Don't choose this hotel! Don't make my mistakes. The room simply absorbed the smell of cigarettes. The toilet stinks of urine. Cockroaches are running around the floor. The carpet on the floor looked like it had never been washed. Bed linen, towels, everything stinks. The air conditioner doesn't help because it also stinks. At night, all this made me sick, so I opened the window. It turned out that there was no mosquito net at the window. In the morning, my daughter was bitten all over (it’s not clear yet whether there were mosquitoes or bedbugs from the mattress). They didn't change our number. The wife held on and for 3 days she never went to the bathroom in the room, because it stank and there were cockroaches running around. Breakfast is just terrible. Bread, eggs, tea and single use jams/butter. It should be a shame to write that there is breakfast. Terribly dirty smelly hotel in the center of Bursa. I wrote a review immediately after checking out of the room. A day after leaving my review, the hotel managers contacted me. They said they understood my anger. And we are ready to return the payment for one day in the form of an apology. But they asked to delete the review, promising to start repairs soon. I deleted the review on July 16th, today is July 25th, and they are simply deceiving by saying that they are about to send compensation for moral damages. They are scammers, this is their scheme, to persuade the client to delete the review and drag out the refund for days until they forget. And here I am again. I write reviews wherever I can. I have screenshots of our correspondence showing the real face of this hotel (I apologize for calling it a hotel at all).
