Hotel Bursa dengan Bar

Temizlik güzel, kahvaltı yeterli. Odalar orta halli, yatak hiç konforlu değil. Personel eksikliğinden ötürü galiba Banyo Duş gideri sürekli tıkanıyor, temizlik biraz fazla geç saatte yapılıyor, 1.katta sürekli bir yol sesi var.

Stayed here for one night to explore the city centre area and the Mount Uludag for ski, the hotel is near to bus stop so it’s easy to get to the city centre. Other facilities and the staff are very welcoming for foreign tourists. Since it’s not situated in the middle of the city, so the surrounding area is pretty quiet and easy to get a good night sleep

The location of the hotel is very good but the service of the reception staff is only fair. We asked the reception staff some questions on some sightseeing places and restaurants but were provided with not very accurate information.

Mart ayı içerisinde iş seyahatimiz nedeniyle almirayı tercih ettk. Misafirlerin konforunu önemseyen, her an memnuniyetimizi ölçen bir yapısı mevcut. Ayrıca Otelin Turuncu bayrak sahibi bir otel olduğunu ve israfa karşı önlem aldığını öğrendik. Diğer otellere örnek olması dileğiyle. Geçtiğimiz hafta tavsiye üzerine ilk defa gittim bu otelin spasına. Yaşadığım muhitte böyle güzel hizmet veren bir Spa merkezi olması güzel. Yurt içi, yurtdışı bir çok spa gördüm hepsinin kendine has bir konsepti var. Ama nedense burada hiç bir konsept yok ne müzik, ne tütsü kokusu hiç bir şey yok. Resepsiyonda bizi karşılayan ve tesis hakkında bilgi veren hanım hariç yüzü gülen kimse yok. Spa ambiyansı adına danışmanlık almanızı tavsiye ederim. Bunların hepsi geliştirilebilir ancak orada çalışanlara bağırıp duran elindeki eşyaları gözümüzün önünde sağa sola vuran Hanım orada çalışmaktan pek hoşnut değil gibi geldi bana. Ben spa ya rahatlamaya, stresimden arınmaya gelirken masaj odasına kadar gelen azarlama sesleri beni rahatsız etti. O kırmızı pantolonlu hanım orada oldukça da bir daha geleceğimi sanmıyorum.

A 3-star hotel situated in strategic location just meters away from Ulu Camii, within very short walking distance of ”çarşıler” and ”hanlar”, 30 minutes walking from Muradiye Kulliyesi, and easy public transportation to go everywhere in Bursa include to Telefrik. The hotel has certificate of safe tourism and clean. Basic Turkish breakfast served in plate, friendly staff especially Orhan Bey. In the reception there is a mini coffee shop with superb filter coffee (better than Starbucks!). Many kebap and iskender restaurants around but for vegetarian like me, just one block away there is Şehir Lokantası with vegetarian options. The only cons is the single room has neighbor's wall view.

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

The hotel was quiet and nice. The location is good for walking, there is plenty of restaurans, malls, supermarkets, and pharmacies nearby. The staff were so friendly. We went there without a booking and they helped us to get three rooms in less than 10 minutes. The rooms were clean. The only drawback was that we found a fly in the breakfast buffet twice, but we informed the staff and they changed the food and told us that they will pay attention to that.

For almost a decade now, I wanted to stay at this boutique hotel and I had the chance to do so only last weekend. I must say I have mixed feelings about this place: the decoration, the view from the room, the overall ambiance are really impressive. Especially waking up to a sunrise with majestic Ulu Mosque on the background was a priceless experience, it was an unforgettable moment. But on the other hand, kitchen smell all over the room during meal hours was unbearable. Getting to the hotel, especially if you have a large vehicle like ours in those tiny roads was nightmarish as the instructions and support from the hotel were insufficient. Service was friendly but not professional. Last but not least, sleep quality was low with sounds coming from all parts of this old wooden house. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our one night long stay: we know that we could not get this overall experience from anywhere else due to the unique location and venue it offers. Yet, I believe that, with better management, this hotel stands the chance to be “the” place to stay in Bursa, that’s a final note

Civardaki 5-6 oteli gezdim, fiyat ve temizlik açısından hep bir sorun çıktı. Tesadüfen buraya denk geldik. Hem temizliği hem konumu hem de odaları açısından çok güzel, personelin Güler yüzü ile ilgisi hepsinden daha önemli. Aynı zamanda fiyatları da uygun. Bu civardaysanız kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.
