Hotel Bruges dengan Bar

Très bel hôtel idéalement placé( beaucoup de chose a visiter à pied c’est très agréable), personnel serviable et agréable, il faut juste prévoir le parking en plus du prix de la chambre l’hôtel car pas de stationnement gratuit dans la rue de l’hôtel

The only thing good about the hotel was the location. Every thing else was bad. This is NOT a hotel you should book if you are driving and will like to park your car. The hotel will tell you that there is a huge public parking right across but will not tell you that to get to the parking lot will take 15 minutes of driving though walking back is 5 minutes. Also there are no clear directions and the whole old town is mostly one way. Hotel is old and not well maintained. Color scheme is very dark and lights very gloomy. Paint on walls and even doors are in bad shape. Washroom need lot of upgrades. I would never again stay in this hotel in fact will stay away from NH hotel chain.

Trop bref pour profiter de tout ce dont l'hôtel a à offrir. Mais personnel sympathique, attentionné et très poli. Polyglotte et sens pratique très aigu! Chambre impeccable et très fonctionnelle. Personnel de salle de petit déjeuner attentionné et discret tout en étant efficace. Donc, séjour parfait

This hotel is in a great location right behind the belfry tower so it’s close to everything. I arrived at the hotel very early so I left my bags and went out exploring. I came back just after 3pm and they said room is still not ready, but one staff intervened and I was then upgraded to a slightly larger room that was ready. That same staff member at reception was extremely helpful with directing me to Wasbar in the market square where you can wash and dry your clothes for very cheap compared to the hotel service which is so expensive. This was after I told her the hotel service was too expensive she offered alternatives and I am grateful for that.

Hotel in posizione centrale. Vicino da tutti i monumenti della città. Consiglio per chi deve sostare per qualche notte. Camera ampia..tuttok

On arrival we were greted by a lovely chap he explained hotel policies and explained where our room was . We entered our room and was so disappointed it was dated and the bathroom had hair it and not clean. The lovely chap on reception gave us another room and apologise we went into that room but their was a light loose hanging from the bathroom ceiling. Next room was third time lucky it was clean but basic .breakfast was lovely. But went to order food from bar that was advertised, but was not available as only one member of staff working bar and reception.

Personnel très professionnel, beauté l'intérieur de l’hôtel incroyable, petit déjeuner extra parfait. Piscine et salle de gym à disposition que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester malheureusement. Nous avons eu la change d'être surclassés car l'hôtel n'était pas complet ! Superbe chambre ! L'emplacement de l'hôtel rend difficile le parking de la voiture sans payer. La personne à l'accueil a surveillé notre véhicule le temps de monter nos bagages dans la chambre. ;)

Old and very quaint hotel in good location. Mostly good things: easy walk to Bruges centre,hotel full of character, large comfortable rooms, good shower. Breakfast good with lovely fresh bread. Staff pleasant and very helpful. A few negatives to feed back: the carpets, furnishings and towels look old and in some cases very frayed. There were a couple of areas of carpet on stairs that were so frayed they were potential trip hazards. This was surprising for a 4 Star hotel. One or two issues with room cleanliness eg cobwebs on the ceiling, marks on the mirror from previous occupants, dust in corners. Rooms at the front have lovely canal views but are noisy with traffic during the day. Overall a good stay but with room for improvement.

Booked an Executive Room and was pleasantly surprised to be given the loft with canal view. The window opens to an amazing view of the city including the Belfry. The room is very spacious with separate bath and toilet. The finishing in the room is immaculate and I love the marble tiles in the bath and toilet. Service was top notch and discreet. Location of the hotel is super. Right next to the Rosary Quay which gives you a great photography spot in the early mornings and late nights when crowds are away. Highly recommended!
