I stayed at the Bai Yun Hotel for one night during my photography trip to Huangshan. While the mountain can be very crowded and overwhelming, this hotel provided the perfect base to experience the true magic of the peaks. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Xiaomin. As a solo traveler and hobby photographer, I was looking for quiet spots away from the masses. Xiaomin was incredibly professional and shared her expert knowledge of the mountain with me. Her recommendation to skip the crowded 'Bright Summit' for sunrise and head to Aoyu Peak instead was a game-changer. Thanks to her, I enjoyed a breathtaking sunrise in total silence and solitude – a rare and deeply moving experience on this mountain. The hotel itself is perfectly located for photographers, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. If you are looking for more than just a place to sleep, but a way to truly connect with the beauty of Huangshan, I highly recommend staying here. Special thanks again to Xiaomin for making this trip a success. I left with fantastic photos and wonderful memories!

Excellent location, just less than 30 mins walk from taiping cable car. Booked a room with balcony, best choice. First day arrived is rainy day so stay indoor. The balcony faces a valley which can see the lights from the bottom of the mountain, excellent views. The hotel provides some entertainment programs at 730 pm every night. The food quality and varieties for breakfast and lunch and dinner buffets are good. Dinner is my favourite! Really enjoy the stay! Will recommend this hotel to friends.

Negative: - staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation - response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow - you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there - in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor - waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water. - hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step Positive: - got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell - breakfast is great - elevators are arriving fast - view is great Have not tried the pool or gym.

Very impressive with the front desk services. Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services. We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder. The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines. Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚. A goodbye gift for us as we leaving. We are having a great time staying in the hotel. The view from our room is fantastic, lake view and part city view. This hotel will be our first choice if we visit Hefei in the future.

This hotel meets Western standards: rooms are clean, breakfast is varied, and service is excellent. The location is great too, as there is a mall right next to the hotel, with different food options.

第一次到亳州入住萬達嘉華酒店，體驗非常得棒，酒店在市中心，周邊很熱鬧，出行方便。距離高鐵站很近，打車十幾分鍾。內部環境優美，大堂裝修挺氣派的，芍花吊燈很氣派。接待入住手續很快捷，講解細緻，還送了特色養生茶飲。酒店配套設施完善，健身房游泳池都免費使用。特別表揚Sara，服務熱情專業，耐心細緻，幫忙升級了豪華套房，面積非常大，裝修豪華，房間乾淨整潔，配備齊全，有大大的浴缸可以泡澡休息。這個價位性價比真的很高，很棒的體驗，非常推薦！

From the moment I arrived, the customer service at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hefei was impeccable, with staff anticipating every need. My room was a sanctuary of cleanliness, where every surface gleamed and the linens were freshly pressed. The attention to detail extended to the immaculate pool and wellness area, which provided a truly luxurious escape. This hotel masterfully combines warm hospitality, an unbeatable setting, and flawless upkeep for an unforgettable stay. Western breakfast buffet and their buffet dinner was dangerously delicious 🤗. Beautiful recently renovated hotel located close to lions peak and close enough to the bright summit to watch sunset. We went the Taiping cable car route and only had to walk 40 mins after getting off the cable car. They even provide winter down jackets to watch the sunrise and send updates for what time sunrise and sunset is and the probability of seeing it. We got a package that included a buffet breakfast and dinner which was so good with so many options!! It was so nice to stay in such a nice hotel up on the mountain and their service was amazing, even checking to see if we got down the mountain safely. Would 100% recommend if you are looking to stay on huangshan for a night or two.
