Очень довольны, номер соответствует фото, просторный, да, немного уставший, но и цена нормальная. в холле есть холодильник большой и посуда, чай , кофе и прочие снеки можно брать, очень приятный хозяин. Рядом магазины, до исторического центра тоже близко пешком. Если изловчиться, то из окна направо можно увидеть Этну (ниже фото из окна))) В общем соотношение цена-качество-месторасположение = отличное.

WWatcherLove the very convenient location right in the middle of Via Etnea, walking distances to most of the major attractions. Front Office is warm and very helpful in providing us with information and map upon checking in. Room was great and very comfortable. We were an hour early for check-in, and the room we booked wasn't available then. Instead, we got a surprise to be able to check-in into a bigger room. Breakfast is fabulous with lots of choices. Highly recommended.
The property is right opposite the Rinascente departmental store. Before careful if you are claiming VAT refund. My tax refund of over 200 euros was disallowed as the tax refund form prepared by them deliberately omitted the last digit of my passport number.

CClaire MPapali was on the first floor of a very old building, so expect to walk up a few steps with your luggage, because there's no elevator ... But, the Signore who welcomed us was very friendly and even went downstairs - while I already could go into our room - to help my husband find a parking spot on the street nearby.
We had a very good night in a simple, but super clean and quite big room, comfy bed as well ... Bathroom was nice and clean with plenty of towels ...
The first picture I took in the morning after our night at Papali out from the balcony, the second was taken in the morning when we had our breakfast served kindly in the little dining area ...
Btw, Papali is located wonderfully - it's an easy walk to all the main sightseeing spots of Catania! I added some pictures of our evening walk ...
Summary: Papali is a great choice locationwise and if you do not want to spend too much, but still want to have a cozy night at a simple but friendly and nice place.

PPengguna TetamuIch habe kürzlich in diesem neu eröffneten Hotel übernachtet und war rundum begeistert. Das Interior Design ist modern und geschmackvoll – man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wurde. Das Zimmer war hervorragend ausgestattet: eine Nespresso-Maschine, ein kleiner Kühlschrank, ein Safe, eine angenehm leise Klimaanlage und eine tolle Regendusche. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ruhige Lage – ideal für erholsamen Schlaf.
Das Hotel ist klein und charmant, alle Zimmer befinden sich auf einer Etage. Der Eingang liegt im Erdgeschoss, die Rezeption ist nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt, aber dank der Zimmerkarte hat man jederzeit Zugang. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich – ein besonderes Dankeschön an Martina, die mit ihren Tipps meinen Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht hat.
Frühstück wird im Hotel zwar nicht angeboten, aber es gibt viele gute Möglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung.
Fazit: Ein stilvolles, ruhiges Hotel mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre – ich komme gerne wieder!

SsundncrThis is a wonderful location to stay a night before an early morning flight to the airport. The stay was wonderful too. The hotel has a big pool to relax and the grounds are kept neat. The room had a view of Mount Etna and it was thrilling to see the Mountain during Sunrise. The staff were friendly and receptive. Rooms were large with a big clean bed and linens. Bathroom was more than average size. It was a good and relaxing stay. I think parking is free here. There is a bit of Industrial area around the hotel, but it is very safe. Saw plenty of families with kids enjoying their stay. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant to try the local food. English is spoken by almost all the staff.
