JjKk103Selected this home stay for a family weekend before attending the wedding. The Homestead is very newly built. You can see the bathroom the kitchen and the sofa are all new. Most importantly the owner is very friendly. The owner help us to arrange a taxi to Manila airport, even we change the time, couple of time. She still remain very patient. The facility come with the outdoor spa the outdoor BBQ and they have everything you need for a weekend family trip inside the house well equipped kitchen all kind of board games, et cetera.

The condo’s location is very accessible, and although the building looks a bit old, it feels secure because there’s a guard on duty. The room is small but still comfortable enough for four people to rest for 3 days and 2 nights. However, the bathroom walls had some stains or dirt left, so I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Overall, it was still a convenient place for our stay.

Your manager was very accomodating enough to provide all needed details on the stay and allowed us to park 2 cars without additional fee and even extended an hour prior to check out since we checked in late. Kudos to the manager plus the cleanliness of this hotel. Keep it up! Btw that clean white sheets and uratex foam gave us a good night sleep after a tiring day! 👏🏻

yukimeowsThe view is so nice, overlooking the taal lake. The breakfast is good too and staff are very accommodating.
It's not your regular luxury hotels. But the vibe is definitely good. Rooms are clean and smells good.Parking ia covered. If you'll be in a motorcycle like is, I hope you hvae a skilled driver, the way here is a hill downslope and is a bit challenging to navigate if not an experienced driver. All in all a 10/10 experience. 🥰

Location is great! The room is very spacious but not clean. There was actually a cold coffee left in the fridge. The flooring in the toilet is likewise not clean. We just took it as it is because we wanted peace for the duration of our stay, Holy Thursday til Black Saturday.
It's very upsetting to hear guests running, dragging stuff above our room. There we found out when we complained that the flooring up is wood only.
We will definitely not come back again.

The room is neat and organized.Their television is small one but functioning for every channels.Their wifi is not too fast but can still connect.The staffs are approachable and courteous.One thing must carry are toothpaste and toothbrush only but they provide soap and shampoo which are good enough for your staycation.TIf I travel here again,I'd choose it again.

Pengguna TetamuSelf check in. Not a hotel. It has cockroaches in the kitchen. Sink has a smell. Beds are clean, bathroom is clean. Complete appliance for cooking. Matress and Pillows are comfortable. Sheets are clean. The place is quiet. Nice place to chill.
The price I paid I think is too much since the water heater is not working and the services and amenties I'm expecting from a hotel are not provided.
I might come back but it depends, the price should be lower imo.
