We stayed at the beautiful Heritage Hotel for 2 weeks from the 12/1/25 , the twice weekly gala dinners around the pool were outstanding with good food and vibe , the buffet restaurant chutney was as expected from a hotel of this class, rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily to a good standard , linen is changed very regularly . We refused to get in the sunbed Wars by getting up early, so we spent a lot of time on the beach at Aaron’s beach shack eating lunch there , sizzling prawns at 600 Are not to be missed ! On the big turnover days we always find a bed around the pool when we got up at about 0930 ! The last Saturday of holidays I counted the sunbeds ! 64 around the pool and 14 in the garden, In view of fact there are 97 rooms some with kids , realistically 200 are required , so the management need to address this ridiculous lack of bed situation ! What really makes this hotel are the staff who work tirelessly with smiles and enthusiasm always remembering drinks orders etc from waiters to cleaners and garden people who keep it immaculate, perhaps some managers could follow this trait . A fabulous holiday was had with great memories, nearly perfect . The houseboat overnight trip is amassing Thank you staff at the Heritage for a wonderful Experience

I visited this place 2nd time it’s was great to see the atmosphere the vibe is the food is great. Lovely ambiance. Srimanta the Captain Bougainvillea greeted us explained about the variety that they offer for that particular day…. It’s overall nice experience.

There were issues at check-in with payment from Trip.com and our rooms were in separate areas despite us requesting rooms in the same building. Upon asking multiple times we finally got a room nearby but the toilets were not working and we had to call for assistance multiple times which was always delayed.

Lovely peaceful retreat. Excellent food. Comfortable accommodation. Friendly helpful staff - Ruchika is superb. Took a couple of nights away from the beach to do some birding in Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary- found this place on google- what a find. Sitting in the gardens, the birds come to you and saw plenty to keep us occupied! You can go exploring further - they do trips from the place- but we just wanted to chill. BYO this year- fridge in room.

PPengguna TetamuFirstly, the staff at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming. The staff from the breakfast room is much engaging, smiley and friendly in general. The front desk should take lessons from them!
The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. I would suggest that you have another protein option for non-veg eaters like a chicken dish. Otherwise, it very nice.
The room was not what I viewed in the photos while booking. It was dark with wood paneling and it felt as if the walls were caving in. The room could use some white painted walls to make it feel bright and fresh. The bathroom also needs an upgrade- it's a bit dingy. The towels have seen better days- the bathmat was dingy and grey- a bit gross but we survived.
The pool is very nice but all the lounge chairs are right next to one another. And, there are only 8 for all of those guests? Umbrellas should be replaced with white ones so that they don't fade in the sun- good hack.

This is my 5th stay at this beautiful hotel in Palolem. It really is an absolute gem. The warmth and friendliness of the staff is so genuine, and welcomes me back everytime. After a gap of two years this time, Reception Manager Vaishali not only recognised my name on the booking, but remembered my strict dietary needs and room preferences for my stay - this is exceptional work, and I was beyond touched! Manager Pritish and Chef Pankaj met with me, and made sure I was served beautiful food that I could eat safely. Coeliac disease is not well known in this rural area and gluten free products hard to come by so I am really grateful for Pankaj’s care. On this stay I visited the spa, run nicely by Manjila, where I had the recommended 2hr ‘Deep sleep’ massage treatment with Wanda, who was absolutely wonderful, it was an amazing massage experience, I cannot recommend Wanda highly enough! The pool area is beautiful and can feel like an Oasis from the otherwise chaotic and bustling streets and beach nearby, but can get busy at times! The rooms are clean and comfortable with the best sheets and softest beds, I always sleep so well here, the water pressure is excellent and I love the huge shower heads. Thank you so much Vaishali and the team - Dipankar, Karvesh, Ashley - I’m so sorry there were too many lovely people to name! Thank you for all your hard work, and for caring so much. As always, I cannot wait to return!

RRelax59440283017At the end of our 3 week trip through India and Nepal, we wanted to relax for the last 3 days in Goa - Beleza by the Beach exceeded our expectations. Wanting a relax time, with excellent service, we decided on a boutique hotel in South Goa. We couldn’t have discovered a better place. Sandwiched between a rice paddy on one side, and the ocean on the other, it was both tranquil and fun. The restaurant was the best hotel restaurant of our trip. The menu was varied and all of the options looked wonderful. The seafood tasted like it was just taken from the ocean. We had a 2.5 lobster, tiger prawns, and sea bass - prepared perfectly. Chalton - our personal bartender and server - made us feel so welcome. The Peoples Beer he suggested for us, and the cocktails he made with the local gin and Feni, were so much fun! The beautiful Indian wedding - where everyone was so welcoming and gracious - was an added bonus. We had front row seat both nights, while dining in the restaurant, to watch the celebration and service. We cannot say enough good things about Beleza By the Sea - the beach is quiet with a lifeguard - the pools clean and fresh. Our room and the grounds were so clean. The director of housekeeping - Salvo - and our room attendant Frederick - did a wonderful job. The breakfast and staff were perfect. We enjoyed the fresh juice and milkshakes, omelets and Dosa made on site and the many Indian dishes. Vishka was a sweet hostess, she welcomed us each morning, and tried to get us a table on the patio overlooking the Rice Paddy each morning. Thanks Beleza for the special stay!

DDanielAn absolutely delightful stay. I highly recommend this place to everyone and especially those looking to relax and unwind by the beach. Not ***y places in India are like this. The facilities and staff are all top notch. Very professional and polite. They took care of all our needs without hesitation. There's a nice garden to walk at night, with direct access to beach and security guards on both exits.
The resort had very ample variety of food, with different restaurants to choose from. Though perhaps a bit overpriced compared to equally good restaurants nearby.
Overall, I wished we had stayed a little longer but already had flights booked. Definitely will come back when I'm back in Goa.

50 members from our school class and their spouses held a reunion at the resort extending over 3 days in December 2024. Everything about the hotel was better than expected. The resort is within walking distance of Colva beach. Close to some shopping area yet secluded enough to be private. We had a grand party by the poolside which was amazing. The rooms, though slightly small were clean and well provided for. The F and B staff went out of their way to serve us. I would like to give a shout out to Sanju, Roger, Shiva, Sonu, Raj, Abhishek, Sayad, Amit, Sahil, Ashish, Rakesh for their excellent service. The front office was efficiently managed by a welcoming team of Sarvjit, Milosha, Sumit, Paras and Jerry. Would unhesitatingly recommend Salcete Beach resort to everyone visiting Goa.

This is our third visit to this beautifully located hotel, we messaged the duty manager in advance maybe expecting acknowledgment of our loyalty to this hotel, we even brought our daughter and partner for their first visit to India. On arrival instead of a warm welcome back we got a standard here’s your room, see you later! We had another amazing holiday in India and enjoyed lovely meals out visiting old acquaintances we met previously in restaurants and beach shacks. However, the hotel is not what it used to be. The management appears to be very poor. When problems arose, even simple ones like broken machinery in the gym, lights not working in the room, no hot water etc; it had to be repeated many times before it was eventually sorted out. Breakfast was often chaotic bringing tea and coffee out at the end of breakfast and asking for a table outside to be cleaned was a job that was never done. Saying that though, many of the staff were absolutely fabulous. A special thank you to Madden who worked at the pool should be mentioned. He managed to make us feel valuable during our stay at the hotel. There was also a very reliable waiter at breakfast called Hayden who was very good and asking if we needed anything else, making breakfast enjoyable. A really special relaxing and enjoyable part of the holiday was the lovely spa treatments I enjoyed. The aromatherapy treatments from Nisha Shaikh really helped us feel relaxed and stress free during our stay. This hotel is in a gem of a location and with maintenance and proper management would be a hotel we may consider in the future again but definitely not in its current state of repair and management.

What a fantastic resort/hotel. The staff were great, food in the restaurants superb with all tastes catered for. Our room was cleaned and beds made every day by the team of Saineth, Sudarshan and Chetan who were so polite and left us most days with bed decorations made from towels including an elephant, two swans that made a love heart and others. Special mention also to Ayush, the acting manager and his staff at the Mama Mia restaurant for his service and politeness.

It’s across the street from the beach. Less than 5 minute walk. It’s under new owners and they have done a wonderful job, making it a happy and beautiful place to stay. My room was large with a comfortable bed and had a beautiful little balcony that looked out onto peaceful palm trees. There is a swimming pool, which is awesome when the beach gets too hot. It is surrounded by lush gardens and beautiful greenery.
I ate breakfast every day in their little restaurant, and the food and service was top-notch. 😁

PPengguna TetamuFood was ok ok. Property, electricity was shutting on & off, though they had invertor backup but it was not so up to date & disturbing as electricity was going frequently. Cleanliness was good. Swimming pool we couldn't use as the timing was till 5pm only. Could appreciate if it can increase the time.

PPengguna TetamuIt’s a budget hotel/apartment, so please ***age expectations. The staff is friendly and very cooperative will give them 10/10. Breakfast is served and they have a standard menu (no buffet), restaurant is okay however the food is excellent . They do not have internet, it’s incorrectly stated on the facilities. Please inspect your room before checking, I had to change my room as the first room was very bad, leaking toilet, unclean room, towels and bedding. I had to make some noise.
