PPengguna TetamuMaybe due to weather issue, seems some mosquitoes and flies,, even inside room, the hotel is a bit old but kept not bad, service is perfect too, I like their velvet parking, just 1000yen/night and you may drop off at door.
Amenities are adequate but I don't like the package of toothpaste which was a small bag and hard to open.
Room was spacious; some shops around after crossing the bridge, if the convenience store can extend working hours, e.g 0200 ? I think it would be perfect as some of guests, like us, may arrive late at night.

YYan ReevesWe had spent 4 nights at the hotel during the Golden Week which might have influenced the perception of service, but not dramatically.
Among the advantages of the hotel are: nice spacious rooms (ours had a stunning sea view); generally good location with beautiful nature and access to the beaches where you could actually swim (not a given on the island) - at least until the tide goes too low; reasonably good food across the restaurants with rather friendly prices; stylish bar with quality drinks.
Among the disadvantages are: very non-Japanese service (generally not very helpful, with low penetration of English among the staff) and lack of attention to detail that could make the resort actually very nice - again, not very typical case for Japan.
A few pieces of advice to the management:
1. Bring the option of in-room breakfast. If a guest is sick and can’t go down, it’s impossible to order in-room breakfast on the day, while rooms service opens at 11:30. Same frustration goes to the coffee stall downstairs that doesn’t serve coffee during earlier breakfast hours
2. Consider equipping rooms with coffee machines and contemporary electronics - low costs to take, yet massive disadvantage for the 5* status for not having them
3. Pay more attention to room service: we spent 48h without shampoo and shower gel. Our glasses were washed occasionally. New bottles of drinking water arrived only once.
4. Fix the beach! The amenities there look like a poor community beach area, especially those shameful umbrellas. You have reasonable amenities at the pool - why not spreading them to the beach areas to make them feel more like a resort rather than public beaches that no one gave any care?
5. Gym and SPA amenities could use a bit of refreshment. I won’t mention SPA service itself which might be a result of poor luck with the specific technician
6. Empty mini bar equals lost revenue. You could easily cover the modifications above through adding more options for people to enjoy drinks at their balconies.
What makes staying in Japan truly special - genuine care and attention to every detail - was completely missing over our stay at this Hyatt. In fact, we consistently had that feeling “this could actually be really nice” and then something would go terribly wrong with the awkward service. The hotel that looks like 5* on pictures leaves a 3* aftertaste at max. I am only writing this because I felt it didn’t have to - those are easy aspects to fix.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWonderful hosts.I stayed in the attached two-story townhouse. Upstairs was a roomy bedroom with 3 big-sized single beds. Downstairs had a new bathtub/shower combo in the bathroom. and roomy kitchen had all modern amenities and served as the family room. Great outdoor space for a BBQ or just to relax with some snacks and drinks. Best part was my dog could enjoy being inside and outside with no restrictions. Just be considerate with your pet. (pay pet fee upon check-in ¥1,100) Breakfast was delicious.

Swimming pool was in a separate block above the carpark which kept sound at minimal even if you are facing the pool. Room has all the facilities needed for those who DIY meals or wash & dry laundry.

HHarald1The hotel is in a very nice location and also close to some scenic spots and landmarks of Okinawa. The facilities for kids are limited and no playground or water activities offered.
Friendly staff even the English is limited and some misunderstanding happened. I would also like to mention, that the concept of the Deli Breakfast is not really environmental friendly and produces quite some waste every day. Overall we enjoyed the hotel, which was well booked but didn't feel crowded at all. The beach in proximity is a nice place to stay and hang out. We will come back again

The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, which made the stay especially relaxing. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. I truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail throughout my stay. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

4인가족이 이용하기 좋았어요.
싱글침대 2개 다다미방 같이 사용해서 좋았고
화장실따로 욕실은 넓고 드라이기까지 있어서 좋아요.
바로 옆집이 유명한 스테이크집인데 맛있었어요.
근처 다양한 음식점들이 있어서 저희는 저녁에 이자까야 가서 다양한 일본음식들도 먹고 좋았습니다.
온나손 야구장에 삼성라이온즈 보러간게 주 목적이었는데 그것도 성공했고. 제가 좋아하는 일본 다이소도 가보고 재밌게 잘 놀다 왔습니다.
내년에도 다시 갈 예정입니다~

Mmimi chong酒店外觀有點古舊，內裏尚算新凈，有翻新過，房間大，有露台，廁所也很寬闊，有浴缸（用磚砌），浸浴舒適，早餐個別上，約60元港幣，傳統日本餐（個人覺得好鹹），晚上是酒吧，有點氣氛。距離酒店約200米有幾家潛水店，去青之洞玩浮潛或深潛都十分方便，食店方面就要行400米左右會較多選擇，酒店老闆很友善，還幫我們叫車。
