ЮЮлия ЗМы остались под хорошим впечатлением от отеля. Домик новый, чистый и уютный. Из него открывается вид на лес, также слышны умиротворяющие звуки природы. В домике есть водонагреватель, что очень важно, а также тв, вай-фай, чайник, фен. Хозяин домика очень дружелюбный, внимательный и приятный в общении человек. При необходимости с ним можно договорится о трансфере до города Эллы и местных достопримечательностей. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

QQiongqiongGood for value. The location is very good, it’s at end of the town, convenient to go hiking and the restaurants. It’s quiet at night. The room is very clean. The owner is friendly. He gave us a pot of tea to welcome us when we arrive. Also he provided us the bus schedule information and advices for the time in Ella.
It will better if there is a kettle so we can try Ceylon tea we bought.

MMishel91Very good place to stay with awesome views. The staff took great care off us. Only downside to gaving good views the location is quite far from the city centre. So pick me and uber drivers won't take any rides since the app prices are way cheaper so no choice but to pay tourist fares. Room as an electric fan but AC would have been nice.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is beautiful and modern. Location is great, easy to get to restaurants and shops outside of the hotel.
Staff have been very attentive and helpful. They clean the rooms promptly. The laundry service is great. The staff even ran to help us push the car up the hill when it was stuck.
Room service food has been very good too, their devilled chicken and pizza were the best.
Highly recommend staying with Te Dalu if you are visiting Ella.

PPengguna TetamuПриехали уставшими и не в духе, но нас так душевно встретили, что настроение поднялось сразу. Хозяева напоили чаем, пообщались по-домашнему – чувствуешь себя не клиентом, а желанным гостем.
Отель на вершине горы, и из каждого номера – выход на террасу с потрясающим видом. Утром просыпаешься – а перед тобой только горы и тишина. Номер чистый, уютный, всё продумано до мелочей.
Завтрак готовили специально под наши предпочтения: свежие фрукты, яичница, тосты, даже смузи! Персонал не формально вежливый, а по-настоящему добрый.
Если хотите не просто переночевать, а почувствовать заботу и отдохнуть душой – это точно ваше место. Хочется вернуться снова и всем рекомендовать. Огромное спасибо хозяевам за такую атмосферу!

GGinbuHowwan這次在斯里蘭卡住過最完美的酒店，值得超五星。
我們訂的行政別墅，樓下一個大床，樓上兩個略小床墊。電動窗簾拉開就是幾乎全景玻璃陽台，可以看到外麪茶山。還能看到三孔橋和路過火車。
mini bar裏面給了幾十包茶包，都是免費，四瓶玻璃瓶水也是免費，酒和飲品收費。
游泳池很好看很出片，像無邊泳池。
一定要選帶晚餐的，晚餐是點菜式五道式，非常可口，也很特別，不含飲料。早餐也有一個很特別的脆皮蛋包，通往餐廳的路上能拍到很美的照片。
唯一就是蚊蟲比較多，整個行程唯一的兩個包就是在這裏晚上睡覺時候被咬的

TtorinessKeeping in mind this is a 3 star hotel, the positives are the rooms are big with a balcony looking out at amazing views (ours anyway), and the pool is clean and quite big also with amazing views and a concrete elephant water feature!!! The location of the hotel is pretty good too - far enough from other properties to be quiet but close enough to Ella main drag that you can walk in 10-15 minutes or pay a tuk tuk driver double the rate of Colombo to get to and from. The big negative for us was that despite being told upon checking in that the room would be cleaned every day, it was not. And I was told the reason why was that we didn’t hand in our key for it to be done - which seems bizarre after staying in hotels for decades and not being told to or having to hand in a key in order to get a standard daily room clean. The insinuation that it was our fault for not handing in a key (not that we were told to do so on checking in) was extremely irritating. Food was ok but overpriced so we ate elsewhere (lots of options). There were lots of little things in the rooms that could be easily addressed to make them nicer - definitely not having ripped old bath towels, and removing an empty TV bracket from the wall (like a TV used to be there but not anymore - or was it just our room, who knows). All these little things add up to I really think the room rate is too high - but we are here in the high season so maybe that’s just the going rate.

The **breakfast was a highlight** – a **delicious, wide spread** that set the perfect tone for our days. The **prime location** was unbeatable – just a **2-minute walk to the main city center**, with easy access to **trending restaurants and vibrant spots**.
What truly made our stay special was the **attentive service and warm atmosphere**. **Great food, fantastic service, and genuinely caring staff** – we couldn’t have asked for more!

One thing which can make more effective is WhatsApp service. WhatsApp will speed up things. Service was prompt if you have a Srilanka number over phone call.

TToridesssThe room is large but not clean enough and without air con. The staff are helpful and friendly. For the location, it is next to the city centre so there are many restaurant nearby and there are many options that we can choose. However, the hotel is difficult to find and hair dryer, body wash and shampoo are not provided.
