Ulasan Bulawayo Rainbow Hotel

The hotel is well located and clean with friendly staff. The restaurant serves a really good breakfast. However it wld be good to have a direct entrance into the hotel from the car park for safety.

The place is clean and quiet It’s a 5 star for real

The experience was great, the hotel is clean and everything is functioning properly. We didn't have any problems at all. The whole process of checking in was simple and fast without any inconveniences.

房間在津巴算是ok的 但是確實比較老了，很多東西跟不上了，比如説門，被人撬過一樣，保險鎖已經沒法關上了

The best customer service in Zimbabwe. Very professional staff members, always greeting guests with “a refreshing morning to you”. Such a great stay. Highly recommended, will certainly visit again. Special thanks to housekeeping, restaurant and conference venue staff. They were truly amazing.

Good location but improvements on th insect control required, particularly mosquito. Keys to the rooms constantly locks you out and you have to go dkwn to the reception to reactivate and this is so inconvenient.

Situated in the city centre of Bulawayo. I enjoyed the night view from the balcony of the 5th floor. I had a warm stay for 2 weeks. The staff was warm and friendly, the room spacious and well furnished

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are always happy to serve and they very much strive for excellence under the conditions. The reception is very good and efficient. I enjoyed well prepared breakfast, traditional porridge and oats. I would be happy if they can add cow head and legs as part of breakfast. When i arrived the gym had been damaged by the heavy rains. Keep up the standard.

The rooms aren’t noise proof you can literally hear every conversation happening outside by the balcony or when room service is taking to neighbouring room. Everything else great

The staff is so polite and friendly. You will love the welcome fruit hamper upon arrival. The hotel is centrally located in town. The rooms are tiled, very clean and spacious. Food is a mix of both traditional and standard modern meals. It is a home away from home. If you are having a conference their conference snacks are well balanced with sugars, meat based snacks, hot beverages and fruits.

The staff proved to be the best asset the hotel has. However, the food quality sometimes is poor. Mosquitoes were a menace, apart from the mosquito repellents, there seem to be lacking a concrete solution to deal with the mosquitoes issue.
