Great Stay with Excellent Service I recently stayed at the Voyage Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is well-located, making it easy to access nearby attractions and public transportation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a nice view of the surrounding area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly, and every request was met with a smile and prompt service. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless, and the front desk team was always ready to assist with recommendations or directions. The hotel offers a good variety of amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a cozy dining area. Breakfast was fresh, with a decent range of options to cater to different tastes. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable throughout my stay. Overall, Voyage Hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s a great option for both business and leisure travelers who are looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I highly recommend it and would certainly stay here again.

Pros - convenient location right beside metro station and shopping mall. Line 10 goes to many tourist sites either direct or with just 1 change. Strong WiFi (but blocked by company security app for those using Ms outlook). Strong hot shower pressure. Clean room with no smoking stench. Cons - in Oct room air con can only be set at 25 degrees lowest level so room feels a bit warm at times. Toilet seat no bidet (common in Shanghai). Personally don't like bed pushed against the window. Windows is very near to opposite block so have to remained closed at all times else or no privacy.

Had a really good experience booking here! The people at the front desk were super welcoming and understanding of foreigners. The room was also one of the biggest hotel rooms I’ve ever been in and was quite pretty! They provide toothbrushes and other things upon request as well, and the location is very convenient, right on a big street with lots of small shops and places to eat.

I was positively surprised by the quality of the hotel. Everything worked as expected, the rooms were clean and very beautiful. Staff is nice and there's a free shuttle bus every 30mins. I can also recommend to book a breakfast at the hotel. Not to mention the helpful personnel of the hotel (huge thanks to Michael and Rebecca at the reception :)). When I come back to Beijing I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Located within walking distance to Wangfujing centre, very convenience to hunt for foods. Compliment washer & dryer available at B2. Please avoid peak usage in the evening. Many private driver outside the hotel offering private tour to Great Wall at very reasonable price. Will certainly back to this hotel when I visit Beijing next time.

At 1st, we were provided with the room full of smell of smoking and the centralised Aircond wasnt functioning. Room 4054 and 4052. Then we being offered to change to other rooms which were slightly better. The hotel is mainly serving mainland China citizen i presumed as they dont provide any international sockets. However the hotel is super close to the Daxing airport, with shuttle bus service is the added value.

The hotel location is fantastic, which can access most of the tourist spots within the metro. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The only stepback is that the hotel decoration is tired and the laundry machine service is expensive. They are charging you differently based on the consuming time! You can reach the hotel by line 2 & 5 and exit H to reach the hotel.

Lokasi hotel sangat baik, betul-betul di sebelah Wangfujing. Terdapat banyak pusat membeli-belah dan kedai terkenal berdekatan. Terdapat juga McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks dan % kedai kopi, dsb. Ia betul-betul bersebelahan dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah dan anda boleh berjalan kaki ke Kota Terlarang, yang sangat mudah. Hotel ini mempunyai mesin basuh dan pengering untuk kegunaan percuma. Sarapan pagi lebih sihat, tetapi juga lazat. Setiap pekerja hotel juga sangat sopan dan mesra melayan kami. Robot penghantaran makanan hotel ini sangat comel. Biliknya juga sangat selesa dan bantalnya sangat selesa! Walau bagaimanapun, pada waktu malam, penyaman udara secara automatik akan bertukar menjadi pemanasan, dengan pelarasan pusat, dan anda hanya boleh memilih untuk membuka tingkap untuk pengudaraan. Secara keseluruhan, saya akan memberi hotel ini 100 mata.

A truly excellent 5-star hotel (if not better) in a great location with wonderful staff in and around the premise! Of special mention is the Front Office Manager, Mr Su Yan, who quickly and tirelessly helped salvage an issue with a friend who was initially part of the booking for the Twin-room. As this friend had submitted his passport to an embassy for a visa, he couldn't check in with me. As a result, a request was made for a double bed for single occupancy which was promptly met without incurring further charges. All staff, from the front office to housekeeping, maintained their courteous smiles and greetings throughout my 4 nights/5 days stay. This included even those at the restaurant for breakfast, who were quick to usher their guests to their tables, and to promptly serve the desired beverage. Breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of choices from Western to Chinese, and even Japanese. My room was always cleaned as soon as I left for breakfast and this made it pleasant to return to the room, to plan the outings for the day. The subway, which was within walking distance helped with getting around Beijing without the hassle of being caught up in the horrific traffic which seems to be a common feature of this city. This was truly a spendid trip staying at this gem of a hotel that I had even contemplated extending my stay for another 2 nights. However, duty beckoned me to check out to return to work. I look forward to returning to this hotel once more should the opportunity present itself and I'm hoping that it'll be sooner too!

Sesiapa yang suka makan makanan jalanan, makanan tempatan Syorkan tempat ini. 🚊Berdekatan stesen Zhushikou line 8, Exit A, 220 meter berjalan kaki dari stesen. 🍲Hotel ini di pintu masuk ke Jalan Qianmen Anda boleh berjalan melalui lorong Jalan Qianmen ke jalan selari Terdapat banyak kedai beras tempatan yang menjual dari pagi hingga petang, harga yang murah. 🏢Bilik boleh melaraskan sendiri penghawa dingin. (Menginap pada 12-16 Apr) Kami menempah bilik tanpa tingkap. Tetapi saya tidak berasa tidak selesa langsung. 🏢Hotel ini menyediakan 2 botol air minuman dan 2 tin minuman ringan setiap hari. 🏢Di penerimaan tetamu terdapat teh jujube disediakan sepanjang hari. 🏢Dari jam 22:00-23:00 terdapat snek lewat malam dihidangkan. (Tetapi saya belum mencubanya lagi. Kenyang, balik hotel setiap hari Jadi saya tidak boleh memakannya.) 🏢Ada mesin basuh dan pengering disediakan. (Tetapi saya belum mencuba menggunakannya lagi.)
