"It wasn't clean at all. The hallways were dirty and the room wasn't good. The only saving grace was the bidet. The pool isn't very big. They ran out of towels by 4 PM, so I had to go back to my room soaking wet. There were times when I tipped the housekeeper directly, but the room still wasn't cleaned. It's the quality you'd expect for the discounted price, I suppose. Next time, I'd like to stay at a different hotel."

"I booked a plan with breakfast included. The room was spacious, clean, and the breakfast was delicious. If I had to say one thing, there was a strange smell coming from the sofa on the balcony. It's outside, so that's unavoidable. If I had to say one thing, I'd say it was... It's the best hotel!!"

"This place is definitely recommended for those who prioritize location! The ocean is right in front, and you can also enjoy the pool. There's morning yoga where you can connect with nature, break a sweat, and then dash into the sea – it's the best! There are also delicious restaurants nearby, so we enjoyed trying different spots for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all within walking distance. There isn't a supermarket close by, so we took the free Don Quijote shuttle bus. The bathroom in the room we stayed in had a broken shower head holder, and the closet had a slight smell. We stayed with four people, but it felt spacious!"

"You should think of it as a resort, not a hotel. If you expect various convenient services provided by a hotel, you will be disappointed, but it is not particularly uncomfortable. It does not meet the high expectations of Koreans. Hair and such are not cleaned well. The facilities are old, but the Premier Building is fine. It is a general characteristic of Guam. The staff is friendly. It is also advantageous that the beach in front of the hotel and Ipao are connected. The breakfast is not very varied, but it was good that they tried to change it a little every day. I would visit again."

"Our family of four stayed in a 3-bedroom panoramic condominium with an ocean view and kitchen. The bathroom ventilation fan was a little loud, but the room was relatively clean and generally comfortable. It was very spacious, so there was plenty of space to store all four of our luggage, and we were able to relax as if we were at home. It was about 10 minutes from the airport, and it was pretty much a straight road. We rented a car, but the parking lot was spacious and inside the building, so we were able to protect ourselves from the wind and rain. I'd like to use it again next time."
