A hidden gem in Cavite, and just a short drive from the city!
Pros: The place is clean. The Executive room feels a bit small but has most everything you need. Shower had great water pressure, AC and fridge worked well. Pool was a good size and you could do laps or lounge around. Amenities like KTV, gym and pool table were available. Food at the restaurant was great.
Cons: TV needs a quality upgrade and way better selection than just GMA channels. Front desk had a different record of my booking and gave me two rooms when I just booked one, and does not memorize their room offerings and amenities. No elevator for upper floors. Could also use some more soundproofing in the corridors.

Service at the bar area & Christmas food store was very slow. Breakfast for the price of the room was way below par. What we'd expected to be traditional such as sausages & bacon were not included. Wi-Fi connection was very, very poor would have been a nightmare if we'd been there on business. Main lobby of the hotel, dinning are way too cold. Lastly, due to the temperature in this location at this time of year it is important to be able to have a hot shower, show temperature too intermittent, was not possible to have a hot shower.

I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it?
Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea.
I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean.

This hotel is so cozy and we loved our overnight stay in a weekday. Our room was so spacious but it doesn’t have a cabinet. The bathroom was huge with a bathtub. It has the complete toiletries that we need although the mirror was a bit dirty with watermarks. The food was superb at their restaurant. We loved the pool. The staff were helpful. Perfect place to relax.

GGboy MunsayacOverall experience was great and meaningful. First, the staff were all accommodating. From the reception down to the room service attendants, everyone always greeted you with a smile and you can feel the positive disposition. The room was kept very orderly and my special request was granted. They did come up with a nicely done birthday themed decoration for my partner and kid. The complimentary cupcake with greeting was a really nice gesture. This hotel had a huge area that featured facilities to cater to different interests. I like the thought of visiting and feeding the animals at the Farm and the outdoor playground provided a good spot for my little daughter to run around and explore nature. There was an indoor playground too, which was very useful because it also rained the next day and we couldn't afford to expose my kid to the weather. There were 2 pool areas, and I like the thought of the kiddie pools with heaters, since the cold breeze was giving us the shivers. My little one was able to enjoy the dip in the water (also props to the staff who helped inflate the pool toy :)) The buffet breakfast didn't have that many selections, however, the quality of the food was superb. I like their Filipino breakfast lineup of chicken adobo, tocino, danggit and fried rice. The salad bar was also pretty decent with their selections of garnish and dressing.
In other words, I wouldn't mind a second visit. Highly recommended!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHad an amazing restful time at Via Appia Tagaytay! We checked in late so we were kinda worried we wouldn't be able to fully enjoy the stay, but it's still a nice experience.
Toiletries and slippers were provided, towels weren't in the room yet so we had to request and it took some time for the staff to deliver it to our room since they're fully booked and we were informed that there was only one staff doing room service that night, probably because it was already a bit late. But other than that, the staff and even the guards are all accommodating and super nice. Plus points that they are not super strict with pets, unlike other ”pet-friendly” hotels.
Serving of breakfast took a bit of time but the food is nice nonetheless. Property is far from the Taal View but the view from the room and the open area of the hotel is beautiful in itself and also very relaxing. Good for families!
We weren't able to use the heated pool and the game room due to lack of time, so I'd recommend staying here for 2 nights or more.

AArlene AbcedeWe stayed for a night with my parents and my little brother. It was a good experience! The hotel is very clean, the room is spacious and clean, breakfast buffet was good and have enough food selections. All in all, it was a pleasant stay for us and we’d definitely come back.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration.
We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning.
One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together.
Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.

MMPMGEstancia was a great place to stay at when in Tagaytay. There is a Starbucks that is a 2-minute walk from the resort. There are great restaurants and a church that are not too far. Quite a bit of walk from the entrance to the unit we stayed at. There are stairs on the side of units, and you can walk to the rooftop to enjoy the view of Taal. The place is quiet and at night you can just relax on the balcony looking out to Taal lake, enjoying coffee and an intimate conversation with your significant other. We saw several units that have a great view of Taal, so we'll definitely book one of those units when we visit Tagaytay again. Last but not the least, the staff at Estancia are friendly.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe had a great stay here in lake hotel tagaytay. It's also our first time to travel around tagaytay. And they also grant my anniversary complimentary for my parents. One thing that I dissapointed is that our room is not spacious and there's no view at all. I was just shocked during the check-in that the room i booked is standard but i know by myself i booked a superior room. I also pick a double size bed and request to set up an extra bed if not possible for 5 pax . But there's no set up. Thanks for Ms. Camille for helping us to check in and check out however she is not friendly 😁 I can't feel that we're welcome because when she speaks she makes her face poker that's all . And Good service for Niño if I'm not mistaken for his name.he helped us during checkin and checkout and he is also doing mabuhay greetings every time he sees you around and he also offer to take us a picture 😍 good job niño for your good in service you deserve this good review lastly The view is great however it lacks cleanliness for the swimming pool area and the restaurant is boring. Would be returned again if by chance ❤️thank you!!

VVeronica ArlyneWe love the aesthetic of the place.. although some of the area seemed abandoned or neglected.. but it didn’t really matter much coz there’s still the other spots that are well maintained. The service was good, though a little less prompt .. one particular case was with the tv.. we asked the operator to have someone to come check the connection but it took a while and I had to make a follow up call .. overall we had pleasant experience .. worth visiting and staying for a short getaway from the busy city life

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe booked a Superior room for an overnight stay at Lee Boutique Hotel Tagaytay. It has two available bed types: one queen size or two single beds. We requested for one queen-size bed and also noted that we will be checking in late since it has conflict with our work schedule. We called the property, and the Baguio branch replied to us and referred us to the Tagaytay branch contact number. They didn't reply to us when we contacted them, but when checked in, we had a smooth transaction. Our only concern is that they don't have slippers, which was stated on our confirmation email. Guards are accommodating. We asked if the pool was available, and the guard opened the gate for us to access it. We were occupying the whole pool in the morning. Thank you!

The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.

TTeam BanezJust checked out from a stay at the One Ta***tay Place Hotel. This place had its contrasts, so it's difficult to give a simple good or bad verdict.
Firstly, let's commend the staff. Their service was top-notch – always available, ready to help, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times. We had inquiries and requests that were accommodated promptly and efficiently. They are genuinely an asset to this establishment.
On the other side of the spectrum were the amenities and the room. It seems that the hotel could benefit from some much-needed refurbishments. Signs of wear were noticeable in the room furnishings and certain areas in the hotel. They weren’t a deal-breaker, but they did detract from the overall impression.
Another plus side of One Ta***tay Place: its location. It's perfectly nestled close to the most scenic vistas Ta***tay offers. Its proximity to major attractions is a bonus and is something that future guests would definitely appreciate.
In conclusion, One Ta***tay Place might not be a picture-perfect stay but it offers a decent, service-oriented experience, and uses its location to great advantage. A few upgrades could definitely elevate the guest experience.
Would I come back? Yes, though I do hope to see some improvements next time around. For the price, service, and location, it's still a considerably good deal.
