Book bilik Superior twin room Yg best: Self check in kiosk. Tapi ni utk standard booking which 1 nama, 1 bilik. Kalau 1 nama book bilik lebih dari 1 kene p kaunter jugak. No worries, ade staff yg tolong ajar. Lampu dlm bilik banyak weh. Mcm aku jenis tak suka lampu malap2 nih, nak kene terang. Mostly hotel2 lain lampu mmg sikit n malap. Nak suruh bg cepat2 tido kot. Breakfast ok, sedap je. Variety pun ok, ade dlm 12 menu (mi, nasi, bubur, 2 lauk, baked bean, 2 snack, telur, salad, roti). Parking banyak, so x perlu berebut. Yg kureng / kene improve: Kalo boleh add menu buah dgn juice untuk breakfast. Deposit paling mahal kat sini which is 150/room. Tempat lain biasanya 50 atau 100 je. So standby cash banyak sikit ye Pintu balkoni tak boleh kunci, kunci tombol rosak kot.

服務好，保安很差而已，這裏乾淨，可以看到海邊，附近也有超市很方便～安靜，不好的是進門口有cctv,其他的都OK

I would say, it's not a 5-star hotel. Here the reasons why: First of all, the hotel lift was under maintenance during my check in time and there's no sign of ”please use other lift”. I'm alone, with 2 kids, already put them in the stroller, bring the bags out and walk to the lift to find out the lift cant be used. Wasn't it tiring? First impression: doesnt feels welcoming. Second, I request for babycot. Waited for 1hr+ and no one come to prepare the babycot in our room. After 2-3 times call and confirmed that the babycot was unavailable. Unfortunately, my baby falls from the bed that night :) Based on this, I got two questions in my mind: why they didnt confirmed during the first time call? also, during my check in it's weekdays (parking lot empty) so why the babycot is not available? Iron: we are expecting a nice quality iron and comes together with an iron board. Dustbin: would love if the hotel provide a covered trash bin. Breakfast: superb, lots of varieties. the service was okay. Overall, would give an almost 4 out of 5. not even a solid 4 as our expectation was beyond the best for a 5-star hotel.
