Overall experience was great. Hotel staff was very accommodating and provided additional provisions (fruits, drinks, snacks) after knowing we were going to see the sunrise. They also provided a free room upgrade. Would definitely come here again!

The hotel’s location is fantastic—perfect for catching sunrise and sunset, and just steps away from Xihai Great Valley and Danxi Peak. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Reception staff are very helpful, sharing weather updates, maps, and hotel details via WeChat. We stayed in arewa B and check in and resto are in area A. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The buffet dinner felt bit pricey, so we opted for the à la carte menu, which offered plenty of plant-based choices. Jackets and torches are provided for guests, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended!

The experience at this hotel was very special. Staying at the hotel for one night to experience sunset and sunrise is a must. We stayed in the third floor, the view from there for sunrise was spectacular. They provide additional warm clothes which was appreciated. It can be improved with gloves and also the windows at the top are cleaned but the window next to the beds is dirty. So you can’t lie in bed and watch the sunrise. The strange thing is they don’t reconfigure the rooms based on the guest type. All beds are single beds they seem to not be able to put the beds together.

Had a great stay again in this same room. It is very spacious, clean and the attendant takes care of all your needs during the stay. I love that! They bring everything to your door no need to get things yourself. It includes club lounge access which is very convenient for meals. I would definitely book again. I also used their laundry service and it was ready the same day.

This was our first time staying at an IHG property and boy were we impressed! The check in staff gave us a surprise room upgrade and a cake for my birthday staycation. The corner room #1501, with a 180 degree view of the Swan Lake, have birthday signages by the headboard and on the tv, a birthday song playing on loop, and amusing swan towels on the bed. Nice and thoughtful touches! The Club Intercontinental lounge provided a generous selection of afternoon tea snacks and light dinner spread. However, we gave a low grade on the drinks selection, the wine and liquor choices were fairly limited. But the lovely staff made up for it with their excellent and attentive service. I had a relaxing massage at the Yixi Spa, but take note that the pricing is on the high side. The indoor pool was nice and clean, manned by an attentive lifeguard. Breakfast variety was pretty good, delicately balanced between local fares and Western comfort food. It was a wonderful birthday weekend from start to finish, definitely coming back here for another stay! 🌟

定了單卧套房套餐，給了一間視野無敵的江景房間，包含行政酒廊禮遇，面積比較大，前台Anna服務細緻周到，還有歡迎飲品，酒店位置絕佳，去哪裡都比較方便，旁邊是銀泰百貨，一樓早餐也比較豐盛，唯一美中不足的就是空調風機比較響，還好提前帶了耳塞。
