PProfXMost will note its central location between the Siam and Chit Lom BTS stations, a short walk away from the main shopping streets. But the Hyatt itself is a grand old dame that is its own experience, with great service, amazing facilities, comfortable amenities and an overall great experience. Strongly recommend for business travellers and families alike!

SSuofeiyaniCleanliness: The hotel is quite new, so it was very clean. We were initially in room 309, but due to a strong odor from the bathroom drain, we were promptly moved to room 615, which was much better. The front desk staff were excellent, very responsive and quick to resolve the issue.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to a nearby mall, but it's only one-way, which makes it less convenient and somewhat pointless without a return service.
Breakfast was fantastic! The noodle soup and congee were particularly good, and the service staff were prompt in clearing plates. There was also a wide variety of fruits, so much so that we couldn't possibly try them all.
Upon checking out, the bell staff proactively helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Their service was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful.

HHappy _CherryWe absolutely love this hotel for amazing design, calmness and comfortable rooms. If you search for night entertainment, there is a night market with a lot bars. Stayed there 2nd time. But this time there is some weirdness happened on the check out. Breakfast starts at 6 am and we had only 15 min to eat and call a taxi. They didnât let me in because it was 5:58, said I came early. And on check out appeared we left one of the room access cards in electricity slot. The guy on reception was insisting I have it and husband was keeping on saying it is in the room. They didnât believe! Our room was on the 17th floor, so they made husband wait until someone went and confirmed the key was there. And all of this in the 15 min we need to eat and leave. Why? What are we gonna do with that card returning home to our country????

GGuest UserAmazing hotel and the people who works there. Their location is superb, it is a respite away from the chaos and bustling to rest by the riverside and recharge. Easy access to the BTS at Sathorn stop that you can get to easily by the free boat shuttle from hotel or you can take a grab, they are alway at the hotel. Asiatica is close (walking distance from hotel) and you can spend many evenings for good food and a nice open air walk along river. The hotel has some amazing staff. From the Burmese pool helper Subhu to the restaurant helpers, Steven and Rama, pleasant and helpful,
The concierge and from desk jumps at every request and brings speedy responses. I believe management at this facility is testament of the great job the team is doing. The hotel is walking distance of many many eateryâs and conveniences like shops, money exchange, massages and laundry and anything you need.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

MMelissaCCA really lovely stay. Just out of the very very centre so not far by bike or car (except traffic). The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Lovely rooftop pool and would 100% stay again!

GGuest UserThis hotel has the greatest location in the heart of Sukhumvit Bangkok. It is on Soi 22, and seated next to a great mall Emsphere. Emsphere offers 2 floors of Thailand Michelin level local food. So easy to find good food in this area.
Love the hotel breakfast, which I have enjoyed a good breakfast right after a morning gym session right next to the restaurant.
The room was neat and clean.
It will be my choice of hotel when I returned to Bangkok again.

GGuest UserI thoroughly enjoyed my 11 night stay at this magically located Hostel on the riverside - the views are spectacular and the ambience just magnificent. The place is spacious, calm and well maintained and has ample co-working, leisure and chill spaces on ground floor with in-house cafe, second floor terrace and bean bags and leisure space on the roof top - sixth floor. There are multiple clean bathrooms and toilets on the various floors and showers have good water pressure and offer all degrees of temperatures depending on your requirements. There is also a laundry area and places to dry clothing including an iron if needed. The shared kitchen is well equipped with toaster, microwave, big fridge and all types of cutlery and crockery and it is a delight to sit there and enjoy a meal in comfort while watching all the activities on the river. I was blessed to meet some cool and fascinating fellow travelers which made for fun and diverse conversations. I like the energy there and I worked well and effectively on my daily online and remote tasks. Obviously the location is a total plus with easy access to buses, boats and BTS. Yes it is next to smelly Fish Market, but that is part of the charm and a very small price to pay, as you do not smell anything once you inside. This area of Bangkok is historic, charming and offers a nice mix of local and touristy stuff, not to mention a few riverside delights and it should be appreciated more. The Beds were comfy with good quality linens and the blinds provide excellent privacy and make the dorms and rooms look rather chic and modern. There is a touch of luxury by Hostel standards and they provide lockers for all your personal stuff as well as separate ones for shoes - this system is top notch and offers great security and keeps the overall look clean and tidy. The staff throughout from the cleaning staff to the cafe workers and reception were all professional, friendly and helpful and truly made it a very memorable experience for me.I highly recommend BEAT WARII - it is well worth the effort and will impress you!

TTraveling With DaniThe response from the front desk when I wanted to request airport pickup was slow. As such, I ended up needing to book separate arrangement upon arrival to get to the hotel. The staff were very nice, though it felt like we had some minor miscommunications, which left checkout feeling a bit awkward.
The location is far from the subway stations, but buses are available. There's also a lot of good cafes and restaurants nearby.
The room itself was clean, though the bathroom had a strange smell, even when I'd come back from touring the city all day. I would still recommend this room if you like a quiet space to relax after touring.

RRalph Mxoutstanding hotel hidden in the narrow streets of the Sukhumvit, everything in good shape, perfect conditions, all the personnel make an effort to provide an excellent service.
The room is remodeled and has a good distribution. They offer transportation during the day from the BTS station to the hotel and back (very convenient). There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and other service stores nearby.
Improvement areas: Disposable Slippers of very low quality (can not resist one night's use), the breakfast buffet is limited and small (the price is affordable).

I booked a Superior Room, but when I requested a higher floor, the staff handled it very professionally. Since there were no superior rooms available on higher floors, they upgraded me to a Deluxe Room â which was a really nice gesture! đČđ
Overall, the service was satisfying, and the staff were friendly and responsive throughout my stay. The room itself was comfortable, quiet, and had good facilities.
However, the bathroom cleanliness really disappointed me â I actually saw cockroaches inside đ”đ”đ«. The hidden balcony area also looked poorly maintained (you can see it in my photo).
Aside from that, the hotel offered a pleasant stay with a good location, smooth check-in and check-out, and great service attitude. Iâd recommend it for short stays â but they definitely need to improve bathroom hygiene.
