Great service and friendly staff! The hotel decor was grand with the gracious touches and tranquility of the 15th century palace!

Great location and super friendly staff. Only a 5 minute ride by taxi from the station and from hotel to main square a 5 minute stroll. Very helpful suggesting restuarants (Cafedral my favourite) and best hotel breakfast ever. If your going to Bruges and want to be pampered it’s certainly worth considering.

Хороший отель с великолепным расположением. Есть небольшие минусы, на которые в принципе можно закрыть глаза (вайфай не работает практически, вода тёплая, но не горячая). В целом оправдывает цену и свой рейтинг.

Stayed for two nights in August - booked the night before hence the very hefty £600 price tag! (via Booking.con which obvs took a cut). Staff are friendly so no problem there. Is Central and easy to find which was a bonus. Issues are the 1500 check in time (they sorted it out for 1330 which we appreciated) and the state of the place. Cluttered reception didn't now well, neither did the broken lift for that price. Dubious stain on the floor outside of our room and a dubious smell inside - had to have a spray straight away to get rid. It wasn't £600 worth of room with a dirty feeling carpet, broken bedside lamp, cracked mirror bathroom, tight ass telly you had to pay to get Netflix after initially watching one thing for free and no breakfast - for £600 which still stings. Comfortable bed and clean sheets fortunately. The bathroom was clean thank goodness but rubbish shower curtain rail which fell down and a matching shower head that had a mind of it's own, swivelling every which way but the way you wanted. Right racket from the adjoining bar but after a long day, soon fell asleep. The terrace was the best thing, nice area to sit down when the sun was shining and a shortcut from the bar. Not knocking the staff as I said but just feel robbed, it needs a deep clean, some investment in the tired old decor. A Travelodge, UK budget hotel seems like a five star after this place and and won't be making that mistake again!

Wij bezoeken regelmatig steden. In dit geval Brugge. Hierbij een hotel gevonden welk de waarde, uitstraling en authentiek is als geen ander. Dan spreek ik nog geen eens over de gastvrijheid en warmte die Hans en zijn echtgenote ons als gast hebben doen beleven. Een kamer waar niets ontbreekt. Uitermate schoon, airco, apart toilet en badkamer. De inrichting is met respect en met voelbare liefde voor de geschiedenis van het gebouw gerealiseerd. Ik benoem de mooie stoelen, het bed met historie naar Italiaanse Lucca. En met de moderne aanpassingen van deze tijd. Regendouche, dubbele beglazing, led tv en karakteristieke meubelen. Het uitgebreide ontbijt wordt geserveerd in het oudste deel (14e eeuw) van het hotel en niet alleen door de talloze broodjes, beleg, vers fruit maar zelfs zonder het ontbijt is al een belevenis. Kortom fantastisch en wij komen hier zeker nog .. keren terug.

Really central and convenient location yet we still found it generally quiet and peaceful. The Belfort bells first rang (I think) from 8am in the morn and we did hear those. But they add to the atmosphere. Very tidy and clean room/bathroom. Quite small hanging space and shelves, no drawers. Fine for a few days stay. Altogether compact but feels very modern and had everything we needed. Impressed for the price and had a lovely stay! Luggage storage a useful feature as well behind reception, but bags are not tagged so it's self service/at your own risk.

+ Emplacement idéal, lit confortable, personnel très sympathique et efficace. - C'était un peu bruyant (chambre au rez de chaussée, donnant sur le parking. Des mesures peuvent encore être prises pour réduire l'usage de plastique (ex. bouteilles d'eau, etc)

房間就是圖片上的樣子 完全符合我的預期。大大的水晶吊燈 4米多高的層高。氣質滿分。市中心，逛累了 中途還能回來歇歇腳 對麪就是好吃的餐廳，打開窗街景也滿意。 唯一不足 空調太冷，沒有戶外早餐區域 總體很滿意

So pleased we found this gem of a hotel. Ideally placed for wandering around Bruges, we were able to store our overnight back in the luggage store, then explore before check- in opened. We were warmly welcomed by all staff whenever we had interaction with them and the service was very efficient. We stayed in room 002 which was located through the car park, but was nicely tucked away and quiet….. other than being able to hear the coffee machine through the wall of the breakfast room! It wasn’t a problem though. The room was spacious and had all amenities you would expect to find. The bed was comfortable and air con is available. We did request a double rather than twin, but had two beds pushed together with a single quilt each. It wasn’t a problem for us, but not what we asked for. We didn’t mention it, but I’m sure if we had they would have sorted it. The shower was good, and teas & coffee is available in the room. There was a fridge, but no milk. I’m sure you could ask for milk at reception if desired. All areas were exceptionally clean, and we did check out the spa, but it’s a bit dingy in the basement. Shame not to have a pool, but there is a small gym for those who need more than the extensive walking you’ll be doing when exploring Bruges itself! We did consider parking at the hotel, but they wanted us to leave a key and access is tight! We have a large car, so decided to park on Bevrijdingslaan, one of the free parking areas just a short walk from the hotel. Other car parks are available, but we were able to leave our car here for free overnight. The hotel were very helpful prior to our stay in advising the closest car parks to the venue.

Spacious rooms with a full desk to work at and fast wifi make this hotel well suited to business travel. The location is just off the highway which is convenient, although it's located in an industrial area so not well suited for walking/restaurants. The breakfast is one of the best you will find and the bar and restaurant have a limited menu but good quality food. The staff is friendly and they provide excellent service.
