Excellent staff at reception, we checked in early and they did their best to find us room that were ready. We also left out bags for the day at checkout without any issues.

On the first two days service is good but on the third day they did not change our towel.

Small room, but bearable, no AC, abit warm, strategic location

It is a very convenient hotel in a perfect location. However rooms are tiny and lack storage space, if you have big luggage or plan to stay longer the standard rooms are tiny. It is enough for a short stay and will have things you need but nothing else.

I have stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Location: it’s very near center, I can access most of the popular landmarks in city by walking a few minutes. And it is a 13 mins walk to central station. It’s very convenient to travel to other cities in Belgium. And there are plenty of restaurants and an Asian supermarket is nearby. Hotel staffs: very nice and friendly, always helpful when I ask for help. And the housekeeper will say bonjour to us when we leave the room. Room: it’s rather small for a double room, can’t open 2 big luggages. The toilet is small too. No hot water kettle, we need to buy bottle of water everyday. This is a little bit inconvenient. But it’s ok for a short stay. The bed is comfortable but only has one thin pillow each, it’s difficult to lean on. It’s an economical choice for a short stay, and easy to approach by public transport.

The amenities are terrible, the usual tea, coffee isn’t provided. The room wasn’t even cleaned daily even when this was asked for, the WiFi did not work, nor did the air conditioning. The room was far too warm to sleep in and nothing was done to help this. The twin rooms is claustrophobic.

The room was so small. You hardly move around and you dont get much of anything other then a clean room. It is on a good location but there is a construction going on and things get some messy and confusing.

Facitilities good, service good, hotel location very good and near to all the restaurants and close to public transport

Lovely compact room. On the website, it said there was toothpaste, but when I arrived, my room didn't have it. I asked the receptionist and he checked and also said it didn't have it. 😢

Hotel allows us to check in early before noon & late check out by 2pm due to availability. The receptionist are great! Helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and bed are comfortable. However there is no amenities like toothbrushes, kettle & mugs so we had to get them at the receptionist counter. Hope hotel can improve this.

The hotel is located in a great location, clean room and friendly staff.

The location is great but this hotel does not provide water,coffee, toothbrush, toothpaste. Most of the hotel receptionists were not accommodating. They did not even greet when guests arrive. I wouldn't reccomend staying in this hotel.

Clean, comfy, necessities are well prepared.

The location is really good (right in the city center and close to the subway station). The staff is really friendly. Highly recommend.
