Wir verbrachten im Juli 2020 drei Nächte in der Strandlust. Corona-Einschränkungen waren fast überall im Haus zu spüren. Maskenpflicht, Desinfektion usw. Das ansonsten viel gelobte Frühstücksbüffet fiel aus. Stattdessen musste man am offenen Küchentresen seine Auswahl treffen. Allerdings gab es dort nur ein eingeschränktes und überschaubares Angebot: 5-6 einfache Wurstsorten, 4-5 Käsesorten, nur 2 Marmeladen (wechselnd), Brötchenauswahl ab 9:00 Uhr sehr ausgesucht und auch nicht frisch vom Bäcker sondern im Hause aufgebacken, kein Brot, kein Toast, kein Knäckebrot. Und auch kein Lachs, keine Salate (Hering, Fleisch oder Geflügel). Das Rührei wurde im Hintergrund versteckt, war aber gut. Nach Spiegelei musste ausdrücklich gefragt werden. Wenig Gemüse, das Obst nur in Form von Salat in Minigläsern. Mehr gab es nicht. Das Ganze musste man mit Maske selbst zum Platz bugsieren. Am Tisch die Frage nach Kaffee oder Tee, ein profaner x-beliebiger Saft wurde ungefragt dazu serviert. Na ja...... Außenstehende müssen für dieses Frühstück übrigens 18,-€ bezahlen. Die Zimmer modern und komfortabel eingerichtet, keine Balkone, keine Klimaanlage, kein Zimmersafe. Handtuchwechsel jeden Tag ohne Nachfrage (Umwelt?). TV-Bildschirm verhältnismäßig klein, die unzähligen Sender völlig unsortiert: zum Suchen. Der Fährverkehr zwischen Vegesack und Lemwerder ist stets präsent und je nach Lage des Zimmers für manchen Gast auch störend. Wir hatten damit keine Probleme. Nun zum Personal. Einige hatten offenbar mit der Anwesenheit von Kunden Probleme. Sowas geht gar nicht. Wir trafen aber auch auf sehr bemühte und freundliche Mitarbeiter(innen). Ich empfehle der Hotelleitung ”Blind-Shopping” im eigenen Haus. Also, das erklärt unsere 3 Punkte in der Gesamtbewertung. Für die aufgerufenen Preise darf man mehrt erwarten.

The hotel is cosy and clean. It is older, so furniture is rather historical. It is in a quiet area ideally located directly next to train stop with trains going every half an hour directly from Hauptbahnhof. On the other side the neighbor is a supermarket with good prices. A lovely breakfast is included. Price is the best I could find in Bremen including breakfast. We were a group of 8 people and all of us were very happy with the accommodation. Group discount from 10 people is possible and it can host also bigger groups. The owner prepared everything and the organization was smooth and flexible. Very recommended (if you want rather a cozy than a luxurious hotel, though some rooms are quite fancy too and have all needed). Gladly again!

Checkin in past midnight was no problem and the receptionist was as kind and polite as I assumed they would be during day. Room was small, but clean and well-design. Only downside, no free water bottles. Though in Germany you can drink the tap water.

This is an excellent hotel. It's modern and everything works. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide great views of the gardens and the river Weser. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was super-comfortable. The tram stop is very close and it's only 3-4 stops from the city centre. Breakfast was very good, excellent coffee and a carefully-thought-out range of foods. If we ever come to Bremen again, we shall certainly stay here.

Check-in is extremely convenient. Downstairs, there’s a self-service machine where you can easily check yourself in within five minutes. A notable feature is that the tablet runs on iOS and functions exceptionally well. The rooms are impeccably clean, showcasing a new and appealing design concept. Despite the absence of a traditional reception, 24-hour assistance is available via WhatsApp. The rooms boast a minimalist style, yet offer all necessary amenities. The location is ideal, situated close to main attractions and the historical center. Great value for the money.

Moin! Wir waren vom 27. bis 29.03.23 hier, um die schöne Hansestadt Bremen kennenzulernen. Um schnell und unkompliziert die City Bremens zu erkunden, eignet sich das B&B Hotel hervorragend. Man erreicht das Zentrum bequem ohne Verkehrsmittel. Das Hotel selbst ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und schmackhaft.
