I gave their service a 4/5 because I did an advance booking and yet let me wait for the room to be prepared. 😐So I hope next time they prioritize the one's who has an advance bookings/online bookings. 🥺🙃 And I can hear the staff outside the corridors as early as 6:30am, hope they are more considerate for guest who are still sleeping. 🤐🤫😴 But overall I had a great stay here at Sogo Gen Tri 🫡👍👌"

PPengguna TetamuVery nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available

LLavinyaOur stay was generally good, and we truly enjoyed the facilities and activities offered by the hotel. There was plenty to do, and it made our overall experience fun and memorable.
However, when we first entered the room, there was a noticeable smell on the bed that seemed like dog urine, which was unpleasant. Thankfully, when we reported it, the staff responded immediately and changed the beddings right away. We really appreciate their prompt action and professionalism.
After that concern was addressed, everything felt comfortable. Overall, while the initial issue was disappointing, the staff handled it well, and we still had an enjoyable stay.

I ended up using the stairs most of the time since my room was only on the 3rd floor. The stairway was also poorly kept, the tiles were broken and felt unstable when walking up the stairs.
Our room did not have a full sized mirror like the other rooms of our other family members

The location was convenient, with restaurants and coffee shops within the hotel building. Breakfast options were great, really liked the coffee (barako). Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful stay at The Lake Hotel Tagaytay. Initially, I felt a bit worried after reading some negative reviews after booking, but our experience turned out to be the complete opposite.
Everything exceeded our expectations—from the excellent service to the quality of the food. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was also not crowded, which made the atmosphere more relaxing and enjoyable.
Overall, we truly had the kind of vacation we were hoping for, and it was all thanks to the hotel and its team. We would definitely consider staying here again.

but this one definitely deserves it.
Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

PPengguna TetamuWe had to wait 22 minutes for the check-in although there were only 2 guests ahead of us dealing with 2 receptionists.
Just arriving in the room, we received a call with an instruction to move our car from a parking lot as ‘the parking lot is reserved’. There was no signage nor any indication that this parking lot cannot be used.
The hotel is undergoing construction and renovation works especially in the room areas which leads to noise, smell, and dirt. No information on this given, neither during booking nor during check-in.
Service is very slow, ordering some drink you have to ask twice and then not everything available.
The friendliest staff was a cleaner in the corridor area of our room who was very attentive and helpful. Something which should let the management think deeply.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration.
We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning.
One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together.
Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.
Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway!

The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.
