Cari Hotel 4-Star di Chicago

My first trip to Chicago was perfectly great thanks to LondonHouse. Especially the view from my assigned room was so amazing that I didn't need another rooftop cafe.

Very nice Hotel. Nice, clean and modern rooms. Location is amazing. Close to tram and metro stops. Bus stops nearby too. Close to the big shopping street, everything in walking distance.

Convenient and safe location for travelling in Chicago. Definitely we will choose and stay again when we visit Chicago again. And wheelchair accessibility was also good. My daughter could stay well by the good and kind people at the hotel.

Be careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members. A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones. We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending. Excellent location, safe neighborhood. Love the staff. Rooms are clean and great. Our highlight was the breakfast every morning.

Good swimming pool. No breakfast available at the time (exceptionally cirmustances) not advertised via the 3rd party booking vendor. Great swimming pool. Kind staff.

I looked up onto CQ Central Loop's banner unexpectedly and I didn't expect its location to be so central! There were convenience stores and restaurants and Metros all nearby. Front Office was also all ready to receive guests, and very kindly directed me to the lounge when they realize that my check in was a while away. The lounger was a perfect cozy escape from the cold and had coffee and tea facilities and wifi. The room was small but well kept and I slept comfortably.

Front desk neglected to tell me you must use your room key to take the elevator to your floor or info on WiFi. No biggie, as I eventually figured it out. But the room was squeezed in a corner so you couldn't open the room door if the bathroom door was open. Luckily only 1 guest as it was tight. It was disappointing that there was no mini-fridge, couldn't find an ice maker and the workout facility desperately needs a couple of large fans as it was sweltering.

Очень красивый, чистый номер со всеми удобствами, вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Изумительный вид из окон, любовалась ночным городом. С удовольствием остановлюсь в отеле в следующую свою поездку.

I was to pay 117 at check in per room. Hotel made me par 285 for something I didn’t have time to use which was tickets to attractions and that fee included a fee for checking out. ..49 a room for coupons snd 65 per room check out fee. Our car was too tall for the 85.00 a night parking but the garage at the corner only charged 58.00 a night. I wouldn’t recommend driving downtown Chicago unless you like being stressed out. I’m asking trip.com to reimburse the difference between the 117 and 185.
