"The Trident hotel was the perfect choice for our 1 night stay in Agra. We were met by the hotel vehicle at the train station on our arrival and it was nice to sit in a luxury car with great air con! First impressions of the hotel were good - We had a security check on arrival and were greeted with a warm welcome, including a refreshing drink. The hotel was spotless and smelt fresh and clean. There was always someone polishing and wiping the main lobby. Our room had everything we needed, including a nice garden terrace. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked like magic! We had dinner at the hotel and the standard and Quality of the food very good. We enjoyed breakfast the following morning, which was a buffet. You had the option to order off a Menu too, but we didn’t have time so can’t comment on this. They did serve the best English breakfast tea that we have had in India and a good coffee. Staff were attentive and work really hard. There was always someone available to help. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on that, but it looked inviting and the grounds were well kept and added to the ambience. Would highly recommend this hotel -it ticks all the boxes and more!"

A great blend of luxury and reasonable pricing in Agra, especially if you’re looking for a hotel with a swimming pool in the ₹3,000–4,500 range for two people, including breakfast. The pool is small but a nice facility at this price point. The terrace has beautiful lighting and a bar café where you can relax, enjoy the ambience, and get a great view of the Taj Mahal. However, the rooms at the back of the property don’t offer much of a view, so front-facing rooms are preferable. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, with carpets, hanging lamps, and attractive wall décor adding a touch of luxury. The service and variety in the buffet were top-notch, although the food menu is slightly on the higher side.

I travelled solo and stayed here for one night and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent on the cold night I arrived, the staff provided an oil‑filled heater for my room. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the shower worked well. The only downside was the iron: when I tried to iron my dress, it burned a hole in it. I take responsibility for this, but I mention it because the iron is not a proper steam iron, and I assumed it would be fine. I did the morning tour of the Taj and returned just after 12; the hotel was very relaxed about the checkout time and gave me plenty of time to gather my things. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

This hotel is packed with old-school charm. Room was comfortable and beautifully decorated and the grounds of the hotel are lovely. The staff were all very hardworking and welcoming, despite us showing up late at night after a delayed flight. Breakfast was good. Restaurant fare is on the pricier side compared to outside food (as to be expected with hotels) but tasty and generous, we also really enjoyed their special Xmas Eve dinner. Location is a bit further out from the taj area but it was very easy to get around using Uber auto (rickshaws) and the hotel’s garden area + pool area made it feel like a nice quiet oasis from busy Agra, so we slept well. They were doing some work on the rooftop during the time we were there so we weren’t able to use the terrace - a shame as the views seemed great.

Taj heights is a good hotel for a family stay and good location near taj mahal and the food was excellent. My recommendation to all visitors to agra is to avail the services of this hotel once.
