Hotel Mesra keluarga di Busan

We loved our stay at Paradise Hotel. Our room had a beautiful ocean view and balcony. It was clean and had toiletries, robes, slippers, coffee, tea, and a mini fridge bar. The temperature was easy to control and adjust to our liking. The outdoor spa, also with an ocean view, was free with our room and the pools with water from local hot springs were clean, relaxing, and beautiful. The breakfast buffet, though pricey, was the best we’ve ever had with both western and eastern cuisines (and again, that beautiful view of the beach!). The staff was very professional, welcoming, and kind.

I would not recommend Ananti at Busan Cove to anyone. It should be a place to relax for families. However, they have an abundance of (confusing) rules and a military style of ”service” from their staff. I've traveled all across the world (+60 countries). Living & working on 3 continents - and this was the strangest place I've ever stayed. A resort where the guest is always wrong. Strange hours, strange rules, strange service. And don't count on using the pool on the day of your check-out - as it's not allowed. If you want to carry around the full page of rules with you, be limited to small selection of restaurants which fill up and close early, then this might be the place for you. On the plus side, the sea is beautiful (although no accessible beach) - so you are stuck with the pool which is evacuated every 50 minutes.

I compared my room to the one my friend stayed nearby Busan station; and I’m happy that I made a right choice!! This hotel is chic and cozy with a group of friendly staff. The room was clean and well maintained. Many of the necessary were provided. Highly recommended!!

Everything about the hotel was good but unfortunately, my business schedule was badly impacted because Trip.com super last minute informed me that out of the 4 nights I had pre-book and prepaid, only 2 nights were available. They have to transfer me to another hotel for the remaining 2 nights. I have to check out by 12 noon and can't check in at the other hotel till 3pm.

5 stars hotel with 5 stars amenities such as Dyson hairdryer and diptyque toiletries. Nespresso machine and 4 different types of tea available each day. You can borrow a HDMI-iPhone cable to mirror to TV for YouTube/Netflix. Family room was queen and single beds. Daily snacks such as macaroons, chocolates or fruits. Concierge and check in/out service was polite and prompt. Short cut from hotel to LCT mall (towards Haeundae beach) was very handy. The mall has few shops opened such as a bakery, 7-11, and cafes. Hotel is in the building on far right in pic.

It is right by the beach with a lot of activities going on. Many restaurants and bars nearby. The room was very spacious but the bathroom was not user friendly as there were no we're to hang anything inside the bathroom. One of the cups has a lip stick stain so I've given a lower score in the cleaning area. But the overall staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location and near the food street.recommend to get the sea view room. You get to see the beautiful pinky sky during sunset. Near to beach. I would say just downstairs. About 7 mins to daiso. Cheap purchase for anything u miss. I would come here again if I come to Busan. The price of the breakfast too steep to me. I recommend going downstairs to eat any cafe breakfast or pork bone soup!

해운대랑 가까워서 넘좋았구여 아가랑 호캉스하기 최적이에요! 키즈룸도 너무 좋고 자쿠지도 최고~ 꼬마가 호텔가면 티비보여달라고 하는데 uh컨티넨털에선 한번도 그럴시간이 없이 야무지게 잘 놀고 왔답니다:-) 직원분들도 진짜 친절하셨고, 호텔 구석구석 감성가득하지 않은 부분이 없었어요~ 인스타피드 올렸더니 호텔문의 빗발치더라구요 ㅎ 넘 만족해서 재방문의사 100000% 이에요^^

The hotel staff's service attitude was excellent. They greeted us warmly and helped us with our luggage upon our arrival at 1:00 pm, and arranged for us to check in early. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and was spacious. The bathroom was large and clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and the shower gel and body lotion provided were from well-known brands. The room was well-soundproofed, quiet, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in our room on the second day, with excellent service. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a remote area with no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so a taxi is necessary to get in and out.
