Incredible staff. That’s the first thing to stay, they really make the difference. The hotel itself is very on trend, you get a free cocktail on arrival, and the breakfast which isn’t expensive, is good. The room is very comfy and well appointed, the bed was comfortable and the shower room, although small, was more than adequate. It’s all about the staff though, incredible service.

Stayed at The Coach House on a family weekend away. It was particularly attractive given that they offered rooms to accommodate three people. The B&B is in a great location. It’s just off the motorway and easy to get to. It’s also very close to both Bath and Bristol, meaning both cities are accessible. The rooms were tidy and all are en suite. Everything was relatively clean, with the only real complaints being a bit of dust and mould in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, but our room had a bath too which was wonderful. A kettle and drink making facilities were provided, and the tv was also a nice touch. Breakfast is included. The portions were modest, but everything was cooked well. All in all, given the location and the prices charged, this place is amazing value for money. What they charge is very reasonable for what they offer. I would stay again without question, and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Great location to explore the city centre of Bristol and go shopping in Cabot Circus. Room was clean and service was great. Would also recommend if staying in Bristol to fly from the airport.

Hotel was clean, staff very friendly. A little expensive for what it is at £130/night. Only other complaint was the pillows are rock solid so our nights sleep wasn't great.
