Four Seasons was a wow! We were welcomed with pastries and wine in our room for our anniversary, and later that evening rose petals and candles everywhere. The waiters at breakfast remembered how I like my tea. The bartenders knew what I wanted to drink - all by the second day. Upon arrival and departure, the staff knew our names. We were given a “spa kit” to go to the public baths that was so helpful. The entire experience was exceptional!

We stay here when on business in Budapest, and usually don't have problems but staying in 315 recently we were put next to people having a party in 317, it was really noisy, some kind of last night in Budapest flight crew thing. Why would you put business people next to party people? It just made no sense. We got moved for the night to a quieter suite on same floor, 323, which was great but the next day the front desk ”miscommunicated” us to the breakfast area to collect our breakfast boxes. Its puzzling. Overall the staff are super friendly and things usually go without a hitch and on that basis I would recommend. I really hope standards aren't slipping as it would be a shame.

Otelin konumu mükemmel.Odamızı çok beğendik.Her şey düşünülmüş hatta doğumgünümüz olduğu için gelişimizden önce odaya pasta koymuşlar.Bu jest bizi inanılmaz mutlu etti.Market ve metro çok yakın 200 metre yürüme mesafesi.Ünlü New York cafe de hemen otelin yanı başında.Çok keyif aldık.Kesinlikle tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir otel.

Upon checking in, the reception asked if we would prefer: 1) rooms facing the street (thus with river view) but a bit louder because of the traffic OR 2) rooms not facing the street so it will be more quiet We decided to choose the first option and were very glad with our decision because of the breathtaking view. The room was located on the fifth floor and the soundproof was good! It is slightly further from the city centre (tourists area) but the public transport system is amazing and frequent. Free coffee at the lobby and buffet breakfast is also included. Highly recommended because best value for price!

The location of this hotel was perfect for us, slightly removed from the rest of the big hotels but a very short walk to the river. The front desk staff was first rate service, dealt with a late checkin very well and were very helpful on checkout. The breakfast was generally very good, staff could get a bit flustered during busy times but there is a guide to busy and quiet times in the room so a good idea to keep that in mind. The bar staff could be a little frosty but service became much better when they realised (when we asked to pay) that we were staying ay the hotel. The room was very nice, a good size all the usual little things, plus chocolate! The robes provided were a bit tatty, but still functional. Certainly somewhere I would stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised when we reached our apartment. It was such lovely and spacious apartment. Situated in a great location for tourists (2 mins walk from St. Stephen Basilica), Beds were very comfortable with the kitchen and laundry, spotlessly clean with all modern amenities. It was such comfortable stay with TG which actually enhanced our experience of Budapest overall ! Very pleased my family was :)!!

Me gustó estar alojada en el hotel, lo único es el desayuno que varia casi nada y me aloje por 4 días. Cuando reservé había la opción de pagar todo y sin tasa . Llegando ahí, nos pidieron pagarla. El hotel es moderno. Pero cuando volvíamos en la noche holia a humedad, pero con ventana abierta se solucionó. Eran las 9.40 de la mañana y apagaron la corriente electrica, supongo que para que nos vayamos. Me fui con el cabello mojado. Pensamos que era confusión pero al volver 10.30am, seguía sin electricidad. Como ibamos a tomar un crucero no nos enfocamos en ese acontecimiento , además que a las 11 am era la salida. Aún así, me parece de mal gusto que te apaguen la luz para indicar que es tu hora.

Hicimos ruta Praga,Viena,Bratislava y Budapest en hoteles de 4 estrellas con desayuno. Este hotel me ha DECEPCIONADO. MALA EXPERIENCIA.Era el ultimo de un maravilloso viaje, el mas caro de todos, pero me he sentido estafado. Estan de moda llamar Boutique a algunos hoteles, y eso significa que de un antiguo edificio centrico, compran una planta , la restauran y meten como pueden el maximo de habitaciones. Esta Boutique tiene la planta 1 y la mayoria de las habitaciones dan a un patio interior desangelado(adjunto fotos de vistas de mi habitacion) Para que os hagais una idea, la planta 1 de este antiguo edificio hace forma de L, en la que basicamente hay 2 pasillos largos que se juntan en el vertice que es el comedor. Empiezan a las 7 a montar el comedor con un gran ruido que llega a las habitaciones ya que las habitaciones no estan insonorizadas y se escucha todo, por lo cual te despiertan. La variedad y calidad del desayuno es insuficiente para el dineral que nos cobran( solo 1 tipo de pan, bolleria de 1 tipo, mala calidad del cafe, sin tostador,...) y todo esto en un comedor pequeño, el cual se masifica con 4 habitaciones que coincidan a la vez. Sorprende ver a las chicas de recepcion ver como lavan las tazas y platos de los huespedes del hotel que han terminado de desayunar, delante tuya con un estropajo y fairy en mitad del comedor(adjunto foto) y más aun sorprende ver como pasa la de la limpieza de habitaciones con sabanas sucias en sus manos por detras tuya mientras estas tomandote el cafe. Eso no puede ser jamas un 4 estrellas. Habitacion sucia,moderna pero con carencias. Hemos estado 3 dias con laa toallas mojadas ya que no funciona el calentador, la ducha pierde agua por la zona de arriba, y hay un constante sonido del extractor de aire en la habitacion que no para. En resumen. Me arrepiento de mi estancia en este hotel. No os lo recomiendo. No os dejeis engañar por las fotos con filtro de la pagina.

Un hotel muy recomendable por su ubicación y calidad de los servicios. Desde donde está se puede visitar los principales monumentos de Budapest y además acceder a todos los transportes. Si volvemos a Budapest repetiremos.
