"The hotel is clean and friendly, but not all the staff behind the bar have the knowledge you should expect. A young man would not have a stick and a plate, while a female colleague would have brought it out without difficulty. If you get that, we advise you to ask for another room as soon as possible. Rooms 101 are small, have no lifting room but a clothing lock and are located on the side of the hotel where you hear the traffic noise of Naples. We received room 306 and this was certainly good. Every time we asked to clean the room was done well. After all, breakfast is also good, but the cappuccino did not really great"

SsweetshoiraI had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The space is beautifully designed with a contemporary look, making it both modern and cozy. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the functional amenities made my stay incredibly comfortable. The hot water supply was consistent, which was a big plus! What truly made my experience special was the owner, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, and the moderate morning breakfast was a lovely touch that added to the homely feel. The location is another major highlight—it’s conveniently close to the metro, making it easy to access any part of the city. Whether you’re here for sightseeing or business, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring and getting around. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming stay. You’ll feel right at home here! I would definitely stay again and can’t thank the owner enough for such a pleasant experience.

GGuest UserIt was a pleasant surprise to stay in a room that was one the original ‘museum rooms’. The furniture and the flooring were well preserved in the style of 1952- which we loved . Spacious the authentic art deco feel for us who grew up in the 70s/80s. We had a sea view from the side of the hotel. Breakfast was excellent in terms of choices of food and had a beautiful view ,on looking Capri and the bay of Naples! The staff were generous with their time and payed attention to details- rare for a 4* hotel. You can walk to the historic sites along the sea in 10-15mins. There were a lot of very good restaurants, both serving excellent seafood and pizza. Be wary of the taxis, ask for the meter to be put on or get a quote before you jump in!!! Quick access to the port by car, or walkable- give yourself 25 mins, if you are thinking of going to Capri or Sorrento.

JJelisavetaStaying at Domis Vesuvio in Naples was one of the best travel decisions we’ve made. The location, just a short walk from the main bus station, made getting around the city incredibly easy. The property looked exactly like the photos — clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. What truly sets this place apart is the staff, they all helped us fell like we were home. Sara and Ginevra are some of the warmest and most helpful people we’ve ever met while traveling. They were always available, ready to answer any question, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. The restaurant downstairs where breakfast is served was another highlight of our stay. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions generous, and the prices very reasonable. The wine they serve is excellent and pairs perfectly with the dishes. The overall value for money far exceeded our expectations. We honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Naples. Next time we visit, we won’t even look for another accommodation — we’ll simply wait until this one is available. Highly, truly recommended.

GGuest UserThe location is really good, less than 5 minutes walk from Naples Central Station. But the room is small, there is no refrigerator, and no coffee pot. There is air conditioning. Usually, if there is no coffee pot in the room, you can ask the front desk and they will give you one, but here, they said there is none; and they said there is none in a short answer with a whistle, so it made me feel like I made some ridiculous request. For breakfast, you don't have to pick and choose your own food, but it is delivered through some old man. I think it is a strategy to make you feel self-conscious, but most of it is so tasteless anyway that they don't give anything except croissants. Seriously, I've been to many hotels in many countries, but this is the first time I've seen something like this. Italy itself is an individual country, so I wouldn't come near it, but this is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

BBrandyhuaThis hotel is super convenient, really close to Castel dell'Ovo, making it a great choice for both business trips and leisure travel. As a chain hotel, you can always count on their reliable service. I'll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it. Plus, it's really close to the airport, just a few minutes away!

TTravel_with_soo_yanI'm impressed by the cleanliness of this hostel, which is way cleaner and prettier than other hostels that I've stayed before. The room even has a private bathroom and surprisingly also a little balcony, very neat and well decorated! I'm also surprised to see there is a shared kitchen (which is also very clean and well managed) which serves breakfast! Truly amazing experience staying here knowing great people across the world!

GGuest UserI had a short overnight stay so the location is ideal about 400m walking from the main train station. Although a good location it is not a good area at night, a lot of homeless people but there are also some nice restaurants on Garabaldi Square and good coffee shops nearby for pastries and coffee for breakfast. The Hotel reception is on the 2nd floor of the building, big staircase and as others say no lift. Not good for older people or if you have big luggage to carry. The Checkin was fine, the man explained the basics and took me to my room. The cleanliness was perfect, so clean, plenty of fresh white towels, and bathroom was spotless, no problem there. He also gave me the remote control for the air conditioning and that also worked really great so you could sleep well. Bed was fine, seemed clean also, as someone said Quirky decoration. And surprisingly quiet. So if you aren’t after a fancy hotel room it’s fine. Only Basic liquid soap amenity supplied. The Front door is locked at 8 pm, and the hotel rooms access, they give you a keys to access, so it seems quite safe, closing early in that area is probably a good thing . Easy to walk to the Old Town and all the sights.
