My overall experience was great. Rooms are very bright, new and spacious. Staffs in the property especially the front desk receptionists are always accommodating with inquiries and concerns. I will surely book with the property again.

Great stay at Le Jardin Hotel and spa. I booked the sky executive suite for my stay in Hanoi and room is spacious. Service staff also friendly and helpful to provide recommendations around the area. Did spa and my nails at the hotel too. Additionally, celebrated a birthday at khue restaurant which is located at the 12th floor of the hotel. Service staff made special efforts for the decor that night and also gave us a complimentary cake.

The hotel is very clean & comfortable. Service staff is generally helpful & polite. Many attractions are within walking distance. I don't mind coming back if I am visiting hanoi again.

Nice room and happy to stay there because of the location quite in the center and bot far from the city. I came to work but still convenience to take a grab to pick me up.

The hotel receptionist was friendly and the room was clean and nice. The hotel lobby looked really nice. Pretty good location as it is near the West lake and Tran Quoc Pagoda

The hotel looked fancy at first glance, but was quite deceiving when we actually stayed in it. Good points about the hotel was the comfortable bed and the location, as it was not located directly inside the old quarter so it was quiet at night. Areas to be improved: The toilet was a difficulty to use as there was no privacy. The privacy blinds for the glass screen had a huge gap between them to see through and it was as good as not having the blinds. The water pressure for the shower was also very weak and the temperature was difficult to control, so we had to hold the faucet while showering. The room interior looked luxurious, but upon closer look some areas were peeling off and not very well maintained. The aircon was blowing straight at our face when we lie on the bed so it was quite cold. The breakfast buffet was not amazing either, only the ala carte food orders were decent. The swimming pool and gym were located at the sister hotel opposite this hotel so you will have to go there to use the facilities. Overall we felt the hotel was overpriced compared to the quality of stay.

Very good hotel! The staff are all top notch, helping us with anything. Our shower handle broke at 12am and they immediately changed our room to an upgraded one. They also allow our friends to take out their breakfast since their flight is really early.

The room is clean, the food also good.
