The swimming pool was excellent, and the surrounding ambience made it even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the upgrade to a balcony room; it made our stay even more memorable. It was amazing how quickly and effortlessly our requests were fulfilled — a true testament to the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Special mention to Iqbal, Grison, and Tanushree — your hospitality stood out and made a lasting impression on us. You all were fantastic and made us feel right at home. Another thoughtful touch was being offered a takeaway breakfast both during our stay and at check-out. Though we didn’t end up taking it, it was a very kind and considerate gesture that shows how much the staff goes the extra mile for their guests. Overall, I’m super happy with my stay and sincerely thank the entire Trident Agra team for making it so memorable. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return again soon!"

Really nice hotel, really clean, good lighting, good room organization and decoration. The staffs are helpful. They also provide a wide selection of food. I had a really good stay here, making my trip in Agra memorable!! Thanks a lot! Highly recommend!!! Worth the price!!

My stay at ITC Mughal, Agra was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The beautiful Mughal-style architecture, gardens, and peaceful atmosphere added to the experience. The spa was relaxing, and the food, especially at Peshawri, was delicious. Plus, the hotel is close to the Taj Mahal, making it a great place to stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, highly recommended!

I travelled solo and stayed here for one night and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent on the cold night I arrived, the staff provided an oil‑filled heater for my room. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the shower worked well. The only downside was the iron: when I tried to iron my dress, it burned a hole in it. I take responsibility for this, but I mention it because the iron is not a proper steam iron, and I assumed it would be fine. I did the morning tour of the Taj and returned just after 12; the hotel was very relaxed about the checkout time and gave me plenty of time to gather my things. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay after 2022-23. This time stay was disappointing primarily due to poor service management. On arrival, no one assisted in picking up or carrying luggage to the room. After check-in, I called for drinking water, but despite repeated follow-ups, it took almost one hour for water to be delivered to the room. Most of the hotel staff appeared to be completely occupied with managing a marriage ceremony and a conference being held simultaneously at two different grounds within the property. While events are understandable, regular in-house guests should not be made to suffer due to poor prioritization and staffing. What makes the experience worse is the pricing. The room tariffs are higher than reputed five-star hotels like the Taj in Agra, but the service standards fall far short of even basic hospitality expectations. I would think twice before choosing this property again.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

Taj heights is a good hotel for a family stay and good location near taj mahal and the food was excellent. My recommendation to all visitors to agra is to avail the services of this hotel once.
