房間又大又乾淨。床很軟，睡的舒服。可以聽到別人走在走廊裏，可是外面的聲音。 酒店位置很好，離海岸和公交樞紐不遠。

房間舒適，服務熱情，泳池尤其贊，愉快的決定，值得再來。

太棒了海景房出門就是大海一望無際 大人孩子都喜歡出門，方便擁有，具有價格非常便宜，還含早餐，下次還會再來

плюс отеля - расположение рядом с пляжем и лежаки/зонтики от отеля на пляже бесплатные. брали завтраки и ужины, питание понравилось

Nous avons bien aimé les équipement de cet hôtel aussi bien la piscine extérieur vue mer que la piscine intérieur grande et très agréable bonne température de l’eau. Chambre correct et accueil au top, rien à dire, service au top, bon petit dej

Struttura nuova nulla da ridire in merito. Servizio : frigo bar VUOTOOO nemmeno una bottiglia d’acqua, kit cortesia bagno inesistente ☹️ciabattine neanche a parlarne. Se rimangono con questa politica misero, dopo aver preso una Camera Superior vista mare e pagato un botto, mi aspettavo qualche servizio in più. Colazione ottima.

A hotel newly/mid renovation. Our room was lovely, well furnished, with a large television and a very comfortable bed. Plastic furniture on the balcony was a little sad given the quality of the rest of the room furniture. I was disappointed to find no water in the fridge and one breakfast teabag with insufficient milk to make even one cup of tea. Given the very (very) lengthy walk to reception this was not really acceptable. We were staying on a half board basis and having to pay €3.50 for a small bottle of water from the hotel shop felt like a rip off. The indoor pool was tiny without proper changing rooms, lockers or a lifeguard- the behaviour of unsupervised teenagers was not acceptable. The outside pools were open but a little small for a hotel of this side. The food at the buffet was fresh fresh and tasty.

Just back from a 5 day stay here with my husband Fantastic hotel, super clean and very friendly staff Our room was lovely with a huge bed and tv. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice We stayed here before when it was previously the Dolmen and will definitely be back again

Overall this was a lovely hotel and our stay was comfortable. Close to amenities, rocky beaches etc some great restaurants nearby. La Stalla and Ta Pawla just up the road. Breakfast was great and staff were helpful and very efficient clearing away and cleaning tables. It was very busy. Pool area is clean and tidy, great for chilling although pool bar had loud music on constantly which you could hear over the other side. Food was great and good prices. We booked 2 superior rooms and was given 1 superior and one queen without a balcony. Reception did nothing to help as if it was our fault. Eventually after contacting our holiday agent they sorted it but this all took 2 days, eating into our holiday time. Disappointed the spa was not available and there were no notifications about this on booking. No alternatives were given. The gym is very small. Advertising as an eco hotel I was shocked to see that the rooms were cleaned every single day and all the lights and air conditioning was left on each time. Not very green! I asked reception not to clean for 3 days but again this was ignored. Juniper bar was a nice retreat, live music each night but lacking in staff to serve, waiting times for drinks was about 20 minutes each time. The drinks were very watered down and made with artificial flavours. Not sure if this is a ploy for all inclusive guests but when paying full price I expect better quality. Asked reception several times for tea bags in the room and never got them. The hotel looks good on the outside but it’s more about quantity than quality, general things are good and we had a great holiday but paying these prices it’s the little things that need improvement especially the reception staff.
