Good location for access to city and river area. Reception staff very helpful and room very clean. The only downside was the room was very cold and ac kept blowing cold air out - it was so cold that we had to go out to warm up! Did inform of issue to staff who did try to help but issue was never resolved!

Always have a fantastic sleep when staying at Premier hotels. This hotel is Lovely and clean, polite staff and very helpful, nothing too much trouble. Always try to stay in Premier hotels But this hotel is very good, rooms very nice and quite.

The hotel was in a good location, friendly staff at reception , went to a party and when we got back to hotel, we realised the room had not been cleaned , stains all around toilet and the bin had not been emptied their were used tissues and a carrier bag and empty bottle in bin . Not nice. We usually find Premier inns Nice clean and comfortable to stay . Disappointed

Needed a city centre hotel for a graduation. This place fitted the bill in terms of location. Parking is a short walk away at £26/24 hours Breakfast was standard fare at next door restaurant. No issues. The room was clean and warm. Bed was comfortable, Pleasant greeting from receptionist. Close to plenty of pubs and restaurants Standard Premier Inn in a city centre.

I was really pleased whith my stay at the premiere in in the city center. The location is very central, minutes away form vibrant streets, places to eat, things to do and sites to visit like the watershed, wapping wharf, bristol Cathedral and other. Staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed my room, it is quite spacious, great facilities, they have a led mirror which was perfect for makeup!! I loved it. the bedding is comfy and warm.

Room 108. Because of the damp smell we left our window open but realised when we got back later in the evening to sleep that there was a very loud noise coming from an airconditioning unit right outside our room window. It was audible even with the window closed and was joined by the sound of pigeons at various times. We both slept fairly badly which was very disappointing as we usually enjoy a stay at a Premier Inn.

I stayed on the third floor, which I thought would be quiet, but it was actually very noisy with the bars outside. In addition, somehow the room shook every time a vehicle drove by, which woke me up through the night. I have never experienced that before. Also, the room was very hot and I tried to cool it down via the air con, which also ended up being noisy and didn't seem to make it any cooler. Overall, a terrible nights' sleep and I felt exhausted for the conference I had to attend the next day.

Awful check in experience. No staff each time we visited desk. Couldn't check in (despite the email saying early check in from 11). Basic, dated room and not worth the premier plus upgrade. Only sparkling water in the fridge. Wouldn't stay again.

Great location, plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and there was no noise. Would certainly recommend this hotel. Don't bother with the vending machine in reception, it is poison expensive. There is a late night shop around the corner. About £30 for an Uber to Bristol airport
