Hotel Bangkok dengan Sarapan

There was construction going on and it was noisy in the morning. You can hear the cleaning noises from next door and upstairs. I would not recommend this hotel to those who are sensitive to noise, but the other services were excellent, especially since it is a Marriott property.

The place looked very different from the pictures. The building looked a bit old. But everything was super clean. The staff was amazing. The room was clean and the location was amazing. Close to Khao Sand Road(5min walk). There was elevator available and we didn’t have time to get in the swimming pool but it looked nice. If you need hairdryer, it’s available is you ask in the counter. I had a good experience~ even if the pictures were different.

Kami tiba di hotel pada pukul lima pagi bilik yang tersedia pada separuh harga biasa adalah pada pukul dua dan daftar keluar pada pukul dua belas. Kami tiba di hotel -harga pada pukul 8 Mengapa mereka tidak memberitahu mereka sehari lebih awal? Well, this is my second stay at this hotel in 3 months time. This time I got a room with a bath tub which is absolutely fine with me. However, there is no rack or shelf for the shower gel and shampoo, so I need to bend over 90 degrees for several times in a shower which is quite annoying. The sink also has a long hair from a previous lady guest. Photo attached for details. Other than the bathroom, the mattress is also a bit too soft especially by the edge, so I need to sleep in the center of the king size bed to avoid a bad back in the morning. Secondly, the same old issue happened again (it happened in my last visit in July) as the room maid took the room key away from the slot by the entrance of my room, to save energy I presumed This time I have no choice but to run down to the front desk and addressed the happening to the asst. Front office manager. I need to reiterate to her and she agreed that is not the proper action to do in view of the security of my room. Later on, Ms Paantayamon, the manager sent me a fruit plate and chocolate to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I sincerely urged her to conduct more training to the room maids of their uwnprofessional behavior to take room keys away from any guest rooms. It posed a security issue if the key is in the wrong hands. Finally, I hope the hotel looks into this seriously before any theft or loss happens due to the key being taken away from a guestroom.

とても過ごしやすいホテルでした。 新しいので綺麗でしたし、掃除も行き届いていました。プールもいつも綺麗で、清潔に感じました。 朝食もおいしかったです。子どもたちはそれぞれ好き嫌いがありますが、美味しいと食べられるものがたくさんありました。焼きたての*焼きがおいしかったです。フルーツも南国らしく、いつも食べているものと全然違いました！ お部屋のメイキング時間がまちまちで、出かけて夕方戻ってからまだ掃除されていないことがあったので困りました。また、掃除して欲しくないタイミングでチャイムが鳴らされたりと、掃除ボタンの使い方がよくわからなかったですが、連絡すれば対応してもらえました。 総じて良かったので、また泊まりたいです。

Without a doubt, one of the best accommodation rooms and hotel we have stayed at. The hotel from when we arrived was excellent. The staff were fabulous from reception, housekeeping to security. All were extremely helpful and friendly. We decided to extend our stay due to enjoying our stay. The room was larger than expected and so very well designed and fitted out with high-end fixtures and fittings. The bed and pillows were comfortable and fresh. The bathroom was superb and so well set up. The tiling, the bath and shower, and the double sinks to the mirror were amazing. Great colours and blended so well. Take my hat off to the designers. We will be back, thank you, and thank you for making it so easy to extend our stay. The restaurant was a favourite place to eat. The staff are so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating.

We had quite a high expectation before our arrival as our previous stays at Movenpick elsewhere were all excellent. Our check-in for 3 rooms at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok took nearly an hour. The staff who served us was simply doing her job with no smile on her face. We didn't feel the welcoming warmth which we received in other Mövenpick hotels. It seems that we were not the only one having an issue with the reception. Another guest was having what seemed like an argument with another check-in staff. And then, there was no one manning the ice-cream booth at the lobby when we wanted to get our beloved Swiss ice-cream. Although our room was clean, modern and the bed was comfortable, there were a few other issues which you wouldn't expect to find in a 5-star hotel. The safe deposit box was faulty, the hot water in the shower wasn't hot because of faulty plumbing part, water was leaking out of the tiny shower cubicle making the bathroom floor wet all around, the bathtub drain stopper was stuck, the aircon was freezing cold even when we turned the temperature to 28 degrees Celsius because the faulty control...

Ruang tamu sesuai untuk keluarga bertiga Ia sangat mudah untuk memasak, mencuci, dan berenang. Ia juga boleh diterima untuk berjalan dan menaiki tuk-tuk ketika keluar . Kakitangan juga sangat mengalu-alukan. Walau bagaimanapun, kemudahannya agak ketinggalan zaman, salah satu daripada dua bilik yang kami tinggali mempunyai bilik berkembar dengan penghawa dingin yang kuat. Susah betul nak buat temujanji di gelanggang tenis saya sebenarnya ke sana kerana ada gelanggang tenis Selepas tinggal 5 atau 6 hari, saya hanya mendapat temujanji yang baik.

The location is very good, the staff are very nice and helpful. The facilities in the room are all good except the hair dryer which is in old style (need to use palm to hold the hair dryer to turn it on, it's so tiring to use, and the wind is not strong enough). It takes a long time to have long hair dry. If the hotel can replace the hair dryer with a modern one, it would be much better.
