This hotel is almost next to the airport terminal, super convenient for early morning flight. It is clean and service is excellent. Manager on duty - Han, Yueliu helped arrange a room in the main buidling, which is what I preferred. Everything went well. Will stay here again next time when I come back.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The service at the buffet breakfast was impeccable while the breakfast varieties were acceptable. The service provided by the staff with the employees' tag below was superb during my breakfast. The room is huge, a truly international 5 star quality. Daily cleaning service was great while I didn't manage to get their name, but kudos to their services. All in all, my experience here was great, and I would recommend anyone who stay at this hotel.

Comfortable hotel in a refurbished old castle on top of a hill. Comes with an onsen, including outdoor onsens. However, location was a bit inaccessible with no amenities nearby so taking a cab to the city was essential for food and groceries. Staff were also curt and not very friendly.

We stayed at this resort previously, and had to come back again — it’s incredibly comfortable & clean, the staff are kind and professional, and the entire facility, from the lobby to the private room are thoughtfully designed and furnished. Upon arrival, we were given a lovely welcome tea with a great selection of snacks. The room itself is spacious and features a private spring for soaking in hot water, perfect for the winter weather. The owner is also incredibly friendly & kind!! 庭院私汤体验感好

This hotel is very large and clean. The rooms were very spacious. The only thing is that the heat is 'on' even if you lower the temperature to its lowest setting. Thankfully there was a window to open even though it was -6° outside. The buffet was great with lots of selections. The one & only restaurant for dinner was great. Their large Asian menu provided pictures of all the dishes. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly & helpful. The pool was nice and clean. There was even a lifeguard on duty. The hot tubs were separate in the men's & ladies' change rooms. The only issue was that the front desk staff was very limited with English and there were no concierge services. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

在酒店吃晚餐，感覺飯菜味道好，直接續住一天。房間又大又暖和，有智能操控系統，佈置典雅，春節期間的佈置也喜慶。客房有關於皇城相府楹聯的書籍，長知識。服務態度非常好。我們忘了續房卡，客房服務員看到，主動為我們去辦理。我們的套房，和前台不在一棟樓，中間還要走過一個長長的隧道，距離還是比較遠的。感謝客房服務員姐姐。由於氣候乾燥，比較容易渴，礦泉水也是管夠的。最後一圖是我們一天喝掉的水。酒店夜景可謂火樹銀花。正趕上正月初五，門口的大財神很應景，晚上在酒店觀景台就可以觀賞煙花秀。酒店自己的擺渡車，更是方便遊覽的好助力。説回餐食吧。餃子🥟餛燉味道都很棒，推薦鍋巴蝦，八八宴。

Unfortunately, the overall stay was not great. When we booked the hotel, we specifically requested a non-smoking room, which is essential for us because of health issues. After double confirming with the hotel that they have non-smoking rooms (based on the website, all rooms are non smoking), we paid for our booking. However, shortly after, they informed us that smoking in hotel rooms is common and unavoidable in Taiyuan. We felt deceived into making the payment and realized we were stuck with this accommodation for our 7-day stay. Upon checking in, we had to request a room change due to a strong smoke smell in the original room. The second room was better and the hotel staff was nice enough to provide an air purifier. Throughout our entire stay, people were smoking in the elevator, lobby, and even at the dinner table. If we had known this beforehand, we would have reconsidered staying here. For a 5-star hotel, it did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately, we paid far too much for this experience. The only highlight of our stay was the hotel staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and did their very best to serve the guests, which made our trip a bit more enjoyable. We thank them for their excellent service.

Great location and they were all super nice. However the room was super hot and there is no AC. When we asked they brought up a portable unit but it wasn’t nearly enough to keep the room comfortable. If it’s winter it could be a great spot but definitely look elsewhere in the late spring and summer.

Super cute boutique hotel and very clean. Breakfast is a bit simple but not a big deal, would come back again!
