The location is perfect just next to the exhibition hall but the services was to consider, we had many issues the cleaning service two days they didn’t clean they just took the towels and didn’t put new ones , i guess they have some problems with management hope they will solve it

My first trip to Chicago was perfectly great thanks to LondonHouse. Especially the view from my assigned room was so amazing that I didn't need another rooftop cafe.

My stay at the Moxy Chicago was fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, modern, and welcoming. The room was thoughtfully designed—every inch of space was used efficiently without sacrificing comfort or style. One of my favorite parts was spending time on the outdoor patio. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful weather, and chat. The lobby was full of life with a great DJ creating a fun vibe, and I appreciated that the snack and drink selection included quality options instead of just typical junk food. We were even welcomed with complimentary drinks, which was a really nice touch. Throughout our stay, we always felt safe, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I also loved that the lounge areas and games weren’t just there for decoration—they were actually being enjoyed by guests, making the hotel feel social and inviting. It’s clear that the Moxy was designed to bring people together while still providing a comfortable place to unwind. This stay completely won me over. My next hotel stay will definitely be at a Moxy property. I can’t wait to experience another location, and I would highly recommend Moxy Chicago to anyone looking for a fun, stylish, and memorable stay in the city!

Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay. Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff! A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table. Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you. Great location, friendly, kindly staff, fantastic rooms, excellent cleanliness, comfortable beds, great view, beautiful view of Chicago Downtown, very good gym, all the equipment is new, truly an excellent hotel.

Be careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones. We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. Good swimming pool. No breakfast available at the time (exceptionally cirmustances) not advertised via the 3rd party booking vendor. Great swimming pool. Kind staff.

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at Eurostars! We live this hotel for it's close proximity to a lot of shops, restaurants, tourist attractions, supermarkets, bars. I love that they have a sauna to use whenever I need a detox. The room is spacious and the staffs are super friendly and accommodating! This is such a hidden gem and my go to hotel whenever I visit Chicago! Definitely go to their restaurant downstairs which is situated within the hotel (River North Bistro) for Happy Hour!!!!

I enjoyed my 5-night stay, the location is excellent with walking distance to shops & restaurants and easily accessible via public transport. Hotel staff were friendly and any requests responded to immediately. I enjoyed the spacious and well equipped kitchen space, as well as the gym and on-site laundry. The room wasn't perfectly clean but nothing too concerning.

I was to pay 117 at check in per room. Hotel made me par 285 for something I didn’t have time to use which was tickets to attractions and that fee included a fee for checking out. ..49 a room for coupons snd 65 per room check out fee. Our car was too tall for the 85.00 a night parking but the garage at the corner only charged 58.00 a night. I wouldn’t recommend driving downtown Chicago unless you like being stressed out. I’m asking trip.com to reimburse the difference between the 117 and 185.
