RRafael OsorioThe Hyatt Regency Resort is a great place to stay in Guam 🇬🇺. You can plan a three or four days holidays in this place to relax and enjoy all it can offer. The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill!
This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!

SShiori S. (zebanしおり)The facility is really old, but they keep it clean. You would feel like you went back in time with the decor as well.
The hotel hosts lots of events within the hotel to keep the guests entertained and they served Chamorro style dinner experience every other day. The portion of the food isn’t big, but considering it’s free, it was very tasty and enjoyable.
It’s on the beach front the beach is not clean, although you can kayak to the small islands in front of the resort where you can see lots of fish.
Location is far from the city center, I’m so you’d have to take the shuttle bus for 30min to get to downtown, or 15min car ride. There is a super market within walking distance so if you only want to buy food, it’s doable.
The breakfast buffet was good. Menu changed daily and had Western, Japanese, and a bit of Korean food.
I’d recommend this hotel to families with small kids, or young group of friends on a budget.

Despite a minor mishap relating to attention to detail, customer service was able to help resolve the issue quickly and effectively. The pool was honestly the top peak to it all! The views were AMAZING! I went down to the beach and therocks are SHARP and there are sea urchins a distance out so be careful but nonetheless an AMAZING experience and I can’t wait to come back💛

Kkilho1995호텔에서 정말 만족스러운 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 도움이 되어 도착 순간부터 환영받는 기분이었어요. 객실은 깔끔하고 필요한 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었으며, 위치도 시내 관광에 최적이었습니다. 조식 뷔페는 신선하고 다양한 메뉴로 훌륭했습니다.

PPengguna Tetamu들어가자마자 향기부터 좋고 쾌적하고 멋져요. 직원분도 친절하셨고, 방 컨디션도 훌륭했어요. 침대는 좀 삐걱거리는 소리가 났고 너무 푹신해서 오히려 허리에는 안좋을것같은 느낌이었지만 그거빼고는 다 맘에 들었어요. 수영장에서 바로 이어지는 바다뷰도 너무너무 좋고, 스타벅스옆 통로에서 보는 노을뷰는 태어나서 본 바다놀중에 가장 아름답고 멋졌어요. 나중에 기회되면 또 가고싶어요!

PPengguna TetamuThe place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better.

PPengguna TetamuTimes are hard in Guam these days. Lots of hotel rooms and almost no tourists. Holiday Resort is one of the least expensive hotels but you get what you pay for including a huge place that has seen better days. The place is not well maintained and that was frustrating. The ocean view is VERY nice but I had to ask for towels on two of the three nights we were there. The staff is VERY friendly and competent but the boiler is broken and so there is only lukewarm water in the bathroom. The thing that bothered me the most was that the list of amenities has not been updated. There is no more breakfast buffet and forget coffee in the room. The elevators did work. When I called the front desk because my walls were shaking to the unbelievably loud music coming from the next room, Security came up immediately and told them to turn it down. I wish this hotel the very best since the service was good and the workers were trying their best but I will skip this hotel the next time I'm in Guam which will be in a few more weeks.
