Great customer service very friendly staff I really enjoy the rooms very clean the beds also very comfortable. Parking is also great. There’s not any criminal activity, safe environment for the whole family ! I will definitely come back for another stay at best host inn . Great job !

lokasi hotel adalah sempurna. berhampiran dengan beberapa tempat makanan, kedai dan pusat membeli-belah. Berada di sebelah lebuh raya, bertolak dan pulang ke hotel adalah mudah. walau bagaimanapun, TV di dalam bilik tidak disambungkan dengan HDMI dan juga tidak mempunyai port HDMI.

Bersih dan selesa. Berdekatan dengan restoran membeli-belah dan hiburan. Kakitangan sangat akomodatif. Pengemasan mengemas rumah dengan bersih. Tiada bau asap rokok ”seperti di tempat lain. Suka tinggal di sini!

Clean hotel, very convenient to Disney and Knotts. Great complementary breakfast. People complain about it’s out of date but I didn’t see or experience that. Would 💯 recommend. Staff was extremely friendly.

Stayed here for 3 nights because the bad reviews I read all had to do with them remodeling I called and asked them to put me in a remodeled room and was told it should be almost done when I came. There version of remodeling was a new mattress which was comfortable and painting (in bathroom going behind sink cabinet had a large patch job which was not painted). All the furniture was old with lots of wear on it. They took out the large bathroom sink counters and put in very small free standing vanity sink so there is no place to put stuff. The shower head is nice and high but there was no shelf to put your soap and shampoo/conditioner. I balance the soap on top of the shower frame (closing the toilet in case it fell) and put shampoo bottle on top of the towel on the towel bar. The site said they had a free hot breakfast but there was nothing the days I was there. Plenty of parking. Getting into the parking lot if you are coming from the south is hard because you have to cross a VERY busy 3 lane highway which also made for a noisy room because we were facing the highway. The staff was nice and if you are going to Knotts Berry Farm its a short walk.

Really friendly and quiet with guest Laundry room , pool & bbq area and ice machine.
