A very nice hotel with pleasant rooms in Scandinavian style. Our room was very small but anyway pleasant. The window was facing a quiet courtyard so it was peaceful even though it is so centrally located. The location is very good, a few blocks walk to good restaurants, close to supermarkets and museums as well as the tramway. The minus is that it is very impersonal. You never meet any of the staff, except the cleaners if you happen to be in. Everything is made via internet, or possibly telephone. They do reply quickly to the calls, so it is not a big problem, though. A fridge and a boiler is supplied in the room, but no glasses, bottle openers, shoe horns and other things normally found in hotel rooms. There were only a few paper cups, and these were not replaced so in the end we did not have any coffee cups left. A phone call helped us to find some wine glasses in the basement, so we managed. Another phone call had to be made when the code to the doors suddenly was changed. No big problems, rather small nuisances. Except for these issues I would give it a five since it is a nice and clean hotel with a pleasant interior in a good location for a decent price. The typical and unique Swedish words for something that is just about the right amount, not too much, not too little is lagom. And that just about summarizes this hotel. I hope they will come to terms with the small problems.
