Everything is great! Except, to the one who cook  and serve  the soup during breakfast, he was not that approachable and ask you to wait for a long time. 🙄

Service was excellent by friendly staffs and the hotel had a nice ambiance. We arrived at night and it was not easy to find due to poor road signages and out town location. Can put a few strategically located signs to help the hotel guests getting there better?

Everything about the hotel is great including services. I saw the breakfast and confirm that it was decent. Serving Khmer noodle (Num Banjuk) as part of the buffet was a plus. Love it although I couldn’t stay and enjoy the breakfast. My feedback would be regarding the breakfast, if the boutique could pack the breakfast to go for guests who can’t stay to enjoy breakfast at the property, it would have been better. It doesn’t have to be everything, just some pastries and drink, it would have been a great gesture from the property. I travel quite frequently and hotels would pack some pastries or sandwich and juice for us if we can’t stay for breakfast. I find that very thoughtful.

Large rooms. Very clean. The cleaning staff really does an excellent job. Nice pool with towel station. All staff is very warm and welcoming. During weekdays à la carte breakfast, which we liked more than the weekend buffet. Bit out of the way, but grab makes everything very accessible. And this way you can enjoy the peace and quiet. We really enjoyed the tuktuk rides in and out of town.

The boutique was cozy and quiet, as was the surrounding area. The other guests during our stay—both Caucasian and Asian—were respectful and low-key. Reception staff were friendly and proactive; they offered kayaking tips after overhearing our conversation. Our room and bathroom were clean on check-in. Breakfast met international standards, with slight variations each morning. We only used the swimming pool, so we can't comment on other facilities. Note that the boutique is about 100–200 meters from the main road, where there’s a 24-hour 7-Eleven. Some form of transport is helpful, especially since the path isn’t well lit at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay and would happily return.

We only stayed for one night, but we had an excellent experience. The hotel is beautiful and we were kindly greeted with a welcome drink! The room was spacious and comfortable and the outdoors facilities very welcoming. We had a delicious breakfast and the staff was very attentive. They arranged a Tuk-Tuk ride into the city center and took great care of us. Thank you!

Excellent service with a comfortable place to stay! 😍 They have 2 shower rooms and one separate toilet for family room with cleanliness and big pool to swim. Lovely place

This Hotel is a real gem the pool is large and inviting. Little of the beaten track but they have a car to take you to town for free which is helpful. The restaurant food was ok there are plenty of restaurants not to far to choose from. I would say vin was always helpful and I am sorry I totally forgot the young ladies name. Some of the other staff in the evening need a little training and breakfast staff but they would not put me off. The room was amazing the shower is the best I have ever seen.
