JJjKk103Selected this home stay for a family weekend before attending the wedding. The Homestead is very newly built. You can see the bathroom the kitchen and the sofa are all new. Most importantly the owner is very friendly. The owner help us to arrange a taxi to Manila airport, even we change the time, couple of time. She still remain very patient. The facility come with the outdoor spa the outdoor BBQ and they have everything you need for a weekend family trip inside the house well equipped kitchen all kind of board games, et cetera.

PPengguna TetamuThe condo’s location is very accessible, and although the building looks a bit old, it feels secure because there’s a guard on duty. The room is small but still comfortable enough for four people to rest for 3 days and 2 nights. However, the bathroom walls had some stains or dirt left, so I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Overall, it was still a convenient place for our stay.

CChintsige AngThe room i bought has its own terrace that feels so homey. Very good service and very accomodating and kind staffs/interns. The place is easy to locate. parking is perfect also. there is a coffee shop nearby and supermarket for easy access to food and beverages you will be needing. The manager on duty is polite and courteous in any way. I will definitely comeback to this good ambience place 🥰

PPengguna TetamuLocation is great! The room is very spacious but not clean. There was actually a cold coffee left in the fridge. The flooring in the toilet is likewise not clean. We just took it as it is because we wanted peace for the duration of our stay, Holy Thursday til Black Saturday.
It's very upsetting to hear guests running, dragging stuff above our room. There we found out when we complained that the flooring up is wood only.
We will definitely not come back again.

The room is neat and organized.Their television is small one but functioning for every channels.Their wifi is not too fast but can still connect.The staffs are approachable and courteous.One thing must carry are toothpaste and toothbrush only but they provide soap and shampoo which are good enough for your staycation.TIf I travel here again,I'd choose it again.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe had our overnight stay yesterday. We're happy about the price and the room we stayed, complete toiletries. The Room is clean. There are just things to be improved.
1. Bath towels - doesn't smell newly washed
2. bulb lights - its best if it's a higher watts
3. Noise - guests must be advised to lower their noise as other guests are already sleeping at 2am.

The floor was sticky because they cleaned they should have washed with water to remove the floor cleaner.
The shower had hot water, which was a bonus because the description did not include hot 24 hours a day.

BB & BHard to find the location , staff is very accommodating and friendly. Hot water is not working. Have to pay for everything no toiletries.

PPengguna TetamuSelf check in. Not a hotel. It has cockroaches in the kitchen. Sink has a smell. Beds are clean, bathroom is clean. Complete appliance for cooking. Matress and Pillows are comfortable. Sheets are clean. The place is quiet. Nice place to chill.
The price I paid I think is too much since the water heater is not working and the services and amenties I'm expecting from a hotel are not provided.
I might come back but it depends, the price should be lower imo.
