"During my one-month trip around Taiwan, staying in different hotels, this one in Taoyuan really stood out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is very convenient, right beside Taoyuan train station, which made getting around so easy.
The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with my questions and help to call a cab for us. Breakfast was another plus, with good varieties.
Overall, this hotel gave me great value for money compared to many others I tried during my trip. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and good service without breaking the budget."

"The receptions can speak English and help us book taxi to airport in early morning 5am because we don't have Taiwan phone number, which made everything super easy and fast. We saw many other people also waiting in lobby leave for airport in early morning. The shared bathroom had a nice design and clean. The common area was also clean and well-kept, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Location very near Gloria Outlet."

"Very good and clean hotel. The only critic is the entrance to the hotel. It’s somewhat hard to find and not really welcoming on the first sight because the hotel is on the 6th floor of a bigger building that is shared with other shops. The room itself is really nice and spacious. Employees are really friendly and were ready to help with all our questions. Would definitely book again for a stay in Taoyuan. The taxi from the hotel to the airport costs 600ntd."

CCharlene teeLove the room, clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room is exactly what you seen on trip.com/hotel site. Water dispensers x2 on the floor, mine was level 9. Complimentary chips and drinks. Accessing to the place via HSR, whereby have to navigate the luggages through the stone roads of Gloria Outlet posed slight challenge. Signs in Gloria outlet is a bit lacking after exited from HSR station. Nearby hotel has lots of restaurants and eateries, and food court in landmark mall or in Gloria outlet. And the link bridge between Gloria outlet and Landmark mall/hotel opens 11am, so have to watch out on this should you have an earlier plane or journey to make. I have a picture of how they worked out, so hope is helpful.

KKC_TeoLocation opposite Park and within walk distance to night market. But 20 to 30 minutes drive airport. The so called Airport transfer is by normal taxi arranged by hotel. Please take note that you may incur charges if you left luggage at hotel overnight, Room that allocated to us with huge bath tub with jacuzzi. The bath room size about one third of room size.

PPengguna TetamuI had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency Taoyuan Airport. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers with early flights or transit stays, as it is close to the airport and easy to access.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long trip. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaOverall, the service by the hotel staff was professional and they responded fast to our requests. For example, when I called and asked for a change of towel, under two minutes, the staff delivering the new towel pressed the door bell and she also apologised for the inconvenience. I was shocked by her speed, as if she was living in the room near me. The food was also one of the highlights. They have both international and local cuisine and the food and coffee was very delicious! The only inconvenience was the location as it is quite far from HSR stations and the free shuttle ended at 4.30pm. Hope CP Hotel can consider extending the free shuttle to 9pm.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley,here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here.

CCharleeeI arrived late and left early, the hotel was clean and had everything you needed for an overnight transit stay. The man at reception could have been a bit friendlier though.
Also there was a very loud running water sound that lasted all night, I think either the plumbing or AC upstairs was making a strange noise. But after a while I didn’t notice the noise.
The hotel helped me book a taxi back to the airport which was 200 TWD. It’s very close to the airport, it took 3 minutes by car in the morning.
I didn’t try the breakfast.

PPengguna TetamuDeluxe twin room is big, clean and nice. The exterior of the building may look dates but the inside is not and isvery comfortable. Every level has a water dispenser which is convenient. The locafion is is near PX mart and many eateries though a bit of walking to Taoyuan statiion but there are many buses near the hotel to take to the Taoyuan HSR and station. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Will defimitely stay again if i come to Taoyuan. Value for money and highly recommended!

朝食がついていますが、早朝フライトのため食べられないことを伝えたらサンドウィッチを作って用意してくれました。
