Beautiful site warm and very welcoming staff, surroundings wonderful ideal for walking or sitting enjoying the view.

We were swayed by the all inclusive break offer but in all honesty for the price we were not expecting too much as if its to good to be true it usually is. However our one night stay at The Oaks was a very pleasurable event. Star the receptionist truly was and not just in name, Taylor the bar person for the evening ensured top quality drinks were always served and all brand names even on the all inclusive. Donna was our waitress and was very helpful I would give all the staff I met and spoke to 10/10. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard. Yes the rooms need a refurb and look a little dated but it did not detract from the overall condition of the Hotel. We both enjoyed it very much and are already looking at booking at another of their hotels on the same offer for in a couple of weeks.

We had a nice stay here and it was just what we needed for a 1 night stopover while travelling up the country. Check in was quick and easy although we were chased to our room as the staff member that checked us in was worried that someone else was already in our room. All was ok though, would rather that than us walk in on other guests! Mistakes happen so no problem. We had a fantastic meal, much better than expected. Food arrived promptly after ordering, I was given a very generous bowl of pasta and meatballs and even the offer of Parmesan, delicious! The staff here are all very friendly and professional. Our only negative comment is that there was no way to just switch on one light in the room, it was all or nothing (in 220 at least). Other than that we were very happy and would stay here again. Wi-Fi was excellent!

Ideally located for us given me coming from the South Coast, and lads from Milton Keynes, Liverpool and Scotland. Perfect for us to get to the wedding venue (albeit this hotel has a wonderful wedding setting as well) Very welcoming staff on reception and bar area. Staff treated us fantastically. Excellent breakfast selections and choice if you wanted a full cooked English in the morning. Hotel had everything we’d want. Can’t recommend the place enough
