Hotel berhampiran Gudeok Stadium, Busan

Ia kelihatan seperti suite yang dibeli oleh keluarga untuk pelaburan... Walaupun ia sangat murah, kami tidak akan tinggal di sana lagi lain kali Langsir di dalam bilik tidak menghalang cahaya sama sekali Adakah ini dikira sebagai hotel? Saya mengambil gambar dan ia hanya tudung nipis... Selain itu, semua kawalan elektrik adalah dalam bahasa Korea, tanpa bahasa Inggeris sama sekali. Walaupun terdapat perkhidmatan pelanggan talian yang akan melayani anda sebelum daftar keluar Jika ia sebuah hotel antarabangsa, bukankah ia adalah asas untuk mempunyai papan tanda bahasa Inggeris? Kami dikejutkan oleh pemanasan di tengah malam...tiada siapa yang tahu bagaimana untuk menyediakannya Satu-satunya kelebihan ialah walaupun tiada sesiapa yang melayan anda, ia sangat mudah untuk menyimpan bagasi kerana ia sangat dekat dengan kereta bawah tanah.Terdapat bilik eksklusif dan kata laluan untuk simpanan bagasi. Mungkin kerana tiada sesiapa yang menganjurkannya, jadi ia sangat murah, tetapi saya lebih suka tinggal sedikit lebih mahal lain kali supaya saya boleh tidur dengan lebih lena! Di samping itu, terdapat restoran barbeku yang murah dan besar berdekatan, yang bernilai lebih daripada banyak restoran terkenal.

Awesome view. It’s so homely. I fell sick on day 2 after my trekking from Mount Hallasan. The place was so cosy and I had a complete rest. Brown Suites is at Tower B. I took quite a long to find the building coz I didn’t receive any messages or notifications but the personnel helped me to check in and it went very smoothly. The apartment has got full kitchen appliances and cutlery. They have given sufficient towel and toiletries apart from toothbrush or toothpaste. There is no housekeeping. There is a link bridge connecting from Busan KTX Station to the apartment. Overall 10/10

A hotel built in 2022, thus their amenities are all newer. However, the hotel is lacking service in some of their younger staff (particularly a bespectacled young guy with a very strong American accent when he converses in English) Here are my review: 1)Location: Good. Their nearest Choryang station is near Busan KTX train station and Metro station. By Metro, it's near to Nampo Dong and Jalagchi fish market, BIFF street Gurkie and other traditional markets. The hotel facing the main road is very accessible. There is the Pudarak brand KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) outlet nearby that is good for supper. 2) Housekeeping/Cleanliness: Depending on who you get for housekeeping, some of them do not make the bed 🛏️ properly. There's a difference in afternoon shift housekeeping and morning shift (before 12 pm). The 1st 3 days, when we went out by 9-10 am, the housekeeping staff didn't make the bed when we returned. The last 2 days, the afternoon shift housekeeping does a better job. We are not bothered by it, as long as they do basic cleaning and change towels. 3) Amenities: All toiletries and room air-conditioning working well and in good conditions. There are USB plugs for charging but mostly slow charge. Nice big bathtub 🛁 to relax and suffice space for 3 persons to stay.

We booked to see new years morning sun rise. The location was perfect for that. I did not like the parking. Its tower style and due to limited space and peak hour (check in, check out), it could take around 30mins to park or get the car out. Which is terrible.

Trip & Urbanstay Busan Songdo Beach's system was not connected well, resulting in check-in taking 30-40 minutes. Since Urbanstay is self-check-in, there is no front desk. In the past, I have booked Urbanstay hotels on other hotel platforms many times, and I always received the booking information and check-in guide via email or KakaoTalk However, ONLY I booked Urbanstay with Trip this time, and it was tough to check-in. This Urbanstay Busan Songdo Beach is newly open and the service attitude is nasty. When I asked what the reason was, we did not receive any check-in information, and the service staff would not explain. The booking needs to be re-created on the hotel system, no trip booking on the system, and the receptionist had no sense of service at all. The whole process takes 30-40 minutes for me to communicate in Korean, which is even more difficult for foreigners to communicate and solve. -- And hotel equipment: The bed is small, One room with an ocean view is their definition of a king bed When the system is not connected to the hotel. What a bad system accident and no sense of service by the hotel staff.

Ia adalah kali pertama kami di Busan dan kami menempah hotel ini. Ditambah lokasi - sangat dekat dengan metro, berjalan kaki seminit. Bilik ekonomi lebih cenderung untuk satu orang, sangat kecil, tetapi semua yang anda perlukan tersedia. Mereka membersihkan setiap hari, pengubahsuaian di dalam bilik dan hotel secara keseluruhannya bagus. Hotel ini terasa menyenangkan, tetapi perjalanan yang jauh ke pantai tengah, kira-kira sejam. Dan 7 perhentian terdekat dengan metro. Secara umum, jika anda tidak mahu tinggal berdekatan dengan laut dan pusat, saya boleh mengesyorkannya.

My family and I stayed at the hotel from 26 Dec to 28 Dec 2023 and upon checkout, the staff insisted that they had issues reversing my 200 000 krw deposit because I didn't use the same card. This is strange and confusing because I only used one credit card the whole time in Korea. I also used the same card to pay for the hotel booking upon check in. We stayed in other Lotte Hotels in Korea and compared to those hotels, our experience at Lotte Hotel Busan was not the best. During check-in, i had several questions for the staff assisting us but she told us curtly that she will explain this later. Perhaps it was a language issue but definitely rubbed me the wrong way. During our time using the pool, different lifeguards asked me on two separate occasions if my family had registered to use the pool -- we paid for the pool usage and received wristbands. They also hovered around my family quite a bit - prolly cos my husband's arm tattoo was showing under his shirt and my kids are rather loud (they are 3 and 6 fyi). We were also told by the staff to keep our 3 year old quiet. We understand that compared to perhaps other Korean children, our child can be quite loud. We tried our best to keep him quiet but he is just 3 and simply excited to be there and it was not so nice to feel like we were being watched all the time for our child.

The location is great. Just 1 min walk from Exit12 and so near to most tour pick up. The bed was terrible. Under a layer of bedsheets is the full plastic cover, so uncomfortable and noisy. We didn't have much good sleep in the last 5 nights. Caught 2 bugs not sure what that is, but very shocked as the room looks clean and new. The contactless service was only good if you just access it with standard requests. Any other questions were not really answered or resolved. We want to book the cleaning service, but we're out for a tour during their office hour. I can't request it while out, it's so inconvenient. There is a washer and no dryer function, the laundry has to hang out to dry for a day or two. Overall, we will not come back to this hotel at all in the future.

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was very clean and big to accommodate 85 family members. Toilet was very small, like can't even close the door after sitting in the closet and it was terrible. No toothbrush or toothpaste provided. Breakfast option is available for reasonable price but I haven't try. Overall my stay was ok but not met my expectations for the price that I've paid.

뷰 좋아요. 시설은 최근 리모델링 한것 같은데 세월의 흔적이 느껴지는 부분들이 좀 있습니다. 한적하고 편하게 쉬기는 좋은듯
