This hotel is almost next to the airport terminal, super convenient for early morning flight. It is clean and service is excellent. Manager on duty - Han, Yueliu helped arrange a room in the main buidling, which is what I preferred. Everything went well. Will stay here again next time when I come back.

I specially booked a small courtyard room with private soup. I didn't expect this temporary intention to become the most unexpected success of the journey. The moment I opened the small courtyard, I couldn't help but ”wow”: There are a few green bamboos planted in the courtyard. There is a private soup pool in the room with a thick bed of yarn. There is also a small coffee table on the tatami next to it. Just think about sitting here drinking tea after making the soup, I feel comfortable in the bone. The warmer thing is that the waiter at the front desk ﹣﹣ watched me carry my luggage. We spent out last night of our trip at Kempinski Taiyuan, and it did not disappoint. The receptionist upgraded up to a room on a high floor with a view of the city. They also gave us fresh fruits and free minibar. They had everything you would expect of a five star hotel, and the location is in a bustling part of the city. Would definitely come back.

The room was clean and tidy, the cleaning service was in place every day, the service was particularly intimate, and the stay was at ease! The hotel's breakfast is varied and nutritious, with hot dishes, porridge, steamed buns, sweet potatoes, taro pumpkin and other multi-grain staples, pastry bread and milk! Especially praise Zhao Junchen of the catering department for helping to find seats, serve meals, and the service is hot and thoughtful! There is also Zhang Pengxia, the service housekeeper, who carefully prepared children's slippers and dental appliances!

Hygiene: Excellent. All towels, bath towels, and bathrobes come in sealed bags, which made me feel very secure using them. Facilities: Excellent. Although it's an older hotel, the showerheads show their age but are very well-maintained and work perfectly. Environment: The location is great. The room card gives access to a small gate leading to Yingze Lake Park. It's a nice two to three-kilometer loop for a leisurely stroll. Service: Excellent. They offered complimentary welcome fruits, and you just scan a QR code to request more amenities. There's also a delivery robot that brings food right to your door, all very convenient. Suggestion: I hope they can switch from instant Nestlé coffee to pour-over coffee bags. Instant coffee feels too low-end and doesn't match the hotel's overall quality.

The hotel is beautiful; it's like staying in a former Wang family manor – a very unique experience. The heated kang (traditional heated brick bed) room is quite special, and a butler even helped with luggage. The hot spring is natural, and the outdoor pool is very comfortable. Two days after checking out, I suddenly realized I'd left my camera in the locker in my room, but the hotel found it promptly – a close call! They're very reliable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lingshi. 👍

We traveled with my parents on a weekday, and the check-in process was very smooth. The 'Yunshang Room' we booked felt incredibly comfortable overall. My only minor gripe was the absence of liquid hand soap; the L'Occitane bar soap provided by the hotel just didn't quite leave my hands feeling clean. Breakfast was extensive. On our first morning, I was quite taken aback by the sheer number of people – we must have hit the peak dining time. Thankfully, it gets significantly less busy after 8:30 AM. The steak was good, but you had to queue for it. Other items were self-service and constantly replenished. I only managed to take a panoramic photo of the dining environment just as we were checking out, which tells you how busy it typically was! Overall, for a room price under 500, it's definitely excellent value for money.

This should be the best hotel in Changzhi, Shanxi. It has a great location. It is adjacent to Changzhi Museum and within walking distance of Guanyin Hall. The floors and rooms are very clean. The waiters are very enthusiastic, and the service in the restaurant and at the front desk is very professional. Changzhi is a small city, and Runerlai Hotel is very convenient to reach by bus from the East High-speed Railway Station and the airport. Recommended.

Absolutely fantastic! Datong during the off-season is unbeatable. The hotel was excellent, and the breakfast was superb. Plus, the Fengxi Pavilion on the first floor has a wonderful ambiance, and the food is delicious with generous portions. This trip to Datong was truly enjoyable, and the hotel experience played a big part in that. Also, the housekeeping was great; our room was always spotless when we returned after a day out, and amenities were promptly replenished! I can't quite remember if it was 'Jinfeng' or 'Jinhua'.

This is a great hotel! The rooms are very spacious, bright, and well-lit, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk service was excellent; Duty Manager Yoyo was particularly warm and attentive, ensuring all our needs were promptly met, which was truly heartwarming. There's free parking available, and the location is very convenient – a direct passage on the first floor leads straight to the shopping mall, which was super handy. Highly recommend it! The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of healthy and delicious options. The Chaoshan cuisine at the Chinese restaurant on the 5th floor was incredibly authentic; my husband even said it tasted just like his mom's cooking! The restaurant staff were also very welcoming and enthusiastic. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Taiyuan.
