! Pujian super! Nilai hebat untuk wang! Hotel ini mempunyai beberapa sejarah dan harus diubah suai. Ia tidak berasa lama dan serba lengkap. Perkara terbaik ialah perkhidmatan penuh perhatian pelayan. Apabila penerbangan malam tiba, pelayan dengan bersemangat memperkenalkan tempat makanan ringan lewat malam. Keesokan harinya, saya meninggalkan hotel untuk menyertai rombongan pelancongan selama beberapa hari. Pihak hotel menyediakan perkhidmatan simpanan bagasi secara percuma. pelayan itu penuh perhatian dan menerima saya. Kerani meja depan telah mendaftar masuk. Tidak perlu mengambil masa anda. Anehnya, terdapat pasar malam yang diadakan di tempat letak kereta di hadapan hotel, yang boleh mengisi perut anda dengan segera Terdapat pelbagai jenis makanan, malah ada penyanyi penduduk yang menyanyi secara real time, yang sangat atmosfera! Perkara yang paling dipuji ialah pengurus restoran Linda tidak ada tempat untuk duduk dan makan di pasar malam, jadi dia mengatur khas untuk kami makan di ruang terbuka restoran. Sangat disyorkan!

Room: Good, although my request for city view was declined. They said the room with city view was full. Too bad. I got the room with bad view 🥺 Service: Fast. Time for check-in fast as well as time for check-out. They serve very well. I asked for room service and it was fast. Nicely done Food: Good comforting food. But for the pastry was so-so. The last day we stayed there, they prepared our early breakfast for takeaway, very good pacakaging. The Indonesian food was ok and many variations to choose Amenities: Poor. The towel was not proper to use, too old & we don't get fully amenities, for that we need to call for it. Need to improve. Will I stay there again?... Well, may be. Someday. But Aria not in the top of my list 😅🙏

Had a great time. The environment was good and all the fasilities provided could be enjoyed. Definitely will come again in the future. I faced some difficulties but it was handled well bt the workers.

All staffs had a great attitude、good location、there's a convenience store nearby the hotel,you can buy anything you need.And the room is very clean、got hairdryer and hot water!

Place was enjoyable, at city centre, although there was complications with reservation as they didn't priorly informed me they could not accommodate to the room I booked

A very cheap choice. Not much facilities provided by the hotel, for example no dryer, shampoo and bath gel. The room has locker, pretty small, my luggage doesn’t fit in, so I just place my suitcase outside the capsule. I think it’s okay because Indonesia is quite safe. Staff are helpful, check in and out is quick. Nice for an overnight short stay if you have a low budget.
