I would like to commend on how alta d' tagaytay handled our entire vacation.
We stayed there for three days and 2 nights and I could really say that their service is superb, high class and you are really going to get the value of service that you have paid for.
From their very accommodating frontdesk to the food servers and housekeeping staff. They keep on greeting every guest with a smile like it's always their first time to see us everyday.
Their shuttle is also one call away and very fast, not to mention their drivers that are also very polite and knowledgeable. They even provide an instruction regarding the floors of the amenities and restaurants within the building.
As for the restaurants, they have a variety of food that you can choose from. Their breakfast buffet is also magnificent and if I am going to rate the food that we have tasted , I would give it a 10/10
Regarding our room, we had a very relaxing experience. Upon opening the door, you will be welcomed by the classy cleanliness and smell of the air freshener. Make up room requests are also fast accommodated by housekeeping but the most important part that has caught our attention was the complimentary birthday cakes that were provided by the hotel to our 2 daughters. That makes it more magical.
Lastly, the pool is very accessible right beside La Cresta restaurant and they even have a lifeguard to look after your kids if ever. The Jacuzzi has just the right amount of warmness. They even provide laundry bags for your wet clothes (not all hotels provide that) even some of the highest rated ones.
Overall, the view, the staff, the service, amenities and superb all around experience is enough to say that we would definitely return to this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuVery clean and it felt like home. Sabi pa nga ng anak ko ay ”We're home!” Good water pressure sa cr and madali imanage ang heater. May water heater din na nagamit namin para sa milk ng bebe. Plus points sa access thru Bo's coffee, nasa side kasi ang main entrance, ayaw ko lumakad na may kasalubong na cars lalo na may kids na kasama. Ang saya din ng kids sa swimming pool with view of the Villar land, sobrang hangin lang sa taas kaya nanginig sa lamig yung 2y.o. pero sobrang enjoy ng 8y.o. and he was able to play with the other kids. Less hassle pa kung may mga kailangan bilhin dahil sa dami ng stores outside the building, puro nga kami kain. We recommend Tinatangi Cafe nearb, sa Salawag, kung may car, pero pwede din naman siguro tricycle na lang. Very good wifi connection din sa room and the tv kasi naiwan naka log in ang yt premium account ng last guest siguro na nagstay doon. Very much recommended din kung may mga bisita kayo, naisip ko talaga ito para sa relatives namin kung bibisita sila, cause we also live around the area.

BBCryneWe really had a great time in Royal Parc Hotel.. Everything were perfect..Staffs were lovely..Amenities were great. The only down side is the wifi in our room was a bit slow..but other than that, was perfect. Its really a great experience to stay in this hotel. We'll definitely come back here again..

EEyprilWe had a great stay. My parents especially enjoyed the free activities provided, it added a nice touch to their experience. The staff were quick to respond and consistently helpful, which made our stay smoother and more comfortable. Although there are quite a lot of stairs, it’s worth noting that there’s an escalator available for seniors and persons with disabilities, which is a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, though most of the plates and mugs were made of hard plastic. If you’re mindful about using plastics in the microwave, I’d recommend bringing your own glassware. Cleanliness could use some improvement. I had to message them about it since my parents are quite particular and while they responded, there were still concerns..two of the beds had oil stains and I wasn’t sure if the linens had been replaced. It would’ve also been better if the glass near the pool and the sliding doors had been vacuumed and cleaned more thoroughly.
Despite these minor issues, I truly appreciated the overall experience and would definitely recommend to my friends. I just hope they continue to maintain and enhance their cleanliness standards moving forward.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived early, before check-in time, and they kindly helped us store our luggage until our room was ready. They also gave us helpful local tips, which made our stay even smoother.
We traveled by bus from Manila to Tagaytay. Initially, I thought buses ran only once per hour, but we discovered they actually run approximately every 15 minutes. If there are enough passengers, buses may even depart immediately, sometimes with more than one leaving at the same time. Very efficient and convenient.
The hotel is located in the city center, but not directly on the main road. This is actually a huge advantage — you are less than a two-minute walk from the main street, yet at night there is no traffic noise. It’s peaceful and perfect for rest. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes arrival very easy. If you come by car, there is parking available.
The swimming pool is wonderful, and the atmosphere of the hotel is charming and relaxing. There are many cafés, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby, all within walking distance.
For transportation around the city, the cheapest option is the local jeepney. Tricycles (tuk-tuk) are convenient, but the jeepney is more affordable. People in the city are very friendly and always willing to help if you ask for directions or recommendations. Security staff in shops are attentive and helpful, and even the local police are approachable and friendly.
Overall, it was an incredible experience. A charming place to stay in Tagaytay.

First, the staffs (Cy & Kat) they were so nice & accommodating, I see that they both act as the receptionist and housekeeping at the same time, they are very multitasking. They're obviously understaff but hands down to them, they can do everything. Second, the rooms were very clean,from the bathroom, to the lobby area to the linens, all was clean and feels like high-quality level of cleanliness. High praise to that! The lobby was clean & fragrant. The parking was spacious.

AAlliahkimMy girlfriend and I had a great stay in Via Appia, I love the place, staffs are great, they also have complimentary drink that you can upgrade with special turon for ₱150, it tastes unique with a twist. It’s a must try.
And they didn’t mention that the place gets romantic at night!!! This is perfect for couples who wants to unwind in a peaceful, romantic with a great scenery. Forgot to take pic but they also have the best sunset 🌅
I love everything about this place, we’ll definitely come back 🥰

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration.
We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable.
The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning.
One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together.
Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable.

AagrixDuring our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderful—peaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.
