Very close to really good restaurants and the area was nice and safe.

Lovely hôtel, sweetly designed, breakfast tend to be smaller than the usual buffet, but I think it is better quality. only 4/5 on cleaness because there could have been a little more vaccum in the room but nothing disturbing. Bed are very very clean and the room as well overall. Aircon doesn’t smell.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Tienes restaurantes espectaculares alrededor. El personal es agradable y muy atento. La maquinaria del gimnasio está muy vieja exceptuando la bicicleta y la elíptica. Las habitaciones (al menos la que me tocó a mí). NO tenía ventilación ninguna. Y las cañerías del baño olían muy mal, esto hacía que la habitación oliera mal siempre. También se detecta a simple vista humedad en las habitaciones. Pero imagino que es debido a que ya lleva mucho tiempo y les hace falta una pequeña reforma. El resto todo muy bien. Repetiré sin duda sobre todo por la ubicación 🔝🔝

El TV no tiene smartv, para ser uno de los mejores hoteles de Barranquilla. La comida todo mal. Y la piscina no es como en las fotos

Excelente ubicación. El Desayuno es muy completo y personal que nos atendió fue muy amable

1: 房間wifi信號很差，前兩天根本連不上wifi，房間手機信號也不好。 2: 空調遙控器壞了2次，中午開不了空調打電話前台等了半個小時才來人，而且是直接叫了個修理工來的，直接換了個新遙控器，晚上又用不了。 3: 房間非常奇怪 感覺很潮，被子枕頭都不乾爽，潮潮的。 4: 浴巾毛巾都是黃黃的，枕頭和被子也帶點黃色，感覺不太乾淨。 5: 前台説英語的都不是很熟練，我平台付完房費，過去還給我刷了一次房費，英語講不清，讓我刷卡我説是不是open credit，還説是給我刷了錢。後來打電話給我説給我刷錯錢了退回來的。 6: 員工倒是都很熱情，就是各方面感覺都差點意思，尤其是網不好對出差的非常避雷，郵件我都得去大堂發。

Pésimo servicio. Me quedé una noche con una amiga que venía de Chile y me cobraron el doble... me toco llamar vários días para resolver. Al final me devolvieron una parte en dinero y otra parte en puntos (Lo cual no es justo). Aclaro que por un funcionario daña todo el nombre de un hotel y la experiencia del cliente. Obs: la comida también muy malita por el precio.

Check in was super slow, just 1 person at reception made checking in a big waste of time. The room was ok, a bit dated already. The water from the shower took ages to be hot and sometimes it didnt even went very hot. Breakfast was ok, not Amazing but had most of what youd expect although the restaurant itself had zero ambience, same as the lobby, not a nice place. big plain simple areas. Nothing alusive to the country.. or the city or the culture.. sad place. Bed was good and pillows also. Mini bar was well stuffed.
