Very nice Hotel. Nice, clean and modern rooms. Location is amazing. Close to tram and metro stops. Bus stops nearby too. Close to the big shopping street, everything in walking distance.

Convenient and safe location for travelling in Chicago. Definitely we will choose and stay again when we visit Chicago again. And wheelchair accessibility was also good. My daughter could stay well by the good and kind people at the hotel.

We booked a room that unfortunately was for the wrong dates through a third party. We were told by the third party that they would refund us but that the hotel had to release our reservation. We called them immediately after realizing the dates were wrong which was within an hour. The reservation was for two days from then. The hotel said they would not cancel it. They charged us almost $600 for a room we did not stay in and called in advance to explain our situation. They also did not allow for us to change the days to the days we were actually looking for. While the hotel is lovely and the staff was pleasant even delivering the bad news I won’t be looking to book with them again.

Be careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones. We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. Relatively good location, within 10-15 minutes walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. Safe at night, about 10 minutes walk to red line. Service from staff were friendly, felt welcomed. Property rooms are dated, old carpet, stains on walls and dirt on bathroom floor. Bed and pillows were comfortable. For the price I paid, I find it was a reasonable option for an overnight stay at Chicago.

Excellent location right in downtown Chicago, close to most attractions including the Bean. Clean and spacious rooms and clean baths. Would stay again. Excellent value for money.

The hotel has a direct access to the airport. It’s the best for travelers who need accommodation for a short night near the Chicago airport area. I had a room overlooking the airport and I really loved it. The room looked a bit old but everything’s very clean and tidy. Service was good. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Do recommend this hotel for other travelers.

Rooms are outdated but very spacious to other cities. I appreciate the Hilton Honour team being readily accessible by text which made things very convenient. I would recommend this place to my friends visiting Chicago.

El Hotel estaba fabulosamente ubicado en el Loop. La habitación que nos tocó era muy grande y aunque estaba un poco anticuado especialmente el baño, con cortina en la ducha, todavía a día de hoy, estaba muy limpio y un pequeño problema con el desagüe , lo solucionaron enseguida El personal muy educada, nos dejaron incluso dejar nuestras cosas el dia del check out, y tambien decir que el pub británico que esta abajo esta fenomenal, o paracomer, o para tomar una cuando llegas cansada de turismo. En definitiva , volvería. .

I was to pay 117 at check in per room. Hotel made me par 285 for something I didn’t have time to use which was tickets to attractions and that fee included a fee for checking out. ..49 a room for coupons snd 65 per room check out fee. Our car was too tall for the 85.00 a night parking but the garage at the corner only charged 58.00 a night. I wouldn’t recommend driving downtown Chicago unless you like being stressed out. I’m asking trip.com to reimburse the difference between the 117 and 185.
