The hotel is quite big and new. Room is well designed. The washroom has bath tub. But there was no AC in my room.

First of all, it's a bit old. It's not bad. The wallpaper on the ceiling is leaky, moldy, and torn. There are two small bottles of water in the fridge, but if you run out, you have to buy more. The air conditioner takes a long time to cool down. The temperature can't be adjusted. The bed's mattress might be too old, but it wobbles a lot. The lady at the front desk was very rude.

The facilities are outdated, and even the bed covers are stained. The bathroom sink and toilet look old too... I came here for the price... It's between Haeundae and Gwangalli, so it might be okay if you have a car... but I don't plan on coming back.

There was a lot of parking space so it was easy to park, and it was nice that I was able to check in even if I arrived late. I wanted a room for 3 people, but it was nice because there were 3 beds. The facilities were similar to those of a regular youth hostel, and it was comfortable as it had everything you need, including towels, shower supplies, soap, a hair dryer, and a TV. However, the water in the bathroom sink drains well, and when you lie down to sleep late in the evening, if you run upstairs, you can feel the light shaking(?), so the soundproofing is not good. This is a good place to stay for one night at an affordable price.

The check-in time was 3pm, but I arrived about an hour early, checked in, checked for cleaning and available rooms, and was able to check in earlier than scheduled, so I was able to rest earlier. Although it was a small mistake, it was nice to think from the customer's perspective and handle the work. The overall feel of the accommodation is reminiscent of old school trips and has a bit of an old-fashioned feel, but the accommodation, location, and location of BEXCO seem to be very good. Most meals were available within a 5-minute drive nearby. It was raining so I had to walk for about 20 minutes, so I took a car. Most restaurant buildings have free parking, so it was convenient.

The rooms look old. When we checked in, the toilet was dirty, as if we hadn't even flushed it. No toothbrushes or toothpaste. No large towels after bathing. No disposable slippers. No kettle in the room. Good location for shopping.

It looks like a youth training center, but I think it would be nice to visit with friends. It's a shame that the facility is a bit old, but it's well maintained, has a view of the sea at Haeundae Marine City, and has a balcony, which was nice.

If you come to Haeundae, Busan, this is the first place to book. Best of all, it is cheap and convenient to park. Accessibility is good, everything is satisfied.

The place was a bit odd, but it was good value for money.
