Temizlik yemek ilgi güler yüz konum olanakları ve müşteri odaklı olarak çalışmaları için çok ama çok teşekkür ederiz biz eşimle çok memnun kaldık fakat bir konuda tavsiyemiz olabilir biz bu konuda biraz serzenişte bulunduk havuz konusu var sabah 8 de açılış var akşam 18.00 da kapanış özellikle akşam çok erken saaatte kapanıyor olması bizi üzdü vede rahatsız olduk çünkü hava gece bile sıcak vede havuz imkanımız varken değerlendirmek güzel olurdu.Ama genel olarak çok memnunuz vede herkese tavsiye ederiz.

Очень хороший отель, сервис на высоте, в номере есть все тапочки, гель для душа, шампунь, можно попить кофе или чай, близко к морю, что не маловажно у отеля есть пляж бесплатный напротив через дорогу 😍Завтрак а-ля карт в ресторане по меню очень вкусный 😋Однозначно рекомендую!

We came to Fethiye without expecting too much, mainly wanting to chill and relax, but our stay at The Pearl turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. A special mention to Tahir at reception, who was incredibly helpful in planning our activities, including the island-hopping cruise, paragliding and safari jeep tour. He was also very open to hearing our feedback about a few unpleasant moments we experienced during the trips. These were things that were largely beyond the hotel's control, but we really appreciated that he listened and took our comments seriously as areas for improvement. The food at The Pearl was fantastic, especially for tourists who might be getting a little tired of Turkish food after travelling around Turkey! The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the in-room dining was surprisingly good and very reasonably priced — around ₺700 per person for dishes like pasta and pizza. Honestly, the quality was genuinely comparable to what we'd expect from good Italian restaurants. The location is also very convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk to nearby restaurants and a supermarket, and around a 15-minute walk to the beach, so it's easy to get around without needing a taxi. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay at The Pearl. The rooms were clean, the pool was well maintained, and the reception team spoke good English and were consistently helpful. A great place to stay if you're looking for somewhere comfortable, relaxing and convenient in Fethiye. Would definitely recommend The Pearl!

## ⭐⭐⭐ 3/5: Beautiful property with great food, but let down by poor service **Pros:** Gorgeous grounds, excellent food **Cons:** Unprofessional service, lacks a true luxury feel for the price I recently stayed at XO Cape in Fethiye. While the hotel has immense potential and some fantastic highlights, the overall experience fell short of a true luxury getaway, leading me to give it a 3 out of 5-star rating. ### The Good: Rooms, Grounds, and Dining On the positive side, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are stunning, modern, and well-designed, and the entire property and grounds are beautifully maintained. Another major highlight was the food—everything we ate was very good, highly flavorful, and beautifully presented. The culinary team definitely knows what they are doing. ### The Bad: Service and Value for Money Unfortunately, the service is where the experience truly stumbles. For a hotel in this price range, you expect attentive and professional hospitality, but we found the staff to be largely untrained. On multiple occasions, we noticed employees hanging around on their smartphones rather than paying attention to or serving the guests. It felt like we had to wave people down just to get basic service. ＞ **Final Verdict:** Because of the lackluster service, that absolute ”luxury feeling” you expect at this price point never quite kicked in. It’s a beautiful property held back by poor service. However, if they manage to fix these issues and train their staff properly, **we would definitely come back in the future.**

My mother was staying in a separate room upstairs, she liked it though it was too high for 72-year-old. There was everything for cooking and we all loved her terrace. Room was small but comfy. AC wasn’t working, but staff were kind to fix it (together with the socket). Smell inside was funny, but we had a good sleep no matter what. Cats were attacking her door for couple of times)))

Very new looking hotel, nice and clean. The rooms are VERY spacious, the AC works perfect, and there are all the needed thing in the bathroom - soaps, shower gels, vanity kits, hair dryer and bathrobes. The bed is comfortable, with a choice of pillows. Breakfast was also good, kind of a Turkish breakfast, enough to get full. Location is perfect - very close to the touristic area, but still quiet. Definetely will choose this hotel again! Неожиданно классный отель за небольшие деньги! Свежий ремонт, чисто, все работает. Очень просторные комнаты, даже в стандартном номере. Кондиционер работает бесперебойно, но и без него было на удивление прохладно в номере - и это в июле! В ванной, помимо обычных принадлежностей, есть халаты и турецкие мочалки. Завтрак а-ля турецкий, все вполне вкусно, на выбор много напитков. Расположение огонь - в самом туристическом месте, но при этом в тихом уголке - никакого шума за окнами. В общем, абсолютно не к чему придраться, точно рекомендую этот отель для краткосрочной остановки!

The hotel location is amazing but the service is the worst one I’ve ever experienced. I’ll share my story with you: They don’t serve tea during lunch and dinners but still have some sweets (baklava, waffles and so on). I can’t imagine eating sweets with water or beer. I’ve asked if I can still get a tea somehow, and the waiter that “there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have tea”, so then I’ve asked a waiter “since there’s no tea during the dinner time, can I take a piece of baklava to the pool bar (they serve tea 24/7, but don’t have sweets) to eat it with tea”, she responded “yes, you can”. I’ve grabbed a piece of baklava and went to the exit, where another waiter said “you can’t take food out of the area”. I explained the situation, said that another waiter approved it, but this waiter has just taken my baklava in front of 30-50 people. Disgusting. I’m ok with the rules, every hotel can set their own, but why do two waiters say absolutely different things? It’s an abusive behaviour, I would say. He would either say “if it’s been confirmed by my colleague then ok, but we can’t confirm it next time” not to make me feel embarrassed, or go to the bar and deliver a cup of tea, and explain one more time that they can’t do it next time. It would be a good service, I think. So, I went to the reception desk and asked to call a restaurant manager. They said he will come in 30 minutes. I said I’ll be at the bar. In 30 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the reception, where a person told me that the manager is already gone and asked to come back tomorrow. Nice. So, next morning I came to the reception, where another receptionist told me that there is no restaurant manager today because he is off on Saturday and Sunday. I told that been said I will be able to talk to the restaurant manager today. She responded “okay, but there’s nothing I can assist”. Absolutely worst service experience ever.

酒店位於山上，可以遠眺海濱，小陽台上冬天也有盛開的大叢三角梅，很漂亮。房間古香古色，衹是設施有點老舊，線路接觸不良，壞了兩次，但是大叔都給耐心修好了。服務很好，每天早餐都給我們一大堆各種醬料和橄欖及奶酪，老闆還親自給我們煎雞蛋，一盤煎了4個！餐廳位置很好，有時還有篝火，第一天晚上我們是乘小巴到的，才7點多但是天特別黑，也沒有燈，距離很近我們也不敢走。也叫不到出租車，於是給酒店打電話，他們親自出車來接我們了，還幫我們把行李搬上樓。酒店裡的人都很友善，禮貌。最最可愛的是這裡有很多自由貓咪，第一天晚上就主動叫門，進來和我們玩，每衹都非常親人，一路追着我們奔跑。酒店距離海灘非常近，走幾分鐘就到了。價格也很實惠，推薦入住！
