The hotel's location, service, and cleanliness are all excellent! The most important thing is that the front desk staff are all very kind and provide great service. It's very friendly for foreign travelers! For my friend's birthday, the front desk helped us order a cake which was super delicious and beautiful. The 'Xiao Du' smart assistant in the room is quite good; it's convenient for playing music and opening/closing curtains. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the lobby, but the spiral staircase is absolutely gorgeous. Getting a Didi (ride-sharing) is also very convenient. The hotel entrance has a big smiley face, making it super easy to spot. The front desk truly deserves 10,000 stars 🌟. There's a pedestrian street right downstairs, which is super convenient, and the location is also very close to Hefei Station. The lobby offers health tea and popcorn. Foreign travelers, you should definitely go for this hotel, it's really great ❤️

Very satisfied with our stay at Xihai Hotel. We booked a suite room (Area B) for a family, but I think because of off peak season, they have the capacity to upgrade us to two bedrooms in the main building (area A) and we are very grateful for that. From the beginning the service was excellent, we were taken to our room and showed what was available. Everything in the room can be used without extra charge and can call to ask for more. Amenities and toiletries are available, room is very clean and breakfast buffet is included. Buffet dinner was ¥180 per person and it has enough varieties (mainly chinese food with some pasta, pizza, cakes). The front view of the hotel is amazing, overlooking Huangshan Mountain. The staff also very informative to guests about sunset and sunrise for the day. There were also a performance after dinner at the lobby for hotel guests. The hotel also provides two hiking jackets and a torch to help hotel guests to go out and about to hike the mountain. Our family has had the best time at Xihai Hotel and highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wish to stay overnight at Xihai Hotel. You won’t disappointed.

Wanxi Hotel is located in the city center, and the surrounding area is very lively and convenient. What is particularly worthy of praise is the hotel service. Before check-in, the hotel staff Jiujiu added her on WeChat. When I communicated with her about some minor issues, she responded immediately. Then I found that the entire hotel staff responded and handled the problems very quickly and patiently. , no matter what position or position, the service attitude is beyond many other five-star hotels. The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

The hotel is located in the core area of Huangshan Scenic Area, with the rugged pine shadows of Shixin Peak swaying just outside the window, and the grandeur of Black Tiger Pine visible right around the corner. It's just a leisurely 5-minute walk from the room to the Shixin Peak viewing platform, where you might even encounter squirrels and feel the cool mountain breeze along the way! When we checked in, we had quite a bit of luggage, and the front desk staff member immediately grabbed a hiking pole, turned into a 'superman,' and escorted us all the way to our room. He even thoughtfully reminded us, 'There will be a spectacular rime ice phenomenon before sunrise tomorrow, we'll give you a wake-up call at 5 AM!'—And true to his word, there was a knock on our door promptly in the morning. This level of dedication even moved me, a picky travel expert!

Fantastic hotel. Staff are extremely helpful, giving us advice about Huangshan Mountain and also recommending (and booking with a discount) activities nearby, such as the Emerald Valley. Free transport and pickup from Huangshan South Gate is great. They even dropped us off in town once when it was raining to save us the short walk to get to restaurants (there aren’t many options right next to the hotel), which was very nice. Lovely, spacious, clean, modern room. Comfortable beds and great buffet style breakfast. I think they offer free wooden walking sticks too but we didn’t take them. Some staff speak English, and one of them very kindly came in the car to help pick us up from the Huangshan South Gate so that we could communicate with them via telephone to find them in the car park. Highly recommend this hotel.

However: 1) There were children continuously screaming loudly in the gym, and no staff came to manage them. 2) The breakfast restaurant was very crowded on the weekend. The hosts should have been prepared earlier to control the flow of people. Today, after being let in, there were no empty tables, and guests were still being let in continuously afterward. It was chaotic, and everyone stood around, unsure of what to do. 3) A child kept dragging their chair while eating, making a lot of noise, and no staff member came to inquire about what was happening.

Wanda Hotel is a standard hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the background wall, which represents the local history and culture. It is very distinctive. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. When booking, I noted that I needed a quiet room. Manager Rumeng helped me upgrade the room to an executive king bed. I was very happy 😃. The room facilities are simple and generous, clean and refreshing. The room is also very clean. When I go out, I pay special attention to hygiene. It still makes people feel at ease. The transportation is convenient. Wanda Plaza is downstairs and it is not far from Erlijing Night Market. It was a very happy stay.

The service was excellent, and the environment was superb. The courtyard is beautiful; being there in person feels much better than just seeing photos. Since we were on our honeymoon back home, the owner specifically helped us decorate the room. The owner/manager has excellent English and is very thoughtful and attentive. The only minor flaw was that the bathtub stopper leaked, so the water wouldn't stay in if you wanted to take a bath. It's not a big issue, just needs to be replaced.
