I was booked to stay here through my job. This is the filthiest hotel I’ve ever stepped into. From the looks of it, the rooms haven’t been touched since the beginning of COVID last year. When I closed the door and turned around to see the lock on the door, I was disgusted. I opened the fridge and immediately contacted my job to find me another place because I will not sleep here. I know for a fact that the staff themselves would not want to sleep here.

My childhood memories are filled with fond recollections of the days when this hotel was known as Daichi, and the Seahorse was its neighbor. It's heartwarming to witness the tremendous growth in the form of the Crowne Plaza, now in its third iteration. Despite the substantial exodus of people from Guam and the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, my experience at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of spectacular — even amidst the aftermath of the most devastating natural disaster to hit the island in over 20 years. During my visit, the hotel experienced sell out occupancy for several days before and after my stay. To complicate matters, some rooms were rendered unavailable due to storm damage. Yet, to my amazement, both of my rooms were seamlessly upgraded without request, including one room to a one-bedroom suite. This exceptional resource management and commitment to their loyalty program and customers leaves me truly impressed. The hotel honored all Diamond Elite benefits, and with the Club lounge temporarily closed due to the storm, we were accommodated with equivalent offerings in the Lobby lounge. The Crowne Plaza's complete makeover, featuring a contemporary design, elevates it to the status of a brand-new hotel rather than a simple update with - and this distinction is important - new yet outdated hardware. For example, their innovative digital elevator is a fresh concept on Guam, separating them from their local competition. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Abegail. Her exceptional service and assistance with check-in and resolution of an issue with our room rate demonstrated her expertise. I booked the best flexible rate and even that somehow doubled. Abegail took charge and resolved the matter. Her proactive approach and willingness to be our point of contact for any requests or concerns displayed remarkable initiative whilst juggling her duties at the counter. My gratitude extends to Abegail, the housekeeping, facilities, F&B, and the entire team for the outstanding care they provided during such challenging circumstances. A special thank you goes out to Tan Holdings and IHG for their continued investment in and commitment to the Crowne Plaza to ensure not just a future, but a brighter future, for Guam's hospitality industry.

一番高いところだけあって、それ相応だと思います。D社リゾートよりもさらに清潔で完璧な形のホスピタリティだったと感じました。ビュッフェにプレーンヨーグルトがないところが（どこもそうでしたが）、個人的にもっとほしいポイントでした。1階ロビーのカフェの商品のクオリティーもホテルの中で一番良いと感じました。

Have stayed here many times for work. I just wanted to thank everyone at Hilton for taking such good care of us the past few weeks! I was here for work, and it was a bit unnerving being away from home and family during Typhoon Mawar… but I appreciate the hotel’s constant updates and adaptability! Everyone was working so hard to keep us safe during this very tough time, and it’s truly appreciated! Glad we came thru it okay, prayers for the recovery ahead, grateful to Hilton and all your staff. Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends.

수영장과 바다가 연결되어 있어 접근성 가장 훌륭합니다. 침구도 푹신해서 좋았구요. 조식은 보통 수준입니다 (가성비는 굿) 다만 보증금은 꼭 현금으로 지불하시길 추천드려요. 저는 매일 150달러씩 출금되서 ㅎ.. 체크카드여서 보증금 몇달은 지나야 돌아온다는데 ㅠ 총 320달러정도 보증금 나갔습니다. 마지막날에는 분명 보증금 안나간다는 직원의 확인까지 받았는데도 (혹시나 하는 마음에 해당 카드 잔액을 0원으로 빼두었습니다) 다음날 새벽에 또 150달러 승인실패 문자 와있더라구요.. 거의 방값 만큼 보증금 빼가는 곳이 어디있나요^_ㅠ 500달러 가량 보증금으로 잡아두신 것 같더라구요 다른 후기 보니까 현금으로 100달러만 내신분도 있던데, 골치 아픈일 안생기게 사전 현금 지불 후 체크아웃할때 현금 돌려받는 게 더 깔끔하겠다는 생각이 들었어요🙃 이외에도 다른 호텔 이슈가 있었는데 주말인데도 불구하고 트립닷컴에서 빠르게 채팅 연락 진행해주셔서 잘 해결 되었습니다. 덕분에 기분 좋게 여행 마무리 합니다. 트립닷컴 짱 아무튼 저는 이 호텔 재방문 의사 없습니다 ㅎ

The breakfast at the hotel was a well-stocked buffet-style meal. They did make custom omelets. The breakfast included a wide range of meats each morning. There were breads, cereals, and pastries. Coffee, teas, and juices were included. The rooms are large and are well-appointed. The bed, pillows, and linens were outstanding. My room had a nice view of the pool and ocean. The internet worked well. The hotel is well located near the beach, dining, and shopping district. Other nightlife activities are in close walking distance. There was a large self-serve washer & dryer on-site.
