Cozy and good service. Because of the ‘Do Not Disturb’ is light on, they prepare extra towels, drinking water and etc in the basket right outside the room entrance. Nice rooftop nice and swimming pool.

Walking distance to Busan KTX train station and east to locate, there was a free drinks voucher that was given. We came and stayed during winter month of December. The room heater was a bit weak and slow to warm the room specifically after coming back from your whole day tour. I was also surprised when they told me that I need to pay extra for my children even I booked the family room. Lastly, when I requested for a supply of toilet paper early morning via the phone the staff told me that toilet paper needs to collect from the reception area.

Got 2 welcome drinks. It takes about 4 mins from station to the exit 2, and takes about 3 mins from the exit to the hotel. Good service and fair prices.

A bit cramped for 4 people into a family room. Extra charge 22000 won +20000won for 4th person 😥

My friend and I stayed at Hound Hotel for one night and we were really disappointed with the provided service. First of all, we were not warned in advance that additional blanket would cost 10.000 won. Alright, we payed this sum to Ahmed during our check-in and then left to explore the city. We were back late in the evening and the blanket wasn’t there (neither near the room door, nor in the room). We had to explain our issue to the new hotel member at the registration desk with poor English in the middle of the night. When we were in the room, we noticed that there were black hair across the bed and a bathroom towel with a hole in it, so obviously the cleaning service wasn’t that decent. The only plus of our room was the balcony.

a smart choice than choosing those next to the station... jz a few minutes walk further... a small hotel and beautiful hotel met all our needs this 4 days stay in Busan. Although the sound proof was not that perfect, the room was comfy and clean.

This was a nice and clean place to stay. It is conveniently located if you’re taking the train into Busan. Otherwise, be prepared for a bit of a metro journey from the bus station.

Amazing boutique hotel located within walking distance to Busan Station. So great for those who are on transit to other cities in South Korea via KTX. There was also a 24-hour convenience store just 30m away. Rooms had beautiful interiors, comfy beds, fully automated toilet and shower room which were separated. Appreciated the in room LG Styler cabinet as well which came in handy when I needed to steam my shirts and pants which had been laying crumpled up in my luggage.

Short walking distance from Busan Station. Use the underground mall and exit via exit 8. Do note that there is no lift or escalator if you have heavy luggage. The alternative is to exit via lift/escalator and drag on the uneven ground floor. Staff there is professional and conversant in English. They were very helpful and efficient to even help us book an airport transfer. Room is very clean and fairly spacious. Booked 2 rooms and 1 floor was slightly bigger than the other. Both rooms came with bathtub and a big korean device that can refresh your clothes! We found it very very useful. There is also a free washer and separate dryer on the ground floor. One particular thing is that the toilet in the room cannot be locked. The king size bed comes with 4 pillows. 2 smaller than the other 2. Overall, it was a comfy stay.

This hotel is around 5 mins walk from Busan station. Hotel is modern designed and very clean. We left the do not disturb on to save housecleaner’s time, but he left a bag with fresh towel, tea bags and coffee bags, together with two bottle of water outside for our convenience. Front desk speaks English well. My old complaints is the bed is a little small for American standard. We are outside most of the time so did not use the beautiful pool upstairs.

I've booked 2 rooms, same room type, but 1 was alot smaller than the other one. But still acceptable. The bigger one can have two open 28" luggages. Good sized bathroom with good water pressure. Location was good, less than 5 mins walk from busan station. Lots of food choices around, the famous gukbap is just 2 lanes away. One negative was there was a lack of amenities, no toothbrush/toothpaste, shower cap etc was provided. Only shampoo conditioner n shower gel was provided. Please bring ur own.
