Hotel no problem service are nice breakfast fascinating.But still a bad experience of my travel cuz the most terrible air conditioner ive ever seen in the big hotel.really big noise and can't control the temperature no matter the number on the conditioner always the same temperature made me can't sleep during the whole night.Bad experience......

We had an amazing stay at Sunyata Datong. The hotel beautifully blends traditional Chinese architecture with modern elegance, offering a serene and spotless environment that feels both authentic and refined. Strong cigarette smell in the non-smoking floor hallway. Terrible bathroom design, the see through glass door makes it impossible to use the bathroom when you have guests. The bathtub is facing the entrance door in the open space. Obviously no privacy at all for anyone who what’s to use it. The room is not sound proof and you can hear people talking in the hallway and music from somewhere. There were people having their wedding ceremony here and loud firecrackers sound woke me up very early in the morning.

Comfortable hotel in a refurbished old castle on top of a hill. Comes with an onsen, including outdoor onsens. However, location was a bit inaccessible with no amenities nearby so taking a cab to the city was essential for food and groceries. Staff were also curt and not very friendly.

A place that allowed us to rejuvenate and sleep well! It has a hot spring tub in the room. Bed is a king size bed. Toilet has a sewer smell though, so that is one minus point. Service is awesome. Service staffs were helping us to bring our luggage down and up the car. They also helped navigate our car into the old city. We appreciate the free snacks and arrival drinks. The disposable toothbrush is surprisingly usable. The location is near to food street; the staff will gladly direct you to it. Thanks for the staff — 丽莎，小赵，小良!

The Wyndham Grand is spectacular. Rooms were fantastic, and the buffet was immense in luxurious surroundings. The service by staff in the restaurant was exemplary as however busy it was the staff were incredibly personable and helpful. 5 star experience.

晉城相府莊園酒店體驗超棒！位置絕佳，離皇城相府、郭峪古城、書院都很近，酒店和景區之間有免費觀光車接送，出行特別省心。房間乾淨整潔，住着舒服；酒店後院就是莊園，風景優美、空氣清新。最驚喜的是，這裏光污染少，晚上能看到滿天繁星，幾十年沒見過這麼清晰的星空了，治癒又浪漫。整體滿分推薦！

We were upgraded to an executive room, which is magnificent. However when we arrived, the door man just greeted us but not taking care of our luggages. We found that the room amenities are inadequate. There was only one small tube of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. These certainly are not enough for 2 persons.  The first night was excellent, the bed was turned down and the airconditioner worked perfectly.  The second night was awful. The airconditioner was turned off because the outside temperature was around 14°, but our room was hot. Upon complaining a fan was delivered but it was useless! A sleepless night and the bed wasn’t turned down either.  We won’t make a fuss if it’s not a Kempinski Hotel!

Great location and they were all super nice. However the room was super hot and there is no AC. When we asked they brought up a portable unit but it wasn’t nearly enough to keep the room comfortable. If it’s winter it could be a great spot but definitely look elsewhere in the late spring and summer.

這次住得是真舒服，必須給個好評！🚗位置很方便，旁邊就是公交車站，走路能到景點，附近吃飯買東西都不愁。一進大廳就覺得敞亮，前台小姐姐特別熱情，辦入住動作也快，還主動幫我們升了房型，真的好感拉滿。房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，床又軟又舒服，關鍵是隔音好，一覺睡到天亮。落地窗太加分了，晚上看夜景特別美。洗澡水又大又熱，洗護用品味道也好聞。第二天早餐也挺豐盛，現煮早飯，細節做得挺到位。下次來還會住，也會推薦朋友！👍
